Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an important aspect for employees in the health sector. This study aims to determine how much work motivation and job satisfaction have an impact on employee OCB. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of data analysis and descriptive analysis to find out the general description of the respondents. The findings in this study conclude that work motivation and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially have a positive impact on OCB. The company is expected to pay attention to the motivation and job satisfaction of its employees so that they work more at work and work beyond the applicable formal rewards.

Abstract

Stres kerja menjadi penting untuk dikelola karena dapat membawa dampak buruk bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar sensory processing sensitivitiy memiliki dampak terhadap stres kerja pada pengemudi ojek online di DKI Jakarta. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan sebagai teknik analisa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensory processing sensitivity berdampak positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Hasil penelitian menambah literatur mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi stres kerja secara khusus pada mitra ojek online.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strength of the relationship between motivation and work stress with work involvement individually or simultaneously. The quantitative approach used in research. The sampling used is the saturated sample method. A total of 270 people filled out the questionnaire with a response rate of 17.21% of the total population. The data analysis method used quantitative descriptive analysis, simple correlation, and multiple correlation. Normality and linearity tests were used before hypothesis testing. The finding in this study is that work motivation is positively and strongly correlated with work engagement. Job stressor has a negative and weak correlation with work engagement. Motivation and work stress are simultaneously positively connected with work engagement. The company is expected to provide motivation, increase the benefits provided and provide freedom in managing work schedules and ways of working so that employees feel more comfortable with their work. Further researchers can use factors that mediate the link between job stress and job engagement to explain the weak relationship found in this study. The next researcher can compare work motivation, job stress and job involvement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan motivasi dan juga stres bekerja dengan work engagement secara masing-masing maupun simultan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipakai dalam penelitian. Pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah metode sampel jenuh. Sebanyak 270 orang yang mengisi kuesioner dengan tingkat respon 17,21% dari total populasi. Metode analisis data memakai analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, korelasi sederhana dan korelasi berganda. Uji normalitas dan linearitas dipakai sebelum pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini ialah motivasi kerja berkorelasi positif dan kuat dengan work engagement. Stres kerja berkorelasi negatif dan lemah dengan work engagement. Motivasi dan stres kerja secara berbarengan berkorelasi positif dengan work engagement. Pihak perusahaan diharapkan memberikan pelatihan motivasi, meningkatkan tunjangan yang diberikan serta memberikan kebebasan dalam mengatur jadwal kerja dan cara bekerja agar karyawan lebih merasa terikat dengan pekerjaannya. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan faktor yang memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dengan work engagement guna menjelaskan lemahnya hubungan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti selanjutnya bisa juga membandingkan tingkat motivasi kerja, stres kerja dan work engagement pada karyawan yang memiliki posisi pekerjaan yang berbeda.

Abstract

Work engagement memiliki peranan yang penting bagi perawat karena terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien serta terkait dengan besarnya biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui besarnya dampak yang diberikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap work engagement melalui learning agility perawat. Sampel ialah 82 perawat yang dipilih menggunakan convenience sampling. PLS-SEM dipergunakan sebagai cara menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan learning agility memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap work engagement perawat. Learning agility memediasi parsial (sebagian) pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap work engagement. Penelitian yang akan datang dapat menggunakan sampel lainnya misalnya pada level eksekutif atau di sektor selain kesehatan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi upaya meningkatkan work engagement melalui learning agility dengan sampel perawat.Kata kunci: Motivasi intrinsik; Learning Egility; Work Engagement.

Abstract

Work engagement is one of the crucial aspects that a lecturer must possess. This research aims to provide an overview of the relationship between career development and work engagement among employees, including lecturers. The references for this study were obtained from Google Scholar, with specific criteria spanning from 2014 to 2023, focusing on work engagement dimensions of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The research findings indicate variations in the connection between career development and work engagement. These differences are believed to be attributed to organizational support and length of service factors. Over the past decade, no significant association has been found between career development and work engagement among lecturers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is intended to see the effect of work family school conflict on work stress. The study population was 61 doctoral management students in active status who were members of the whatsapp group "UMB Management Doctoral Association". The number of samples was as large as the study population but only 39 people (63.93%) responded. Simple linear regression is used in data analysis. The result is that work family school conflict has a positive impact on work stress. Suggestions for future researchers to expand the scope of doctoral study programs at other universities. For universities, publications provide relief in carrying out campus activities. For the company, it gives tolerance to employees who are in college. For the family, they actually provide support for their families who work while studying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja, makna kerja, resiliensi terhadap work engagement pekerja milenial. Desain kuantitatif dipakai dalam penelitian. Responden ialah 100 pekerja milenial di Indonesia yang diambil secara convenience sampling. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Makna kerja dan resiliensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakanmakna kerja dan resiliensi sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap work engagement pekerja milenial.Penelitian ke depan dapat membatas pada salah satu sektor seperti swasta dan publik saja. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi upaya meningkatkan work engagement pada pekerja milenial di Indonesia melalui kepuasan kerja, makna kerja, dan resiliensi.   This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction, meaning of work, resilience on work engagement of millennial workers. A quantitative design was used in the research. Respondents were 100 millennial workers in Indonesia taken using convenience sampling. The data analysis method used is PLS-SEM. The research results found that job satisfaction had no effect on work engagement. The meaning of work and resilience have a significant positive effect on work engagement. Future research can use the meaning of work and resilience as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction on work engagement of millennial workers. Future research can be limited to one sector, such as private and public. This research contributes to efforts to increase work engagement among millennial workers in Indonesia through job satisfaction, meaning of work, and resilience.

Abstract

Pekerja milenial cenderung kurang merasa terikat dengan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan makna kerja terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimoderasi oleh resiliensi pada pekerja milenial. Penelitian bersifat kuantiatif kausalitas. Sebanyak 100 pekerja mienial menjadi responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara convenience. Metode analisa data dilakukan dengan PLS SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen afektif dimoderasi oleh resiliensi sedangkan pengaruh makna kerja terhadap komitmen afektif tidak dimoderasi oleh resiliensi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat juga dibatasi pada sektor swasta atau publik saja serta pada sektor tertentu seperti kesehatan, manufaktur, pendidikan, dan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi upaya meningkatkan komitmen afektif pekerja milenial melalui faktor kepuasan kerja, makna kerja, dan resilensi.
