Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bond age, company growth on the rating of financial sector bonds listed on the IDX in 2020-2022 using a quantitative research approach. which aims to test theories, build facts, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict the results. This research will be conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is to test the effect of bond age and company growth variables on bond rating variables, while to analyze the effect of each variable using SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, in the financial sector, bond age has a negative effect on bond ratings listed on the IDX. This is obtained from the results of the regression analysis, namely a significance value of <0.05 (0.249> 0.05) and a calculated t value of less than 2.022 (1.172 <2.039). In the financial sector, bond age has a negative effect on bond ratings listed on the IDX, on the company growth variable (X2), a Sig value of 0.00 and a calculated t value of -13.759 are obtained. because the Sig value is less than 0.05 (0.00 > 0.05) and the calculated t value is greater than 2.022 (-13.759 < 2.022).

Abstract

The success of a financial institution, such as a bank, in carrying out its operational activities can be seen through its health level measured by the RGEC method (risk profile, good corporate governance, earning, and capital) and its impact on profitability proxied by return on assets (ROA).The assessment of a bank's health not only serves as an indicator of financial stability but also acts as a signal of trust for investors and stakeholders. This quantitative research aims to investigate the impact of RGEC on ROA at Bank Sulselbar for the 2014-2023 period, using total sampling technique, with 40 financial statements analyzed using multiple linear regression through Eviews-13 software. The investigation results show that RGEC, measured by a low risk profile and earnings in its implementation, can indeed increase the bank's profitability, while good corporate governance, which has been well implemented, proves to have a significant influence in explaining profitability. In the final test, high capital was found not to increase the bank's profitability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji relevansi perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (PKO/OCB) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Astra International Daihatsu Urip Sumaharjo Cabang Makassar. Riset ini berbasis kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primier. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karaywan teknisi sebanyak 53 orang, penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 53 orang. Peneliaitan ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (PKO/OCB) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, sedangkan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
