The effectiveness of interaction is a concern in online learning systems. This research aims to analyze and understand the interactions that occur in online learning. This research uses a descriptive method that explains the condition of the population studied and uses a quantitative approach in the form of collecting data that can be measured using statistical analysis. The population in this study were students in Padang City with a research sample of 398 respondents. The sampling technique uses multistage random sampling, which is a sampling technique that combines two or more sampling techniques. The analysis used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using Amos software version 22. From the research that has been carried out, it was found that interactions in online learning have an influence on students.
