Abstract

Abstract: PT. Indonesian logistics posts have cooperation in the postal network field, namely cooperation in sending goods or shipments at a certain time, a certain amount from one point to another in accordance with a warrant from the partner. Components of the postal network include Manpower, vehicles, postal operational control, and operational costs. This study aims to examine the problems and roots of problems that cause risk potential for the risk of postal network components, especially in the manpower component (driver), and know how high the impact of the risk. The research method used in this study is qualitative and semi-quantitative methods by conducting case studies. Data collection was carried out by interview/FGD, and the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the risk of manpower is at high and very high levels. The results of the study will provide recommendations to the manpower component (driver) in the form of risk mitigation and can be used by companies in managing operational risk on postal networks, especially in the manpower component (driver).            Keywords: manpower; operational risk; postal network; risk mitigation.  Abstrak: PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia memiliki kerjasama dalam bidang Jaringan Postal, yaitu kerjasama dalam mengirimkan barang atau kiriman pada waktu tertentu, jumlah tertentu dari satu titik ke titik lain sesuai dengan surat perintah dari mitra. Komponen pada jaringan Postal meliputi: Man Power, Kendaraan, Pengendalian Operasional Postal, dan Biaya Operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan dan akar masalah yang menimbulkan potensi kejadian risiko pada komponen Jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver) dan mengetahui seberapa tinggi dampak risikonya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara/FGD, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko pada manpower berada pada level high dan very high. Hasil penelitian akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap komponen manpower (driver) berupa mitigasi risiko dan dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan risiko operasional pada jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver). Kata kunci: jaringan postal; manpower; mitigasi risiko; risiko operasional.

Abstract

Cloud Computing is a service that provides network storage space and computer resources using an internet connection as an access medium. The process of migrating to cloud computing goes through several stages sequentially and continuously, but sometimes the process of migrating to cloud computing faces obstacles or even failure, this is of course a risk for cloud service users. For this reason, before migrating to the cloud, it is necessary to prepare well, because if not, it will cause losses which will have a risk impact on the company. An effort to minimize risks for cloud service users is to carry out a risk assessment. The aim of this research is to create a model for risk assessment of logistics business applications in cloud migration. The risk value measurement model developed adopts the risk management model from the ISACA Risk IT Framework, the risk management process part of the ISO 31000 standard and adopts the phases of the OCTAVE method. Based on the method of measuring risk values from the results of this research, companies will know how much risk is likely to arise due to the use of cloud data centers, so that risk mitigation can be carried out immediately. This will have an impact on increasing the security of cloud services, and this is the main thing in increasing public confidence in using cloud services.

Abstract

The growing competition in the logistics industry, particularly in freight forwarding, requires companies to deliver superior services that meet customer needs and expectations. This research aims to assess the conditions of Logistics Service Quality, Delivery Reliability, Price, Customer Service, Logistic Service Recovery, and Customer Satisfaction at PT Silkargo; analyze the effects of Logistics Service Quality, Delivery Reliability, and Price on Customer Satisfaction; examine the mediating role of Customer Service; and evaluate the moderating role of Logistic Service Recovery in the proposed research model. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using purposive sampling to collect responses from PT Silkargo customers. Data were obtained through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct, mediating, and moderating relationships among variables. The results show that Logistics Service Quality, Delivery Reliability, and Price significantly influence Customer Satisfaction, while Customer Service significantly mediates the relationships between those antecedents and Customer Satisfaction. Logistic Service Recovery significantly moderates the relationships between Logistics Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, as well as between Price and Customer Satisfaction, but does not significantly moderate the relationship between Delivery Reliability and Customer Satisfaction. These findings indicate that, in the context of B2B lubricant distribution, customer satisfaction is threshold-based, where reliability and service quality function as necessary conditions rather than sources of competitive advantage.

Abstract

The management of non-standard assets, such as used instruments requiring 'refurbish' or 'destroy' evaluation, presents significant complexity for modern warehouse operations, often lacking the integrated, real-time monitoring systems necessary for timely strategic decision-making. This study addresses this problem by developing and evaluating an agile, cost-effective Warehouse Management System (WMS) framework based on the Google Workspace ecosystem (Google Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio). The primary objective is to evaluate the system's effectiveness and to describe the influence of key Information System quality factors—Data Transparency, System Integration, and Real-time Monitoring on Warehouse Performance in a real-world case. This research employed a descriptive case study approach with a total sampling technique involving 100% of the warehouse unit personnel (N=3) at PT Roche Indonesia, alongside an analysis of historical records (110 records from 2023–2024). The study utilizes a comparative analysis between the legacy spreadsheet method and the proposed automated framework. The system's low-code integration, powered by Google Apps Script, proved highly functional in ensuring data consistency. Quantitative results from the user perception survey revealed a high level of satisfaction with an overall average score of 4.82 out of 5.00. Specifically, the system achieved perfect scores in Warehouse Performance (Mean=5.00), followed by strong results in Data Transparency (Mean=4.89) and System Integration (Mean=4.89), while Real-time Monitoring scored 4.67. Furthermore, the implementation successfully eliminated data redundancy (0% duplication rate) compared to the manual legacy system. These findings confirm that the low-code framework significantly enhances operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the viability and high impact of a low-cost, low-code WMS framework for complex reverse logistics environments.

Abstract

Background: Digital transformation in Indonesia’s public sector is a strategic effort to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality of customs services through Indonesia National Single Window (INSW). However, increasing digital transaction volumes has not been matched by optimal customs performance, as reflected in high dwelling time compared to global standards. Objective: This study examines the effect of Digital Service Integration (ILD), Regulatory and Process Synchronization (SRP), and Service Information Connectivity (KIP) on Customs Service Performance (KLK), with Digital Process Integration (IPD) as a mediating variable. Method: A quantitative explanatory design was applied using PLS-SEM. Data were collected from 206 respondents consisting of exporters, government officials, and logistics service providers involved in INSW services. Results: Findings show that ILD, SRP, and KIP significantly and positively influence IPD and KLK. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power (R² KLK = 0.782; R² IPD = 0.714). KIP is the strongest predictor of KLK (β = 0.342, p < 0.001), while IPD significantly mediates all relationships. Conclusion: The study confirms that improving customs service performance requires not only digitalization but also integrated digital processes, regulatory harmonization, and real-time interoperable data systems across institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh trust, satisfaction, dan commitment terhadap logistics integration, pengaruh logistics integration dan digital e-logistics terhadap supply chain performance, serta peran mediasi logistics integration dan digital e-logistics dalam model penelitian. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian kuantitatif cross-sectional ini melibatkan 120 UMKM eksportir pengguna layanan Pos Ekspor pada Kantorpos Gianyar yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Trust dan satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap logistics integration, sedangkan commitment tidak signifikan. Logistics integration merupakan penentu terkuat supply chain performance dan memediasi pengaruh trust serta satisfaction, tetapi tidak memediasi commitment. Digital e-logistics berpengaruh signifikan terhadap supply chain performance dan memediasi pengaruh logistics integration terhadapnya. Implikasi: Manajemen Kantorpos Gianyar disarankan memprioritaskan penguatan trust dan satisfaction serta mempercepat adopsi digital e-logistics UMKM sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok ekspor. Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini menggabungkan tiga variabel relasional sebagai anteseden paralel logistics integration dan menguji digital e-logistics sebagai mediator lanjutan (sequential mediator) pada konteks BUMN logistik dan UMKM eksportir di Indonesia yang belum banyak diteliti.

Abstract

Sektor logistik memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung efisiensi rantai pasok nasional, namun industri trucking di Indonesia masih menghadapi tingginya biaya transportasi akibat ketidakseimbangan muatan (empty backhaul), distorsi struktur pasar, serta belum optimalnya implementasi digitalisasi logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketidakseimbangan muatan, distorsi struktur pasar, dan digitalisasi logistik terhadap biaya transportasi truk dengan kolaborasi supply chain sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan dari 203 responden yang berasal dari pelaku industri trucking dan logistik Indonesia melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, sementara model memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang kuat dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,737 pada variabel biaya transportasi truk. Digitalisasi logistik terbukti menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi supply chain (? = 0,844), yang selanjutnya berkontribusi terhadap penurunan ketidakseimbangan muatan dan peningkatan efisiensi distribusi. Selain itu, distorsi struktur pasar dan ketidakseimbangan muatan juga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan biaya transportasi truk. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital yang didukung kolaborasi supply chain mampu mengurangi perjalanan kosong, meningkatkan utilisasi armada, serta menekan biaya transportasi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan trucking perlu mempercepat implementasi teknologi digital, sedangkan pemerintah perlu memperkuat ekosistem logistik digital dan menciptakan struktur pasar yang lebih transparan guna meningkatkan daya saing logistik nasional.
