Abstract

ABSTRACT  Winanda Pangestu. Financial Performance Analysis of Tahu – Tempe Business “Wenwin” at Sea Village Pineleng Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency (under the guidance of Vicky R.B. Moniaga, as a Chairman, and Theodora M. Katiandagho and Benu Olfie L.S. as Members). The objective of this reserch to determine the financial performance of the Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin" based on the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The study was conducted for four months starting from February 2015 until May 2015 at the Tahu – Tempe Business "Wenwin" Sea Village Pineleng Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin". Data collection was done by interview directly to the owner of the business. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis presented in the form of financial statement balance sheet and income statement were then analyzed by looking at the ratio of financial ratios. The research results showed that Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin" has a very good financial performance, seen from the measurement of financial ratios, liquidity ratios in 2013 is based on the measurement of the current ratio of 5.16 and a quick ratio of 5.15 measurement results and in 2014 current ratio increased to 22.92 and quick ratio increased to 22.91. The solvency ratio in 2013 showed that debt financing as much as 14%, and in 2014 decreased to 3% because most of the debt has been paid. The ratio of profitability by the year 2013 shows Gross profit margin amounted to 46 %, net profit margin of 37%, an ROI of 91% and a ROE of 107%. In 2014 gross profit margin decreased to 41%, net profit margin of 35%, an ROI of 64% and ROE of 67%. However it does not affect the ability of this business to make profits, because it is on a good criteria.  Key Words : Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction by using an index of consumer satisfaction/ Customer (IKP). Data obtained by distributing a questionnaire of 30 respondents were measured using a Likert scale. In addition, the questionnaire in a test using data validity test and reliability of data. The research results showed that of the four aspects: the average value of the product customer satisfaction index of more than 0.753 that was satisfied. Aspects of the average value price index of consumer satisfaction more than 0.731 that was satisfied. Aspect that is where the value of the average customer satisfaction index of more than 0.7333 that was satisfied. Aspects of the service of the average value of consumer satisfaction index over 0.80 that was satisfied. Abstract

ABSTRACT Ria Angelina Paendong. Pernanan sektor pertanian di Sulawesi Utara. Under the guidance of Lyndon R.J Pangemanan (Chairman), Th Katiandagho  (Members), dan Vicky R.B Moniaga (Members).   The purpose of this study was to determine wheather the agricultural sector and sub-sector of agrigulture (crops, plantations, fisheries, foresty,) still as a commodity base.   This research uses descriptive-analytic method. The data used are secondary data obtained from the office of the Central Bureau Of Statistics North Sulawesi. Measured variabel is the GDP and GDRP of North Sulawesi to find the value of LQ. LQ can determine wheather the value of the agricultural sector is still in the category of the base sector. In determining the value of LQ, measured variabels include the economics sector of GDRP last five years between 2008-2012 and the public sector of GDRP tramstop five years between the years 2008-2012, GDP of the agricultural sector and agricultural sub-sector GDP in the province of North Sulawesi.   The ability of the agricultural sector into a base sector in North Sulawsi as supported by a large expanse of land resources which can be used as means of lands resources which can be used as a means of support to increase agricultural production. Based on LQ scores, agricultural sub-sector which is the base is plantation sub-sector and sub-sector of fishery. Keywords : Base, GDP, GDRP

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the role of the agricultural sector in the economy of Tomohon City in 2005, 2010 and 2017. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from December 2018 - February 2019. The basic data used in this research is quantitative descriptive data. This data focuses on the problems that exist today, on actual problems. The data collected is first compiled, explained and then analyzed. The reserch result showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy of the city of Tomohon tends to decline, however, on the other hand the agricultural sector remains consistent in contributing to the economy of Tomohon City. This was indicated by the percentage contribution of the economic sectors to the Tomohon City GRDP in 2017, where the agricultural sector was the second largest contributor after the construction sector to Tomohon City GRDP so that it can be interpreted that the productivity of the agricultural sector in Tomohon continues to develop. Keywords:  Role of agricultural sector, Economy, Tomohon  City, Contribution
