Abstract

Inventory is an activity of book registration or recording bibliographic data collection into the main book or book inventory in accordance with the type of collection. Before September 2012, the inventory of books, especially in determining books inventory number, have been done by manual counting, so it often goes wrong in the book inventory. In November 2012 at the Library of Lampung University, Acquisition Book Division received 1473 titles/7357 copies. In 2013, the Library have received 1684 titles/16.870 copies. The books that received from the publishers was composed in a box in random order. The aims of “EF” method are: 1) to determine books inventory number easier, more effective, and faster; 2) to minimize the error in determining books inventory number. The method used is descriptive quantitative which consists of making a description, an image or picture in a systematic and factual from the existing problems which is to determine the books inventory number: a case study in acquisition books in 2012 and 2013. The results and conclusion are “EF” method in determining the books inventory number in 2012 and 2013 is easier, more effective, and faster, and “EF’ method can minimize errors in determining the books inventory number.

Abstract

Jurnal ini memperluas pemahaman kita melalui analisis tentang implementasi Peran Kegiatan Sosial dan Olahraga dalam Membentuk Karakter Pemuda Desa Cangkuang yang saat ini menjadi isu yang jarang terdengar sebagai langkah pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan karakter pemuda umumnya di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi kepada anggota-anggota Karang Taruna Jaya di Desa Cangkuang. Melalui lima dimensi yang terdapat dalam teori PYD dari Lerner kami mengungkap bahwa pada implementasi Peran Kegiatan Sosial dan Olahraga dalam Pengembangan Karakter Pemuda Di Desa Cangkuang sudah cukup optimal dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menabung sejak dini pada anak-anak. Melalui berbagai kegiatan, Dengan menanamkan kebiasaan menabung sejak dini, diharapkan anak-anak tumbuh menjadi individu yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu mengelola keuangan dengan bijak. Sosialisasi ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi peserta diajak untuk memahami konsep menabung, manfaatnya untuk masa depan, serta cara-cara menabung yang efektif. Dan penerapan dalam islam, menabung sosialisasi ini dapat membentuk kebiasaan menabung yang positif pada anak-anak dan menjadi bekal bagi mereka dalam mengelola keuangan di masa depan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui seperti pembuatan celengan dari kardus bekas dan diskusi mengenai cara menabung yang efektif.  Ini ditunjukan kepada siswa kelas 4-6 SDN 4 Cangkuang.

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the fields of Islamic studies that has received a lot of attention from scientists. Why is this because its role is very, very strategic in efforts to improve human resources and also in Islamic education there are many problems that deserve attention. In this day and age, some adults are preoccupied with the problem of a paradigm, which is very suitable for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Such as from magazines, newspapers, journals, even seminar and workshop activities that discuss Islamic education. However, in essence, this problem is not difficult if educational thinkers, namely Islamic education thinkers in Indonesia in particular, are willing to review the concepts of Islamic education that have been explained by classical Islamic figures such as Ibnu Sina, Ibnu Khaldun, Ibnu maskawaih, and Ibn Taymiyah and several others. Whatever will be explained here is the concept of Islamic education according to Ibn Taimiyah, who apart from being famous as a scholar, is also famous as a Muslim. Because his thoughts in the field of education are a response to various problems currently faced by Islamic society which demand logical solutions through educational channels. Ibnu Taimiyah, he was born in the city of Haram in Syria 5 years after Baghdad was occupied by Mongol troops under the leadership of Hulagu Khan. His birth day was Monday 10 Rabiul Awal 661 AH, which coincides with January 22 1263 AD. Ibn Taimiyah died in Damascus on the evening of Monday 20 Dzulqo'dah 728 coincides with September 26, 1328 AD. It is explained that the concept of education according to Ibn Taimiyah is that students are required to have good educational tools to gain knowledge and master perfectly what they learn by aligning knowledge and charity. There are three types of educational methods according to Ibn Taimiyah, namely first with Al Hikmah, second with Al Mauidzah, third with dialogue ( Aljadal Al Ahsan). Regarding his personality, he is very persistent in fighting for reformation efforts, also including community traditions that are against the teachings of Islam and he emphasizes the open door of ijtihad while still holding firm to his own Sufism. Humans themselves will not escape what is called ethics or manners. Ibnu Taimiyah himself is very sensitive to the ethics of educators or students so that he requires them to have them in order to acquire knowledge accompanied by good manners. As for the philosophy of education according to Ibnu Taimiyah, it should be built on the basis of monotheism of faith in the oneness of God, monotheism which is the basis of education including the monotheism of rububiyyah, uluhiyah, and monotheism of name wa sifat. Based on this view of monotheism, Ibnu Taimiyah then explained the purpose of education, students, teachers, curriculum and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of charismatic leadership style on employee performance at PT Sapta Sinergi Nawasena. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with management and employees. The findings indicate that the charismatic leadership of Ms. W significantly contributes to enhancing employee motivation and productivity. Charismatic leaders can inspire their teams through a clear vision and effective communication, thus creating a positive work environment. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of managerial strategies and leadership practices in organizations.
