Abstract

This research addresses the pressing issue of increasing unemployment among college graduates in Palu City, arising from the lack of opportunities in the formal job market. To combat this problem, the study proposes fostering creativity, initiative, innovation, and independence among graduates through entrepreneurial activities. The research aims to design and develop a model that stimulates students' entrepreneurial intentions to preempt the rise in educated unemployment in Palu City. The specific objectives are as follows: 1) Identify the level of entrepreneurial interest among students; 2) Test and analyze the implementation of the Student Entrepreneurial Intention Model, considering entrepreneurship education, achievement needs, and self-efficacy among students at Tadulako University, Palu; 3) Develop a Student Entrepreneurial Intention Model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, tailored to the unique characteristics of Tadulako University students. Employing a survey method with a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach, the research utilizes primary and secondary data, including questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The unit of analysis comprises students who took the Entrepreneurship Course during the Even Semester of 2014-2015 at Tadulako University. Data analysis employs descriptive and inferential techniques, specifically Partial Least Square (PLS). This research is expected to contribute to addressing the growing issue of educated unemployment by empowering students to embrace entrepreneurship as a viable career option and pave the way for a more sustainable and enterprising economy in Palu City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang adaptasi dan kolaborasi bagi Koperasi kota Palu agar mampu menyesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnis di era multi disrupsi, kemampuan dan komitmen agar mampu beradaptasi dan berkolaborasi dengan ekosistem bisnis digital, dan menggunakan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses dan layanan bisnis di era multi disrupsi. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Pengurus Koperasi Roata Jaya Bersama, Kelurahan Palupi, Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Materi yang diberikan dalam bentuk ceramah dalam bentuk Focus Group Discussion FGD oleh tim pengabdian, dan kemudian berkembang dalam bentuk tanya jawab dan diskusi. Pihak akademisi dan pemerintah terus memberikan motivasi dan pengembangan diri bagi pengurus koperasi kota palu dalam pengelolaan koperasi yang adaptif, mampu berkolaborasi dan berinovasi.Hasil pengabdian menemukan bahwa koperasi kota Palu selama ini koperasi dalam menjalankan usahanya masih menggunakan cara yang tradisional dan belum menggunakan sistem Digital dalam proses pengelolaan usahanya. Adapun Kolaborasi yang koperasi lakukan masih dalam level koperasi primer dengan UMKM, namun belum di lakukan dalam model kerja sama yang terstruktur dan terprogram, sehingga sangat membutuhkan pendampingan. Adaptation and Collaboration Towards Innovative Cooperatives in Palu City  The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge about adaptation and collaboration for Koperasi Kota Palu, to be able to adapt to changes in the business environment in the era of multi-disruption, the ability and commitment to be able to adapt and collaborate with the digital business ecosystem, and use information technology utilization strategies. in business processes and services in the era of multi-disruption. The target of this service activity is the Management of the Koperasi Roata Jaya Bersama, Kelurahan Palupi, Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. The material was given in the form of a lecture in the form of a Focus Group Discussion FGD by the service team, and then developed in the form of questions and answers and discussions. Academics and the government continue to provide motivation and self-development for the Koperasi Kota Palu management in managing cooperatives that are adaptive, able to collaborate and innovate. business management process. The collaboration that cooperatives do is still at the primary cooperative level with MSMEs, but has not been carried out in a structured and programmed cooperation model, so it really needs assistance.
