Abstract

Abstrak. Produk industri konstruksi biasanya dibuat atas dasar permintaan dari pemberi kerja (pemerintah atau swasta) oleh pihak kedua yang dikontrak (kontraktor), dengan mengerahkan berbagai sumberdaya seperti bahan konstruksi, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja. Dalam proses produksinya berbagai komponen produk konstruksi dipasok oleh berbagai pemasok yang bertingkat-tingkat, kemudian dirakit di lokasi proyek oleh para kontraktor, baik kontraktor utama maupun sub kontraktor. Rantai-pasok proses produksi konstruksi pada tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi telah didentifikasikan dalam rangka mengkaji bentuk-bentuk pengawasan dan penjaminan mutu pada rantai-pasok tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei ke lapangan melalui wawancara secara mendalam ke pelaku rantai-pasok pada proyek yang ditinjau. Indikator yang digunakan untuk pertanyaan wawancara dikembangkan berdasar pola ISO 9001:2000 yang telah diterapkan oleh para Kontraktor responden sebagai pelaku utama dalam rantai pasok. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkanadanya pola penjaminan mutu yang didasari empat elemen utama, meliputi pendefinisian jangkauan proyek, penetapan spesifikasi dan sistem dasar, pembuatan barang dan jasa, dan penyampaian barang dan jasa ke pelanggan. Elemen ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan dua belas tindakan oleh pelaku rantai pasok sehingga akhirnya jaminan mutu dapat tercapai. Proses tersebut sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip yang ditetapkan dalam standar ISO 9001:2000. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam industri konstruksi, untuk membuat pola rantai pasok yang di dalamnya terdapat penjaminan mutu terhadap hasil kerja guna memperoleh kepuasan pengguna jasa.Abstract. The construction industry products are usually created based on request from the clients (government organizations or private sector) by the contracted second party (contractor) who mobilizes various resources such as construction material, equipment and labor, which are supplied by a series of suppliers then assembled at the project site by the various contractors (prime and sub-contractors).The supply chain within the construction production process during the construction stage has been identified, in light of investigating the quality assurance processes within each supply chain components. Observations are made by survey to project sites through semi-structured depth interviewing for all the supply chain actors within the case study projects. Indicators used in the survey are based on ISO 9001:2000 procedures already adopted by the contractors. The observation result shows that there are four basic elements required to assure the quality of the product: defining project scope, specifying features and baseline system, build product, and deliver product to customer. To implement these elements, twelve steps need to be completed by the supply chain parties in order to accomplish quality assurance process. The process is found to be very similar with those of ISO 9001:2000 standards.The result of this study is expected to be usefull for parties involved in construction industry in setting up their supply chain, where quality assurance of the construction products is a major issue in improving costumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aim to re-build labours capacity on concept and knowledge about housing throughconstruction workshop in endure building from earthquake. The result from this research found thatknowledge of participant had been increase to 41% (fourty one percents) through the workshop.

Abstract

Abstract The public is increasingly feeling the ease of obtaining information in the digital era. With the rise of infrastructure development by the Government, the role of the community as supervisors of development needs to be increased to reduce criminal acts of corruption. Corruption can be reduced if the principle of transparency is implemented. The aim of this research is to determine the information needed by Multistakeholders regarding public infrastructure needs, and to measure the quality of providing infrastructure information as an embodiment of the principle of transparency in the construction services sector in Greater Bandung using the CoST (Construction Sector Transparency) and LPSE (Electronic Procurement Services) Infrastructure Data Standard Instruments. The type of research is qualitative research with a case study method. The results of the research state: 1) The information needed by multi-stakeholders regarding public infrastructure transparency refers to the CoST IDS and LPSE instruments, namely related to project identity, project preparation, project completion, project procurement process, and project implementation, 2) The quality of providing infrastructure information as an embodiment principles of transparency in the construction services sector in Greater Bandung with Infrastructure Data Standard Instruments: a) CoST (Construction Sector Transparency). Measured with 40 questions, an average figure of 64% was obtained, which is in the interval 60.00% - 69.00% (medium category). This indicates that public information providers are available at all times regarding infrastructure information in Greater Bandung, and b) LPSE (Electronic Procurement Services). Measured with 27 questions, an average figure of 72% was obtained. namely in the interval 70.00% - 79.00%. (medium category). This indicates that public information providers are available at all times regarding infrastructure information in Greater Bandung. Abstract

Building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of the building so that it remains functional following the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 24 / PRT / M / 2008 concerning Building Maintenance Guidelines; building maintenance includes architectural, structural, and mechanical maintenance. This problem must be considered during building construction to realize the use of structures that fulfil requirements for efficiency, environmental harmony, safety, health, comfort, and convenience. With regular maintenance, the building can achieve its design life with a minor frequency of damage and repair. The cost of building maintenance will increase yearly according to the inflation increase in each region.   This study aims to analyze the maintenance costs of the Sports Center building using the LCC (Life Cycle Cost) method with architectural aspects (walls, ceilings, and floors) within the next 20 years. Life cycle costs (LCCs) are costs required by a building over the life of its plan. This approach assesses the total cost of an asset over its life cycle, including initial capital costs, maintenance costs, operating costs, and the residual value of an asset at the end of its life. The study's findings demonstrate how to create a model for predicting maintenance costs. According to this, the Sports Center building must spend IDR 1.445.082.148,15 on maintenance over the next 20 years. The following includes IDR 280.180.770,42 for ceiling maintenance, IDR 338.260.528,79 for walls, and IDR 826.640.848,94 for flooring.

Abstract

Along with advances in science and technology, the development of the building sector is also increasing. Multi-storey buildings are an alternative to meet the needs of big cities with very limited land. The rapid development of construction project development, in addition to providing benefits, can also cause the risk of accidents that can cause disruption or cessation of project work activities. The literature review aims to review the potential for work accidents and risk assessments on construction projects. A literature review is based on issues, methodologies, similarities and research proposals. Based on the result of 8 studies, it was found that the high-risk category is the risk of falling from a height, workers buried by avalanches during excavation work, the risk of being hit by material, and being electrocuted during excavation work with tools and equipment accidents. Based on the identification and assessment, it was found that the work of the upper structure has more risk, and the average risk index is greater than that of the lower structure.
