Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pemasaran pengalaman dan ekuitas merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pelanggan yang pernah melakukan pembelian sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis varian Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran pengalaman berdampak secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai estimasi sampel asli yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif sebesar 0.353. Selain itu, ekuitas merek juga memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.801 164, dengan taraf signifikansi p-value 0,003 0,05 untuk pemasaran pengalaman, dan nilai estimasi sampel asli yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif sebesar 0.429. Hal ini juga didukung oleh nilai t-statistik sebesar 4.165 164, dengan taraf signifikansi p-value 0,000 0,05 untuk ekuitas merek.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand activation using TikTok @Kedas Beautycentral on reseller involvement in Kedas Beauty products in South Sulawesi (2) The influence of brand image using TikTok @Kedas Beauty Pusat on reseller involvement in Kedas Beauty products in South Sulawesi. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used literature studies, observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires via Google From. The population of this research is all resellers in South Sulawesi. Meanwhile, the sample for this study was 67 people. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 2.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the brand activation variable on reseller involvement. This is proven by the original sample value of 0.365 and the t-statistic of 3.871 which is higher than the t-table value of 1.96 and brand image also has a positive and significant effect on reseller involvement because the original sample value is 0.596 and the t-statistic is 6.478 more. The size of the t-table value is 1.96. So the brand activation and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on reseller involvement of 84.2%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah kabupaten Buton Tengah. (2) Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan metode Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Pustaka, Observasi, Wawancara, Kuisioner dan Dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan SPSS 3.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,438. Serta variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 6.343.

Good financial management is essential for the financial well-being of a family. Financial management is heavily reliant on the financial literacy of the family. Financial literacy will assist families in understanding risk, making good investment decisions, and developing disciplined money management practises. The Raoda village community does not yet have a solid grasp on financial literacy. The majority of people are still unable to plan investments and manage financial risks. This project aims to educate and enhance financial literacy in the Raoda Village community on Family Financial Management. The activities began with observation and cooperation with the village government, followed by the production of activity plans, materials, and aid in the preparation of plans and assessments. Following completion of this programme, it was discovered that the family was capable of making their own plans and managing simple family finances. There were some participants in this activity who, due to their education level and age, were unable to properly organise their family finances. Aside from these variables, the bulk of women's labour as housewives is the most important determining factor. Several factors contribute to the lack of financial literacy in setting plans and planning for strong financial governance.

Impact of Capital Structure and Profitability on Stock Return of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the Period of 2018–2021" is the study's title. This study investigates and summarizes the material influence of capital structure and profitability on stock returns. 65 manufacturing businesses that were listed on the IDX for the years 2018 through 2021 made up the survey sample. Purposive sampling was carried out using a targeted sampling strategy. Using the application program Eviews version 10, analyze the hypothesis using data panel regression analysis. According to the results of the analysis, capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) as simulants have no significant effect on stock return, whereas only capital structure as a partial has no significant effect on stock return and profitability as a partial has no significant effect on stock return.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan Konsumen terhadap Switching Behavior Bank Konvensional (Mandiri) ke Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitan ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank konvensional mandiri, dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memiliki kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 nasabah yang berpindah. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Religiusitas terhadap Switching Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.341 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.788 < 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Switching Behavior. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Religiusitas terhadap Switching Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.491 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 5.067 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi.

This research aims to examine the influence of risk perception and e-trust on purchase intention in TikTok Shop, with a focus on users in Kolaka Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, and data was gathered through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The study's population includes Kolaka Regency residents interested in shopping on the TikTok Shop marketplace. A total of 104 respondents were selected as the sample. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results indicate that risk perception and e-trust have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention in TikTok Shop.

This research explores the influence of loan costs, collateral requirements, and supply-side factors on financial inclusion among micro-enterprises in Tanggetada District. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires from 227 micro-business owners, incorporating both primary and secondary sources. The results reveal that all three factors have a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. Consequently, financial institutions should reconsider their policies on loan costs and collateral requirements to better accommodate the needs of micro-enterprises, ensuring broader access to financial services. Additionally, the Cooperative Office plays a vital role in supporting micro-entrepreneurs by enhancing their financial literacy and access to formal financial services, ultimately fostering business growth and sustainability.

This study aims to evaluate various factors influencing earnings management practices in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research population includes mining companies registered on the BEI during the 2020-2023 period. Using a purposive sampling method, 16 companies were selected as the study sample based on specific criteria over a four-year period. Data were sourced from company financial reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The research results indicate that, simultaneously, company age, company size, liquidity ratio, and profitability influence earnings management. Meanwhile, partially, each of these variables also has a significant impact on earnings management.

The purpose of this research is to investigate how pricing affects generation Z's brand switching from Grab to Maxim in Kendari City, as well as how e-service quality affects this phenomenon. Data for this quantitative study was gathered via questionnaires, interviews, literature reviews, and observation. Purposive sampling was used to establish the study's sample size of 120 people, all of whom are members of Generation Z living in Kendari City. Validity and reliability tests are conducted on the research instrument using SPSS 30.0. By evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model) with smart pls 4.0, data analysis approaches utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS) are employed. A p-value of 0.000 indicates that there is a positive and significant influence of the price variable on brand switching, according to the study's findings. Additionally, a p-value of 0.005 indicates that brand switching is positively and significantly impacted by the e-service quality variable.
