Abstract

Teknologi berbasis computerized dewasa ini dapat diaplikasikan sebagai instrumen pendukung kegiatan pada berbagai bidang usaha dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pekerjaan dengan efektif dan efisien. Teknologi computerized data mining dibutuhkan untuk membantu kegiatan promosi dengan membuat segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan data transaksi sebelumnya. Segmentasi pelanggan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai indikator nilai pelanggan (customer value), dalam hal ini perusahaan akan dapat menilai kelompok pelanggan mana yang memberikan keuntungan besar bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat segmentasi pelanggan dari sebuah supermarket dengan K-Means clustering. Hasil eksperimen clustering didapatkan nilai k = 2 sebagai cluster terbaik dengan nilai DBI 0,527 dan nilai centroid distance 1,4821. Kelompok data pada Cluster 0 berjumlah 109 data sedangkan pada cluster 1 berjumlah 231 data dan total semua data adalah 340. Segmen data dari hasil clustering dideskripsikan menjadi segmen konsumen prioritas dan dan konsumen biasa yang dapat menjadi informasi pendukung untuk divisi marketing dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran yang relevan dengan konsumen untuk meningkatkan Customer Lifetime Value.

Abstract

The availability of competent human resources in network administration is a crucial need in the digital era. This Community Partnership Program focuses on providing junior network administrator training for Vocational High School (SMK) students in Kuningan Regency. The aim of this training is to enhance students' competence in managing and maintaining computer network infrastructure. The training material covers understanding network concepts, configuring network devices, basic network security, and simple troubleshooting abilities. Through this program, it is expected that SMK students in Kuningan Regency will have adequate preparation to develop careers in the field of information technology after graduation.

Abstract

Karang Taruna, a youth organization at the village level, manages various assets and equipment to support its activities. However, inventory management has mostly been done manually, making it prone to data entry errors, loss of records, and difficulty in asset tracking. This project aims to design and implement a web-based Inventory Information System tailored to the needs of Karang Taruna. The implementation method includes initial observation of the current inventory process, system design using the waterfall method (analysis, design, implementation, testing), and training for Karang Taruna members. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database with core features including asset entry and withdrawal recording, asset tracking, report generation, and user and category management. The implementation results show that the system improves the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management. Karang Taruna members also showed enthusiasm in operating the system and understanding the importance of asset management digitalization. This information system marks a significant step in the digital transformation of youth organizations in rural areas and can be replicated in similar organizations elsewhere. recommended.

Abstract

Traditional market vendors play a vital role in supporting local economies and contribute significantly to community economic activities. However, most of them have not implemented proper bookkeeping systems, resulting in difficulties in managing cash flow, calculating profits, and accessing formal financial services. This program aims to provide simple bookkeeping assistance to traditional market traders to help them gain basic financial record-keeping skills. The program involved initial observation, development of a simple bookkeeping module, in-person training sessions, and hands-on assistance in daily financial recording. The bookkeeping system was tailored to the needs of small-scale businesses, covering records of income, expenses, and profit-loss, using notebooks and easy-to-understand paper forms. The results indicated an increased awareness among traders about the importance of financial documentation and their ability to independently create basic financial reports. Additionally, some vendors expressed interest in saving and accessing banking services as part of improved financial management. This initiative had a positive impact on enhancing the financial literacy of traditional traders and encouraged the development of a more organized business administration culture. In the future, such mentoring programs are expected to continue periodically and evolve toward the digitalization of simple bookkeeping systems via mobile applications.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower housewives through the creation and management of online stores based on marketplaces. This activity is motivated by the great potential of e-commerce in providing time flexibility and additional economic opportunities for housewives. The implementation method includes intensive training on online store creation, product management, digital marketing, and customer service. As a result, participants are able to create their own online stores and manage their operations well. This program provides a practical solution for housewives to increase income and economic independence. Further assistance and program expansion are recommended to reach more participants.

Abstract

Urban waste management faces significant challenges due to the increasing volume of waste, inadequate infrastructure, low public awareness, and limited use of technology. This community service program aims to develop an information technology-based solution to create a more efficient, environmentally friendly, and community-engaged waste management system. Through the development of a mobile application, residents can report waste conditions in real-time, monitor waste sorting, and access waste collection schedules. The program also includes community training, provision of waste sorting facilities, and educational campaigns to raise environmental awareness. The implementation has shown significant improvements in public participation in waste sorting, reduction in the volume of waste sent to landfills, and overall improvement in environmental quality. Furthermore, this initiative contributes to human resource empowerment through training in technology use and waste management. The success of this program demonstrates that integrating information technology with public education can be an effective solution to urban waste management challenges.
