Abstract

This research explores the influence of loan costs, collateral requirements, and supply-side factors on financial inclusion among micro-enterprises in Tanggetada District. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires from 227 micro-business owners, incorporating both primary and secondary sources. The results reveal that all three factors have a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. Consequently, financial institutions should reconsider their policies on loan costs and collateral requirements to better accommodate the needs of micro-enterprises, ensuring broader access to financial services. Additionally, the Cooperative Office plays a vital role in supporting micro-entrepreneurs by enhancing their financial literacy and access to formal financial services, ultimately fostering business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of perceived value on customer loyalty at TOP Swalayan Kolaka. (2) The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at TOP Swalayan Kolaka. This research model is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population of this study were all people in Kolaka Regency. While the sample in this study were 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. In this study, validity and reliability checking tools were used with SPSS 30.0. Structural Equating Modeling (SEM), which is based on Partial Least Square (PLS), was used for data analysis. Smart PLS 4.0 was used for the outer model and outer structural model checks. Based on the research results, the P-Value of 0.003 indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between the perceived value variable on customer loyalty and the customer satisfaction variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the extent to which customer experience and trust influence customer loyalty toward SiCepat Ekspres delivery services in Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency. A quantitative approach was used, employing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected from 130 respondents who had used SiCepat Ekspres services in Lasusua more than three times. The findings indicate that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and trust also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study is important as it provides insights for investors and stakeholders in understanding how aspects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) influence firm value, both directly and indirectly, with Return on Equity (ROE) as a mediating variable. The study examines the impact of four GCG aspects on firm value, with ROE serving as the mediating variable. A sample of 13 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2022 was selected using purposive sampling. To evaluate the mediation effect, panel data regression analysis and the Sobel test were employed. The results of Structural Model I indicate that the board of directors does not have a significant effect on ROE, while institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and managerial ownership show significant impacts. The simultaneous test confirms that the independent variables collectively and significantly influence ROE. The results of Structural Model II reveal that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ROE significantly affect firm value (PBV), whereas independent commissioners and the board of directors do not have a significant impact. The simultaneous test further confirms that PBV is significantly influenced by the independent variables collectively. According to the Sobel test results, ROE does not function as a mediating variable in the relationship between the independent variables and PBV.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 merupakan gagasan tentang masyarakat yang menyatukan dunia digital dan dunia fisik melalui penggunaan teknologi digital untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Era Society 5.0 menekankan penggunaan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan robotika untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan sosial dan ekonomi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas siswa SMK N 4 Kolaka di Era Society ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa SMK untuk tetap melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di era society 5.0. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan kegiatan yaitu: Identifikasi dan analisis kapasitas siswa SMKN 4 Kolaka melalui survei dan studi lapangan, Sosialisasi, Edukasi, dan Workshop terkait motivasi lanjut perguruan tinggi setelah lulus SMK dan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi di era society 5.0 dan Evaluasi kegiatan dengan mengukur sejauh mana pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh setelah melakukan kegiatan. Kegiatan ini terlaksana sesuai dengan strategi dan rencana yang ada pada metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan sampai akhir. Sosialisasi ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan studi pada jenjang perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan efek pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inklusi keuangan di Kampung Maros, Desa Popalia, Kecamatan Tanggetada, Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Perangkat Desa, penyedia layanan keuangan, pelaku usaha lokal dan masyarakat Desa. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Tingkat inklusi keuangan di Kampung Maros masih rendah. Sebagian besar warga tidak memiliki rekening bank atau memanfaatkan layanan keuangan formal, kecuali untuk keperluan tertentu seperti menerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Rendahnya literasi keuangan dan sulitnya akses ke fasilitas keuangan menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat partisipasi warga dalam memanfaatkan layanan keuangan formal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka.
