Abstract

This article is taken from a small section of the dissertation research, about development of a model program to improve the competence of transmigrantion community through the pottential environment based training. This paper will only present a small description of the research, that is concerning misconceptions of the workers / builders as a research subject, the technical knowledge to build earthquake-resistant housing construction. Research done by a "Research Development." The results obtained from the implementation of pilot training model, with the aim of knowing implementing and functioning of the learning program in training of on the construction of earthquake resistant.

Abstract

This research aim to re-build labours capacity on concept and knowledge about housing throughconstruction workshop in endure building from earthquake. The result from this research found thatknowledge of participant had been increase to 41% (fourty one percents) through the workshop.

Abstract

This study will discuss the effect of cement substitution with marble waste against the compressive strength of mortar. marble waste which is used as research, of course, has been selected according to the size of the required. In this study, the attitude waste used from the Padalarang area, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is the experimental method with manufacture of test objects in the laboratory which are then carried out testing on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th days. On research. This is made of 4 different types of mixtures as many as 3 pieces per type. As a comparison, ordinary mortar was also made. Design Method mortar using SK SNI M-111-1990-03 with compressive strength mortar the planned amount is 52 kg/cm2. Based on the mortar compressive strength test, it can be seen that mortar with a mixture of waste means decreased compressive strength Keywords: Cement, Compressive Strength, Marble Waste, Mortar, Subsitution

Abstract

The teacher certification program is one of the governmentprograms that aims to improve teacher performance incarrying out their teaching assignments. Improved teacherperformance, is expected to improve student achievementoutcomes. This study aims to determine the general pictureof professional certified teachers performance, the result ofstudent achievement, and to find out the influence ofprofessional certified teachers performance on the results ofstudent achivement in the vocational learning in SMK Negeri1 Sumedang. The research method used is the EkspalantoryResearch method with a quantitative approach. The numberof research samples as many as seven (7) teachersspecializing in vocational learning in building design andinformation design competencies (DPIB) who have passedprofessional certification. Several studies stated that thecertification program had not had a significant impact onteacher performance. In terms of certification, the programhad to be viewed from various aspects in detail, not onlyfrom the learning aspect.

Abstract

Research on eleven participants who work as teachers of the Geomatics Engineering Dual Expertise Program spread across various provinces throughout Indonesia has provided an in-depth desciption of the adaptation process they experienced to their new competency skills. The author conducts interviews with video calls through applications on sosial media by giving several questions to participants and also asking participants to tell about the adaptation process they have experienced so that the results obtained from this interview are more in-depth. The author processes the research data by transcribing the document, compressing the facts, then coding so that the conclusion is in the form of certain themes that can be grouped. From this research, the authors have succeeded in describing the main obstacles experienced by teachers in adapting and how they can overcome these obstacles in their way. This research shows that some of the obstacles for the geomatics engineering dual expertise program teacher in adapting to this skill competency are understanding new subject matter in the competency of geomatics engineering expertise, namely Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) which are closely related to learning using software certainly. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as practical equipment for teaching and learning activities, lack of support from senior teachers in schools. The participants tried to overcome the obstacles they experienced with the shocking reality because they avoided teaching difficult subjects (subjects in Grade XI and XII) or tried to gain knowledge with senior teachers in school, even though not all senior teachers can provide support due to limited understanding of new material.

Abstract

Peningkatan pembangunan konstruksi jalan yang tinggi sangat memerlukan ketelitian dan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaan proyek dengan hasil yang sempurna. Pembangunan konstruksi jalan di Provinsi Jawa Barat sangat berkembang pesat dengan jumlah dan nilai proyek yang cukup signifikat dalam pembangunan. Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi jalan yang sangat rumit dan memiliki resiko kerja yang sangat tinggi memerlukan pengendalian manajemen proyek untuk dapat diselesaikan secara profesional dan sesuai dengan standar spesifikasi yang disyaratkan. Pengendalian proyek jalan  yang sangat banyak dan kondisi yang rumit memerlukan pendekatan pengendalian yang akuntabel dan transparansi untuk pengelolaan dan kualitas yang baik pada hasil pekerjaan. Di Era industri 4.pengendalian proyek konstruksi memerlukan akuntabilitas dan ransparasi berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi. Hasil Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan Manajemen Pengendalian Proyek Konstruksi Jalan yang akuntabel harus diimplementasikan kepada pengguna dan pengelola proyek konstruksi. Tujuan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah mengimplementasikan hasil pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan Teknik Sipil dalam  Manajemen Pengendalian proyek Konstruksi Jalan di tingkat pemangku kebijakan (Pemerintah). Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi untuk meningkatkan Profesionalisme pengelolaan Pengendalian Manajemen Konstruksi yang terukur secara tepat. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengendalian Proyek akan meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam kegiatan pengelolaan proyek. Sehingga implementasi Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Manajemen Pengendalian Proyek Konstruksi  Jalan di Kota Cimahi merupakan usaha untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas pengelolaan proyek konstruksi berdasarkan sistem informasi yang akuntabel dan efisien dalam pengelolaan anggaran negara.

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Indonesia has a large number, one of which is vocational high school (SMK) graduates. The number of unemployed is due to the minimal number of jobs where the number of job seekers is more than the number of jobs. SMK students are not only designed to be ready to work but also in terms of entrepreneurship, one of which is through Creative Product Learning and Entrepreneurship. Creative Product and Entrepreneurship Learning is designed to train students to have entrepreneurial character, training in making creative products and direct experience in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning creative products and entrepreneurship on interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The subject of this research is the class XII students of DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang with a total sample of 84 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that the Creative Product Learning and Entrepreneurship variable (X) was in the medium category and the Entrepreneurial Interest variable (Y) was in the medium category as well. Based on the results of the study, there is a positive and significant influence between learning creative products and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. It is hoped that in the implementation of creative product learning and entrepreneurship, improvements and experiences regarding entrepreneurship are needed in accordance with the student's field of expertise so that learning can further increase student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Memilih model dan media pembelajaran yang tepat merupakan aspek krusial bagi guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar. Model Cooperative Learning serta media video merupakan fokus pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran model Cooperative Learning (CL) dengan bantuan media video; (2) mengevaluasi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran model CL dengan dukungan media video. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata pelajaran elemen estimasi biaya konstruksi dan perumahan materi penjadwalan proyek konstruksi dan penyusunan kurva-S. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas XI TKP 1 SMKN Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran (modul ajar), lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran serta analisis hasil belajar, yang terdiri dari analisis deskriptif hasil belajar, uji N-Gain, dan uji Wilcoxon. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Berdasarkan rata-rata nilai lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, penerapan model pembelajaran CL dengan dukungan media video pada elemen estimasi biaya konstruksi dan perumahan di SMKN Cibinong dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik; (2) Hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model CL yang dibantu media video mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TKP 1 SMKN Cibinong pada elemen estimasi biaya konstruksi dan perumahan dengan kategori peningkatan yang tinggi.
