Abstract

Education is one of the most essential keys in human life. Both the bad human resources depend on the education gained. Education of an investment in human resources. If the education obtained by a person has a quality that mampuni, then both also human resources owned. Therefore, the educational design should be well prepared so that the results achieved are satisfactory. Making quality human resources an important role of educational institutions. The educational institution is an institution that manages the teaching and learning activities and in essence mobilizes the learners to have the desire to learn, thus obtaining various insights on knowledge, skills, skills and gaining knowledge of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor patterns he / she acquires in learning. The ability of learners to acquire knowledge, skills and expertise in terms of ability in cognitive, affective and psychomorik has a level of ability that is not the same. Therefore, in thinking and to move in the world of education must design perfectly. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisa manajemen materi keislaman dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Yayasan Tahsinul Akhlak Bahrul Surabaya, dengan mengetahui manajemen pada materi keislaman sehingga dapat mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar peserta didik yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini membahas tentang menejemen materi keislaman dan minat belajar peserta didik dalam bidang al-Qur’an. Tujuan peneitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen materi keislaman dan bagaimana menejemen materi keislaman dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Yayasan Tahsinul Akhlak Bahrul Syrabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dalam Keberhasilan manajemen materi keislaman di MTs Yayasan Tahsinul Akhlak Bahrul Surabaya tidak lepas dari penerapan manajemen pengorganisasian secara sistematis dengan menggunakan dua model kurikurum yaitu kurikulum pesantren dan kurikulum kemenag dan materi keislaman meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada bidang al-Qur’an dengan setiap tahunnya siswa terdapat peningkatan daam hafalan dan murajaah, dengan demikian hasil penelitian di lapangan manajemen materi keislaman dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Yayasan Tahsinul Akhlak Bahrul Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out research and elaboration regarding how to manage information media in learning to strengthen the religious behavior of students in elementary schools. This study uses the method of literature review or content analysis. The results of this study show that it is important for school heads and teachers to make careful planning in every decision related to school programs. Then it is important for the principal to shape the image of the school by improvising the vision and mission made by the principal which puts forward various religious character values ​​in school activities. It is better if all teachers are given responsibility by the school principal in developing students' abilities and religious character so that whatever subject is always associated with various religious values ​​that make students more obedient and well-behaved. It is better if the principal and teacher carry out an evaluation and make a small note that assesses the daily life of students at school as evaluation material and also as a reference for carrying out more mature planning in developing students' religious character.

Abstract

The research conducted at SDN Sidotopo I Surabaya aims to find out whether there is an effect of the phonics method using Flash Card Media on improving students' reading skills. The background for conducting this research was to depart from the reading ability of grade I students which was still very low, the lack of variation in the methods and learning media used for reading lessons which resulted in students not being interested in learning to read. This study uses a quantitative experimental model method, with two classes; class IA which has 28 students as an experimental class that applies the phonics method with Flash Card media and IB totaling 28 students as the control class does not apply the phonics method with this media. The results of the research hypothesis testing conducted in the experimental class and control class, obtained Tcount is 2.1969 and Ttable is 2.0040 so the results of Tcount > Ttable (2.1969 > 2.0040) which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the phonics method with flash card media on improving students' reading skills at SDN Sidotopo I Surabaya
