Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan Konsumen terhadap Switching Behavior Bank Konvensional (Mandiri) ke Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitan ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank konvensional mandiri, dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memiliki kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 nasabah yang berpindah. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Religiusitas terhadap Switching Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.341 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.788 < 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Switching Behavior. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Religiusitas terhadap Switching Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.491 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 5.067 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of risk perception and e-trust on purchase intention in TikTok Shop, with a focus on users in Kolaka Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, and data was gathered through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The study's population includes Kolaka Regency residents interested in shopping on the TikTok Shop marketplace. A total of 104 respondents were selected as the sample. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results indicate that risk perception and e-trust have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention in TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of loan costs, collateral requirements, and supply-side factors on financial inclusion among micro-enterprises in Tanggetada District. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires from 227 micro-business owners, incorporating both primary and secondary sources. The results reveal that all three factors have a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. Consequently, financial institutions should reconsider their policies on loan costs and collateral requirements to better accommodate the needs of micro-enterprises, ensuring broader access to financial services. Additionally, the Cooperative Office plays a vital role in supporting micro-entrepreneurs by enhancing their financial literacy and access to formal financial services, ultimately fostering business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate various factors influencing earnings management practices in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research population includes mining companies registered on the BEI during the 2020-2023 period. Using a purposive sampling method, 16 companies were selected as the study sample based on specific criteria over a four-year period. Data were sourced from company financial reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The research results indicate that, simultaneously, company age, company size, liquidity ratio, and profitability influence earnings management. Meanwhile, partially, each of these variables also has a significant impact on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial behavior, with locus of control as a moderating variable, among KIP-K scholarship recipients at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires. The respondents consisted of 182 KIP-K recipient students. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS 25.0. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. However, locus of control does not moderate the relationship between financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial behavior.
