Abstract

Management is an activity to organize and manage all things effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the expected goals. Therefore, management is a very important thing to do in this increasingly advanced and sophisticated world civilization. Student organizations in campus life are considered capable of becoming a forum for students to shape the character and personality of students. Besides being able to give its own color to the campus climate, the presence of student organizations is able to develop the potential and talents of students outside of academic activities so that they are ready to face the challenges of the times. Therefore, in carrying out the organizational process, it is necessary to add an understanding of how to manage and manage well so as to bring up new innovations and creativity in carrying out their duties as an organizational activist. Researchers used qualitative methods and case study approaches in this study. The data collection process was obtained from various relevant sources to be used as references. Organizations will provide more optimal benefits for students and institutions if the process uses good management. Currently, the implementation of student organizations at IAI Al Hikmah Tuban has used good management principles, but there are still some things that are still not optimal so that they must continue to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to have high enthusiasm and consistency from every student in organizing so that it can have a positive impact on students and the development of the IAI Al Hikmah Tuban campus. Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1). Curriculum and learning management, (2).Curriculum planning in the school, (3). Organizing the curriculum in the school, (4).Implementation of the curriculum in the school. This research uses descriptivequalitative research method. Data research were collected through interviews,observations, document studies. Further data are analyzed, reduced, verified thendrawn conclusions. The results of this study show that: First, curriculum andlearning management at Sumbersari Tuban School begins with the planning, organizing,and implementation of the curriculum. Second, Curriculum Planning Sumbersari School has been running with a structured but still needs to be done alignment ofplans that have been made in order to be planned all that has been set at planningmeetings conducted routinely at the beginning of the semester. Third, the organizingof curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban School covers two things: structural and academic.Structurally a curriculum organizing system under the command of the Director(Principal). While the academic organization of the curriculum is developed in theform of an organization that is curriculum based on separate subjects (SaparatedSubject Curriculum). Fourth, the implementation of curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban Schoolis divided into two levels namely the implementation of school and class curriculum.In the implementation of school-level curricula undertaken by the principal is stillless than the maximum because of the lack of existence of the principal. While for the implementation of the class-level curriculum implemented by the teacher is maximal enough with evidence in the learning process has been following the times.Keywords: Management, Curriculum, Learning

Abstract

The rise of online gambling in Indonesia not only has a negative impact in the form of addiction and potential criminal acts, but also carries a threat to the integrity of Muslim family households, especially in Bojonegoro district. In 2024 the divorce rate in Bojonegoro was quite high compared to other districts in East Java, recorded from the 2024 data of the Bojonegoro Religious Court 485 cases of divorce and 1,381 divorce gugat one of the reasons because of economic factors online gambling and entangled in online loans. Most divorce applications are from Kedungadem sub-district, Temayang sub-district, Dander sub-district, Tambakrejo sub-district, and Ngasem sub-district. From the explanation above, it is necessary to counsel a sakinah family in an effort to prevent divorce due to online gambling in Kedungadem sub-district, Bojonegoro Regency in an effort to reduce the number of divorces due to online gambling in Bojonegoro Regency. This program aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining harmony in the family and preventing divorce due to online gambling addiction. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through 3 strategies, namely: socialization, implementation, and program monitoring and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), interview and documentation techniques. From the results of the implementation of the service in Megale village, Kedungadem sub-district, the following results were obtained: Data was collected through observation techniques, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), interview and documentation techniques. From the results of the implementation of the service in Megale village, Kedungadem sub-district, the following results were obtained: 1) Increased awareness and knowledge about the dangers of online gambling, 2) Understanding of the concept of Sakinah Family, 3) Effective Prevention Strategy, 4) Commitment to Change. Abstract Maraknya judi online di Indonesia bukan hanya membawa dampak negatif berupa kecanduan dan potensi tindak kriminal, tetapi juga membawa ancaman keutuhan rumah tangga keluarga muslim khususnya kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pada tahun 2024 angaka penceraian di Bojonegoro cukup tinggi dibandingka dengan kabupaten di Jawa Timur lainnya, tercatat dari data 2024 Pengadilan Agama Bojonegoro 485 kasus cerai talak dan 1.381 cerai gugat salah satu alasan sebab faktor ekonomi judi online dan terjerat pinjaman online. Pengajuan penceraian yang paling banyak dari kecamatan Kedungadem, kecamatan Temayang, kecamatan Dander, kecamatan Tambakrejo, dan kecamatan Ngasem. Dari pemaparan diatas, maka diperlukan penyuluhan keluarga sakinah dalam upaya pencegahan penceraian akibat judi online di kecamatan kedungadem kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam upaya menurunkan angka penceraian akibat judi online di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya menjaga keharmonisan dalam keluarga dan mencegah perceraian akibat kecanduan judi online. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui 3 strategi yaitu: sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi program. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian di desa Megale, kecamatan Kedungadem, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya judi online, 2) Pemahaman tentang konsep Keluarga Sakinah, 3) Strategi Pencegahan yang Efektif, 4) Komitmen untuk Perubahan Keywords: Keluarga Sakinah, Penceraian, Judi Online.
