Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan entrepreneurial marketing dengan sales growth, market share, dan customer satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah yang ada di Kota Palu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik structural equation modeling dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS.  Hasil analisis data bahwa hubungan entrepreneurial marketing dan sales growth positif dan signifikan. Entrepreneurial marketing dan market share memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Serta hubungan entrepreneurial marketing dan customer satisfaction positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the operational performance of Loru Village Officials. This activity was carried out at the Loru Village office. The informant in this article is the village head of Loru. Methods of implementation using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of observing the factors that support the performance of Loru Village Officials, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation. Abstract

The efforts of the Loru village government in order to improve food security and support the improvement of the family economy are by facilitating training for farmers. Loru village collaborated with PT. Nina Agro Jaya conducts Hydroponic Farming training for lettuce plants. The result of this training farmers will be faced with the marketing process. With all kinds of problems that will be faced in the marketing process. Another form of this activity is to describe the hydroponic lettuce marketing channel and to analyze the size of the margin and the efficiency level of hydroponic lettuce marketing. So that later lettuce farmers will have a better understanding of market conditions and be able to independently take certain actions in the marketing process. This activity was carried out in Loru Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency.

Abstract

The local government has attempted to implement regional autonomy, which has carried out development for 5 years through Regional Original Revenue (PAD) funding. The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential growth rate, as well as forecast the resource's future earnings. This study uses secondary data for the 2017-2021 financial and regional asset management bodies in Central Sulawesi with descriptive analysis. This research technique uses contribution ratio analysis techniques, growth ratios and trend ratios. These results indicate that the contribution of PAD sources found that local taxes and other legitimate PAD are the largest contributors to PAD in Central Sulawesi while levies and business entities still contribute and the elasticity is small, while the growth rate of PAD sources will have a tendency. of fluctuating growth rates.

Abstract

Development of products and services to the community is the key to success in business ventures. UD. Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

Abstract

The research examines the impact of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction and loyalty towards the services provided by MEC Palu, as well as the impact of this satisfaction on consumer loyalty. This research used a descriptive associative approach, and involved 155 MEC Palu members as a sample selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The sample was divided into three different groups. For data analysis, the structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used. The findings show that experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on both consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Furthermore, there is evidence that shows consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This shows that the implementation of experiential marketing strategies is very important to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty at MEC Palu as an effective marketing strategy to maintain and increase customer loyalty through satisfying experiences.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to gain an understanding of the UMKM Development Strategy through the Development Policy of the Sigi Regency Cooperation and UKM Department in Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner using a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The data is then presented and analyzed using SWOT matrix analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of this research indicate that the strategy implemented to develop UMKM at the Sigi Regency Cooperation Department is appropriate and makes maximum use of the potential strengths possessed in seizing opportunities at the Sigi Regency Cooperation and UKM Department where the potential can be developed in the future and the results determining the coordinate points X; , Management of open information, improving the quality of work programs, developing financial institutions, increasing empowerment of UMKM, consider community needs and strengthen authority and autonomy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Psychological capital in the self-development of teaching staff and the quality of foreign language courses in Palu City. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative, aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural and human-made, which pay more attention to characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities. The informants in this research are teaching staff who have had work experience at the relevant course institution for approximately two years and play an active role in every teaching and learning process, totaling six people. This research uses the interactive model analysis method. The results of this study show that all dimensions of Psychological Capital among the teaching staff of the two English language course institutions can improve the quality of the teaching staff and enhance the quality of the two English language courses.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang adaptasi dan kolaborasi bagi Koperasi kota Palu agar mampu menyesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnis di era multi disrupsi, kemampuan dan komitmen agar mampu beradaptasi dan berkolaborasi dengan ekosistem bisnis digital, dan menggunakan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses dan layanan bisnis di era multi disrupsi. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Pengurus Koperasi Roata Jaya Bersama, Kelurahan Palupi, Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Materi yang diberikan dalam bentuk ceramah dalam bentuk Focus Group Discussion FGD oleh tim pengabdian, dan kemudian berkembang dalam bentuk tanya jawab dan diskusi. Pihak akademisi dan pemerintah terus memberikan motivasi dan pengembangan diri bagi pengurus koperasi kota palu dalam pengelolaan koperasi yang adaptif, mampu berkolaborasi dan berinovasi.Hasil pengabdian menemukan bahwa koperasi kota Palu selama ini koperasi dalam menjalankan usahanya masih menggunakan cara yang tradisional dan belum menggunakan sistem Digital dalam proses pengelolaan usahanya. Adapun Kolaborasi yang koperasi lakukan masih dalam level koperasi primer dengan UMKM, namun belum di lakukan dalam model kerja sama yang terstruktur dan terprogram, sehingga sangat membutuhkan pendampingan. The material was given in the form of a lecture in the form of a Focus Group Discussion FGD by the service team, and then developed in the form of questions and answers and discussions. Academics and the government continue to provide motivation and self-development for the Koperasi Kota Palu management in managing cooperatives that are adaptive, able to collaborate and innovate. business management process. The collaboration that cooperatives do is still at the primary cooperative level with MSMEs, but has not been carried out in a structured and programmed cooperation model, so it really needs assistance.

Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada 20 orang masyarakat Desa Towale, terdiri dari 7 pelaku usaha kuliner tradisional, 5 yang akan memulai usaha kuliner, dan 5 yang belum memiliki usaha kuliner, serta dihadiri oleh kepala desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan anggota pokdarwis. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai  diversifikasi produk kuliner tradisional dengan sentuhan modern dan memberikan pendampingan untuk pengembangan usaha kuliner tradisional, yang akan mendukung perkembangan Desa Towale sebagai desa wisata.Program pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam 2 tahap: pertama, observasi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan kendala pelaku usaha kuliner, dan kedua, penyuluhan dan pendampingan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi FGD oleh tim pengabdian.Manfaat dari program ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada  pelaku usaha kuliner tradisional dalam  mendukung pengembangan desa wisata, meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara. Hasil pengukuran pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa 92% peserta lebih memahami bagaimana mengidentifikasi potensi kuliner dan mengembangkan produk kuliner traditional daerah. Dengan pemahaman ini, diversifikasi produk menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan Desa Towale sebagai desa wisata yang terkenal, hal ini memerlukan peran serta dan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh elemen masyarakat dan pelaku usaha wisata di sekitar Desa Towale. The Identification and Development of Traditional Culinary Product Diversification in Towale Tourist Village, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge to 20 people in Towale Village, consisting of 7 traditional culinary entrepreneurs, 5 individuals who are starting culinary businesses, and 5 who do not yet have culinary businesses. The program is also attended by the village head, community leaders, and members of the local community development group (pokdarwis). The objective of this program is to impart an understanding of diversifying traditional culinary products with a modern touch and to provide support for the development of traditional culinary businesses, which will contribute to the growth of Towale Village as a tourist destination.This community service program consists of two phases: first, field observations to identify the potential and challenges faced by culinary entrepreneurs, and second, education and support in the form of lectures and focus group discussions (FGD) conducted by the service team. The benefits of this program include enhancing the knowledge of traditional culinary entrepreneurs in supporting the development of the tourist village, increasing the number of local and international tourists visiting, and promoting traditional culinary products. Pre-test and post-test measurements show that 92% of the participants have a better understanding of how to identify culinary potential and develop local traditional culinary products. With this understanding, product diversification becomes a crucial factor in the development of Towale Village as a renowned tourist destination, requiring active participation and involvement from all community members and tourism entrepreneurs in the vicinity of Towale Village
