Abstract

To fulfil the need of rice is to increase the domestic production, which is the one of the government’s policy. However, by increasing the population, the demand of rice will also increase and the effort of increase the domestic productivity cannot supply the need of domestic rice. So, to cover the shortage the government makes decision to import rice from other countries. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) also increased after monetary crisis in 1998. In the fact of the import of rice is occurred when the statistical data showed that the supply of rice in Indonesia is surplus. The aim of this research is necessary to study the factors which influence the import of rice in Indonesia. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis model with Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the research proven that partially or jointly the gross domestic product, the consumption, the price of rice in world market are influence significantly toward the import of rice in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of red ginger on total lactic acid bacteria, antioxidant activity and acceptance of herbal soyghurt. This study used the addition of red ginger concentration of 0%, 2% and 4% in soyghurt. The total lactic acid bacteria were calculated using Total Plate Count (TPC) method and antioxidant activity test was analyzed by DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method. The acceptance testing was performed by hedonic test. The addition of red ginger affected antioxidant activity and acceptance test in terms of taste, flavor, and color. The highest antioxidant activity in soyghurt with 4% red ginger is 11.36 ± 1.73%. The addition of red ginger has no effect on the total lactic acid bacteria and soyghurt texture. Soyghurt with 2% red ginger is the best of the acceptance test. It has an antioxidant activity of 10.68 ± 1.13%, and the total lactic acid bacteria 5.00 ± 5.29 x 1016 CFU/ml.

Abstract

Era digital sekarang ini media pembelajaran semakin maju. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi sebagai media pembelajaran sudah merupakan sebuah tuntutan bagi guru. Guna untuk meningkatkan efektifittas dan efesiensi pembelajaran, perlu dikembangkan berbagai model pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Peningkatan literasi digital pada siswa menjadi tantangan utama dalam menghadapi era digital yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis media teknologi di SD Negeri 3 Koripan dalam rangka untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis digital peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 3 Koripan. Dengan adanya pengenalan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi ini, diharapkan peserta didik SD Negeri 3 Koripan dapat memahami dan menggunakan Microsoft Word sebagai salah satu perangkat lunak yang sering digunakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dari guru. Pemahaman materi ini juga diharapkan akan bermanfaat ketika peserta didik melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The ergonomic assessment of the working posture of traditional embroidery artisans in Lampung is necessary to uncover their working conditions and their impact on health, with the main complaint being significant musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to identify the ergonomic risk levels of the artisans and provide recommendations for corrective measures. The research utilized the Nordic Body Map questionnaire to identify the body areas with the highest complaints, while ergonomic analysis was conducted using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods. The findings revealed that the back (100%), buttocks (80%), lower neck (80%), right shoulder (80%), waist (70%), and upper neck (70%) were the areas with the highest complaints. The RULA score was 6 for embroidery and pattern-making activities, indicating that corrective actions are needed in the near future. The REBA scores were 5 for embroidery and 6 for pattern-making, emphasizing the urgency for improvement. Immediate corrective actions, such as the provision or replacement of ergonomic embroidery frames or tables, are required to reduce injury risks and enhance the occupational health of the artisans. Abstract

Social media TikTok is a digital platform that is popular among teenagers and young people, often used as a medium for mathematical learning. TikTok is a platform for them to present short explanatory videos on various mathematical topics, facilitating creative and interactive mathematical communication. Although TikTok is generally known as a means of entertainment, its potential use in the context of mathematics education has not been widely explored. This research explores the relationship between junior high school students' interactions with TikTok as a mathematics learning medium and its impact on their mathematical communication skills. Through a quantitative approach with correlational research methods, data was collected through questionnaires and mathematical communication ability tests. Class VIII 2 was selected as a sample through a simple random sampling technique in the Bekasi area. The results of the analysis using Spearman's Rank correlation show that, although TikTok is often used as a mathematics learning medium, junior high school students' mathematical communication skills tend to be low or even insignificant.. Media sosial sosial TikTok merupakan sebuah platform digital yang terkenal di kalangan remaja dan kaum muda, seringkali digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematis. TikTok menjadi wadah bagi mereka untuk menyajikan video penjelasan singkat mengenai berbagai topik materi matematika, memfasilitasi komunikasi matematis yang kreatif dan interaktif. Meskipun TikTok pada umumnya dikenal sebagai sarana hiburan, potensi pemanfaatannya dalam konteks pendidikan matematika masih belum banyak dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penyelidikan hubungan antara interaksi siswa SMP dengan TikTok sebagai media pembelajaran matematika dan dampaknya terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis mereka. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner angket dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Kelas VIII 2 dipilih sebagai sampel melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana di sebuah daerah Bekasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun TikTok sering digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematis hubungannya dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP cenderung rendah atau bahkan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this study is to determine how game addiction and the school environment affect the emotional development of students at Karanganyar High School (SMA). The study seeks to understand the joint influence between internal (gaming addiction) and external (school environment) factors on emotional development, which may be more complex than the influence of either factor alone. Methodology: The research method used is a quantitative correlation approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 51 statements. The sample included 263 students from various high schools (SMA) across Karanganyar. Data analysis involved prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing using multiple regression, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Results: The study shows that game addiction (X1) has a positive and significant effect on emotional development, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.682 > t-table (1.969). Similarly, the school environment variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 14.911 > t-table (1.969). The F significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.558, indicating that 55.8% of the variation in emotional development is explained by the two variables, while 44.2% is influenced by other factors. Findings reveal that online game addiction can hinder emotional intelligence (e.g., alexithymia), while a positive school environment (e.g., teacher support, extracurriculars) can foster emotional well-being. Applications/Originality/Value: This study provides a novel perspective by emphasizing the emotional impact of gaming addiction, rather than the commonly studied academic impacts. It highlights the school environment as either a protective or risk factor, offering practical insights for educational institutions to support students’ emotional development. This dual focus on internal and external influences adds depth to the understanding of emotional health among adolescents.
