Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1). Curriculum and learning management, (2).Curriculum planning in the school, (3). Organizing the curriculum in the school, (4).Implementation of the curriculum in the school. This research uses descriptivequalitative research method. Data research were collected through interviews,observations, document studies. Further data are analyzed, reduced, verified thendrawn conclusions. The results of this study show that: First, curriculum andlearning management at Sumbersari Tuban School begins with the planning, organizing,and implementation of the curriculum. Second, Curriculum Planning Sumbersari School has been running with a structured but still needs to be done alignment ofplans that have been made in order to be planned all that has been set at planningmeetings conducted routinely at the beginning of the semester. Third, the organizingof curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban School covers two things: structural and academic.Structurally a curriculum organizing system under the command of the Director(Principal). While the academic organization of the curriculum is developed in theform of an organization that is curriculum based on separate subjects (SaparatedSubject Curriculum). Fourth, the implementation of curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban Schoolis divided into two levels namely the implementation of school and class curriculum.In the implementation of school-level curricula undertaken by the principal is stillless than the maximum because of the lack of existence of the principal. While for the implementation of the class-level curriculum implemented by the teacher is maximal enough with evidence in the learning process has been following the times.Keywords: Management, Curriculum, Learning

Abstract

Keterlibatan keterampilan dalam suatu pembelajaran sangatlah penting karena semua hal tersebut mencangkupu dalam penguasaan pembelajaran bahasa arab khususnya maka dari itu kepribadian juga bagian dari hal yang dapat menunjang dalam proses pembelajaran maharah al-kalam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepribadian siswa terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa di Mts pacasila kota bengkulu. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan uji regresi linier sederhana. Dari analisa yang telah peneliti lakukan maka Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepribadian siswa di MTs Pancasila Kota Bengkulu memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa arab dengan nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 0,004 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,005.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan partisifatif kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru di MTs Bustanul Ulum Pakisaji Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis metode ex post facto. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian membuktikan: (1) hasil validitas butir soal angket yang diperoleh bahwa data angket yang telah disusun layak untuk digunakan sebagai pengumpulan data atau memenuhi kriteria valid, (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah untuk hasil uji parsial variabel X terhadap variabel Y1 diperoleh bahwa nilai t hitung untuk variabel X sebesar -1,045. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai t hitung yang diperoleh -1,045< t tabel 1,994, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ditolak, (3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah untuk uji parsial pada variabel X terhadap variabel Y2 diperoleh bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 1,070.  berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,070. Dengan demikian, jika nilai t hitung yang diperoleh 1,070< t tabel 1,994, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ditolak.   Keywords:  Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of education funding affects the quality of education and the impact of financing, management, and learning environment on the quality of education. This research was conducted on school principals and teachers at MAN 4 Kediri to better understand the quality of schools. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach to uncover the relationship between education financing management, education quality, and the influence of the learning environment on the overall quality of MAN 4 Kediri Data collection methods include the use of Likert scale-based questionnaires, which are given to all school staff, to measure opinions and attitudes relevant to research variables Data analysis involves various quantitative techniques. Descriptive analysis is important in providing a comprehensive picture of employee leadership, performance, and productivity through an in-depth evaluation of respondents' scores. From the results of this study, it is concluded that education financing management has a low impact on the quality of schools in MAN 4 Kediri, while learning facilities contribute significantly to school quality. The practical implications of this research can be used as a guide to improve education financing management strategies and learning facilities in MAN 4 Kediri to improve the quality of education. This study makes a significant contribution in understanding the relationship between education financing management, learning facilities, and school quality in MAN 4 Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of kiai in building organizational commitment in Pesantren Al Islam Kemuja Bangka and Pesantren Daarul Abror Kace Bangka. These strategic steps included how kiai laid the foundation of its organization, established closeness with subordinates, built togetherness, and appreciated subordinates' performance. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study type. To obtain research data, researchers used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis began with data condensation, presentation and ended with drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study showed that kiais' strategies n building organizational commitment in two pesantren were different and closely related to their leadership type. In detail, the Pesantren Al Islam Bangka was led by a spiritual kiai, so that in building the commitment of the caregiver organization began with orienting the mission of the pesantren to da'wah, approaching subordinates through inspiring examples, building togetherness through close and warm communication, and appreciating subordinates with an emotionally and spiritually supportive attitude. While at Pesantren Daarul Abror Bangka, it was led by visionary kiai who build the commitment of caregiver organizations by formulating the mission of the pesantren according to the wishes of subordinates, establishing relationships by creating commensurate organizational value, building togetherness through solid teamwork, and appreciating subordinates with full delegation of authority.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the students' limited understanding of Arabic language concepts, particularly regarding mabni and mu'rab in Arabic grammar. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the qawaid wa tarjamah method, in improving students' Arabic language skills, especially mabni and mu'rab in Qur'anic Junior High School Darul Fattah Boarding School. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study measured students' Arabic language skills before and after the application of the method. Data were gathered through multiple-choice tests and essay assessments, then analyzed using a paired sample t-test to compare the mean scores before and after the program. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students after the application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah method. The findings of this study can serve as a foundation for developing more effective Arabic language learning programs in schools and contribute to enhancing the overall quality of Arabic language education.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze success management patterns based on the perceptions of students from different levels of education: undergraduate, master's, and doctoral. The main focus of this study is to understand how students at each level of education interpret, apply, and modify success management strategies according to academic and professional needs. The research method used in this study is a descriptive phenomenological approach with a qualitative approach. Success management based on the research results is classified into steps in achieving success, self-motivation, and the intended product of success. The steps to success consist of time management, setting targets, adding relationships, trying, praying, and opportunities that meet efforts. Self-motivation plays an important role in success management. Self-motivation can come from oneself or from external factors such as family, finances, and usefulness to others. The product of success, or the definition of success, can be in the form of achievement or accomplishment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of character education based on Islamic values and student independence on academic achievement in the pesantren environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 students of Al Miftah Modern Junior High School as a research sample. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test results showed that all questionnaire items were valid with a significance value of < 0.05, while the reliability test produced a Cronbach's Alpha score of 0.285 for character education and 0.388 for student independence. The results of regression analysis showed that character education and student independence partially had a significant influence on academic achievement, with t-values of 71.909 and 85.738 respectively (Sig. < 0.001). Simultaneously, these two variables also had a significant effect on academic achievement with an F value of 15097.182 (Sig. < 0.001). This study shows the importance of character education and student independence in supporting students' academic success in the pesantren environment. These results contribute to the development of the pesantren curriculum that emphasizes character formation and student independence.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and understand the relationship between Arabic teachers' pedagogical competence and students' interest in learning Arabic among seventh grade students at Fatimah Azzahra Magelang Islamic Junior High School. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into how the quality of Arabic teachers' teaching can affect students' interest and engagement in the learning process. This study used a correlational quantitative approach with data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 16 questions for each variable. The research population was all seventh grade students totaling 66 people and at the same time served as the research sample. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there were 16 indicators on each variable (X and Y), with a normal distribution value of Asymp. Sig. 0.222 which indicates that the data is normally distributed. The linearity test produces a significance value of 0.033 which means that the data has a linear relationship. While the Pearson correlation test shows a significant value of 0.021 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.263. This indicates a weak but statistically significant relationship between Arabic teachers' pedagogical competence and students' interest in learning Arabic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using flashcard media in Arabic language learning, specifically in mastering mufrodat (vocabulary), among tenth-grade students at SMA Nurul Jadid. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving two classes as the experimental and control groups. The instruments used were pretest and posttest assessments. Data analysis results showed a significant increase in posttest scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. The average posttest score of the experimental group reached 83.4, while the control group only achieved 70.5. A t-test indicated a statistically significant difference, suggesting that flashcard media is effective in improving students’ vocabulary skills. These findings suggest that the use of interactive visual media such as flashcards can enhance student engagement and understanding in Arabic learning. This study also implies that teachers should consider using media suited to student characteristics and learning materials. However, the limited scope of participants and time of implementation are important considerations for future research. The researcher recommends developing digital media and conducting further studies at different educational levels or contexts.
