Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of teachers after PPG Daljab LPTK UIN Salatiga certification in emotional maturity, emotional competency, emotional sensitivity by using qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that: first, the performance of post-certification teachers in emotional maturity is that teachers are able to control their emotions well when carrying out tasks at school, are more responsible, have a sense of empathy, are aware of their own mistakes, admit their weaknesses, and are able to adapt. Second, the teacher's performance in individual skills, being able to control emotions, maintain self-esteem, always respond to problems wisely, can control the ego. Third, the post-certification teacher's performance in emotional sensitivity, the teacher has empathy for the people around him, improves personal relationships, is able to communicate warmly, understands when to act emotionally and when to be rational. The contribution of this study is able to explain that the performance of teachers after teacher certification in emotional intelligence competency in schools and madrasas has an impact on increasing performance and increasing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The convert village of Dusun Batursari, which has great potential in various fields, but has not been able to work on it optimally, is a strategic opportunity. The purpose of this study was to explore management, supporting and inhibiting factors for community development through strengthening philanthropic behavior in the convert village of Temanggung by using qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there are six stages in community development through philanthropy, namely: preparing plans such as routine recitation, program implementation, reflection, and evaluation. (2) the supporting factors are human resources and leadership while the inhibiting factors are lack of information. Abstract

This study addresses the critical challenge of curriculum desynchronization between Arabic language instruction and Islamic Studies (PAI) in Indonesian Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah). While Arabic serves as an essential medium for understanding religious texts, current instructional models often isolate linguistic mechanics from theological content, resulting in intellectual fatigue and reduced student engagement. Grounded in the frameworks of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and the Love-Based Curriculum (Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta / KBC), this research investigates how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can bridge linguistic and conceptual gaps across these disciplines. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through document analysis of learning standards, classroom observations, and in-depth interviews with educators. The findings demonstrate that AI-mediated learning tools effectively harmonize Arabic grammar with Islamic Studies themes, mitigating cognitive load and fostering a humanistic, empathetic learning environment. Furthermore, this study proposes an interdisciplinary collaborative framework for educators to synchronize language skills with religious comprehension simultaneously. Ultimately, the research highlights AI's transformative potential as a pedagogical mediator in modernizing Islamic secondary education.
