Abstract

Construction development projects have the opportunity to experience delays with various kinds of obstacles and productivity is one of the main factors determining the course of a development. The research in this final project is processing unit price analysis. Method Statement Approval (MSA). Material Approval Submission (MAS). Time Schedule. and Shop Drawing to analyze time. productivity. and cost in the implementation of floor slab composite structure work. The results of the analysis of this study show that the design productivity between composite and conventional plates is the same. For the productivity of bondek work realization 42.17 m²/Day. wiremesh work 3070.68 Kg/Day and concrete work 126.63 m³/Day. The productivity of conventional slab formwork work is 414.34 m²/Day. iron work 2896.77 Kg/Day and concrete work 81.02 m³/Day. The cost required for the design of the composite slab is Rp. 3,192,534,719 and the realization of Rp. 3,048,592,476. While the cost for the work of the conventional plate plan is Rp. 950,640,926 and the realization of Rp. 1,057,220,736.

Abstract

Time and cost are important and interrelated in the implementation of construction project activities. In the world of construction project that can be used as a measure of a project’s success is if the projet=ct can run according to the planned schedule with allocated costs in accordance with the quality of the materials used. The result of the analysis show that the CPM method is more efficient in terms of time and coast. The result of calculating the duration and cost of the CPM method produce a duration of 117 days with an allocated cost pf IDR 5.951.026.616, which is 19 days faster with a cost difference of IDR 307.764.792 compared to the PERT method. This research was conducted according to the calculation of the initial smart time of the project, namely on May 16, 2022 according to real sata. In the analysis in this study, scheduling planning using the CPM and PERT method was applied with the aim of knowing which method is more efficient in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

In the implementation of projects, various obstacles are often encountered which cause delays which have an impact not only on the duration of implementation but also on the costs incurred. These constraints can be in the form of a lack of resources, weather factors to social factors. Thus, it is necessary to accelerate and optimize what can be done to overcome the delay. As well as efficient resource management. One of the acceleration methods that can be used is the Crashing method. One of them is the application of the crashing method to the Ringinrejo - BTS road construction project. Regency. Malang STA 2+350 – 6+300 which experienced delays in its implementation. After analyzing the remaining work, the duration of the remaining work was 273 days or completed on December 31, 2022. In the initial planning, the project was scheduled for completion on October 3, 2022, so based on this, the project experienced a delay of 89 days. The total minimum fee that must be incurred is IDR 1,524,960.00 with an additional fee of IDR 21,180,000.00 per day. Daily productivity for ordinary excavation works, which was originally 303.20 m³/hour, increased to 909.59 m³/hour. For daily productivity on ordinary embankment work which was originally 371.92 m³/hour to 743.84 m³/hour and productivity on road construction work which was originally 330.91 m³/hour to 661.81 m³/hour. After the acceleration using the crashing analyzing method on existing critical paths, it is known that the duration of project implementation which was originally 273 days became 184 days by adding the number of heavy equipment. with an additional fee of IDR 1,524,960,000
