Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan lahan di Kota Surabaya bila dikaitkan dengan tata guna lahan dalam RTRW tahun 2007 dan menganalisa prediksi PDRB Kota Surabaya bila dilihat dari perkembangannya dari tahun 2006-2010 pada masing-masing sektor primer, sekunder dan tersier pada tahun 2011 dan 2012. Metodologi analisa dilakukan dengan mengkaji data sekunder yang diterbitkan oleh Pemkot Surabaya dan BPS Kota Surabaya dengan kondisi realita yang terjadi di kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan yakni: 1. a). Sampai dengan sepuluh tahun ke depan diprediksikan 85% peruntukkan lahan semuanya terbangun sedangkan lahan tak terbangun 15% hanya berupa RTH, harus diupayakan lebih intensif dan konsisten untuk mencapai proporsi luas ruang terbuka hijau sebesar 20%, b). Cluster dengan fungsi utama rekreasi pada UP VI Tunjungan yang meliputi Kecamatan Genteng dan Tegalsari, terutama di kawasan sempadan sungai Kalimas harus tertulis dengan jelas agar dapat konsisten dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaannya, c). Zona pengembangan wilayah laut harus ada pembatas yang jelas pada areal pengembangan, sehingga luas areal yang dikembangkan dan dikelola dapat tetap dipertahankan, 2. Potensi PDRB ADHB dan ADHK 2000 Kota Surabaya terjadi yang paling besar (dominan) pada sub sektor: Perdagangan Hotel dan Restoran, Industri Pengolahan, Pengangkutan dan Komunikasi, Jasa-jasa, Konstruksi, Keuangan, Persewaaan dan Jasa Perusahaan, Listrik, Gas dan Air bersih, Pertanian, Pertambangan dan Penggalian.Kata kunci: RTRW, PDRB, ADHB, ADHK.

Abstract

Value engineering is done to make an effort to organize systematically and applying a technique that identifies the product function that aims to meet the required function with the lowest price. Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used in the analysis phase of work plan to choices alternative that is more objective based on several variables. In the chart of the breakdown cost model, 7 items of work have the highest cost, based on the work items was found 2 items of work that have the potential to do great engineering work that is the value of the walls and ceiling. The application of the results of value engineering on the walls, recommended the bricks, concrete stiffeners, stucco 1:4, paint walls, ceramic that savings of Rp 92,578,941 or 13.6% of the total cost of initial construction. In the same way, for the ceiling work that is recommended to change the calsiboard hollow iron frame with GRC framework furing metal so that savings of Rp40, 499,036 or 17.3% and ceiling aluminum grill on the bathroom with the calsiboard furing metal frame so that savings of Rp20,226,477 or 40%. Total savings that occur: Rp7,036,167,661 ? Rp6,882,863,207 = Rp153,304,454 or 1.95% of total construction cost.

Abstract

Bina Marga and Pematusan official (Bimatus) is government office that deals with transportation improvement and maintenance especially streets and bridges. Each of projects in Bina Marga and Pematusan official has work planning data. Those early data are used as a measure for project development. Consequently, project development information is one of the important things to know whether a project is running well. According to that need along with computer based system improvement that is used to maintenance real and planning data, official would know whether project realization is running well or not. System development is begun with needs identification, then, created system design that is explained with UML and ERD. System design is used in web circumstances, WAP-PHP based, and MySql database. Finally, examinations for many functions are done to evaluate system task. This results a web application and WAP that could manage project development data at Bina Marga and Pematusan Official.

Abstract

The pier is the place where the ships are being moored at the port. It is also a place for loading and unloading activities and for people or passengers to get on or get off from the ships. There is a need for a digital recording of vehicles or passengers entering the ships to speed up the port administration process. For this reason, in this study, a prototype of a Vehicle and Passenger Recording System (Manifest) at the dock access gate is integrated in an integrated manner based on the Internet of Thing (IoT), which consists of an Android and Web system. This system uses a QR-Code as a ticket that contains manifest data and is read with a QR-Code Reader to be compared with the data stored in the server. If it is appropriate, the dock entrance will be active, and the vehicles or passengers can enter the ships. Whereas if it does not fit, they cannot be open the pier access door. From the test results, the mechanical system can function as expected and can recognize as the entire QR-Code within an optimal distance of 3 cm. All registered users can open the door, as well.

Abstract

The choice of material type has a big influence in the aspect of workmanship which includes the amount of cost and time spent processing. One of the projects that requires selecting the type of material is the facade wall work. In general, wall materials use conventional materials such as lightweight bricks, along with technological advances, they begin to switch to other materials that support the cost and time, namely using precast or precast materials. Before materials that exist, namely precast wall and light brick wall, the differences in the existing materials and manufacture cause different stages of work which affect the implementation time and costs between precast wall and light brick work. This study uses data in the form of implementation images, RAB, HSPK, SNI 6897: 2008, and SNI 2837: 2008 to become the base of calculating costs and time of the two implementation methods. Then, analyze the two implementation methods to find out what causes differences in cost and implementation time requirements. Comparative analysis between the two methods of implementation shows that work with precast material costs Rp. 5,633,609,447 and the work time is 113.86 days, while work with light brick material requires a cost of Rp. 3,136,802,766 with an implementation time of 154 days. This shows that precast wall work is 44.32% more expensive than the light brick, but precast wall work can minimize the time by 26.1%.

Abstract

Along with the development era, more and more construction projects are built to meet all human needs, ranging from residential homes to business premises or the place of service of the general public. In a project generally have a plan and implementation schedule for the implementation of the project can be run in accordance with the desired plan. Therefore, project management is a strategy that needs to be done in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Some of the kinds of methods that can be used to accelerate a construction project can be used to optimize cost and schedule. One of the methods that can be used is the method of Least Cost Analysis. The results of the analysis using the method of least cost scheduling, namely for the duration of the acceleration to be 54 days, 10 days faster than the normal duration. As for the cost of acceleration, i.e. Rp. 3,407,624,263.72 is greater than the normal cost of Rp. 2,856,611,621.08. The difference in the cost of the project acceleration with the normal cost is Rp. 551,012,642.64. Based on efficiency then the project is not worth it to do the acceleration.

Abstract

Construction development projects have the opportunity to experience delays with various kinds of obstacles and productivity is one of the main factors determining the course of a development. The research in this final project is processing unit price analysis. Method Statement Approval (MSA). Material Approval Submission (MAS). Time Schedule. and Shop Drawing to analyze time. productivity. and cost in the implementation of floor slab composite structure work. The results of the analysis of this study show that the design productivity between composite and conventional plates is the same. For the productivity of bondek work realization 42.17 m²/Day. wiremesh work 3070.68 Kg/Day and concrete work 126.63 m³/Day. The productivity of conventional slab formwork work is 414.34 m²/Day. iron work 2896.77 Kg/Day and concrete work 81.02 m³/Day. The cost required for the design of the composite slab is Rp. 3,192,534,719 and the realization of Rp. 3,048,592,476. While the cost for the work of the conventional plate plan is Rp. 950,640,926 and the realization of Rp. 1,057,220,736.

Abstract

Risiko merupakan suatu peristiwa yang mengakibatkan kerugian baik secara fisik maupun materi. Perusahaan yang terlibat dalam suatu pembangunan proyek harus menerapkan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Meskipun tidak dapat dipungkiri bila masih terjadi beberapa kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proyek. Analisis risiko pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua metode. Pada metode pertama perlu dilakukan identifikasi jenis kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) dimulai dengan survei berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden untuk mengetahui nilai serevity (tingkat keparahan) dan probability (kemungkinan) bagi masing - masing variabel agar diketahui risiko terbesar. Setelah diidentifikasi didapat 6 variabel risiko besar dan salah satu diantaranya yaitu pada aktivitas mobilisasi/demobilisasi alat berat dan kendaraan material yang diidentifikasi memiliki bahaya pembebanan struktur dengan kecelakaan kerja yang paling buruk ialah dump truck terperosok saat melintasi struktur yang tidak dapat menahan beban. Setelah ditemukan bahaya dengan risiko terbesar kemudian dicari faktor penyebab risiko tersebut menggunakan metode kedua yaitu, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dimana risiko tersebut disebabkan oleh 3 faktor yaitu faktor manusia, faktor manajemen, dan faktor lingkungan. Ditemukan 11 penyebab dasar dengan kombinasi minimal cut set menghasilkan 7 kombinasi penyebab dasar (basic event).
