In connection with descriptive data analysis, this research will describe from the results of documentation and field observations from the analysis of learning management in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency The results of the analysis documentation carried out by researchers on the management of learning in the process of social emotional development aged 4-5 years of 17 children at PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. There are several indicators in learning management 1) Planning 2) Implementation of learning, namely activities before entering class, preliminary activities, core activities, eating and resting activities, closing activities 3) Evaluation, namely Assessment, Reporting and follow-up. So it can be concluded that the management of learning in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka Bandung Regency has been done by the teacher well according to the indicator although there are still two indicators that have not been implemented, the success of the teacher can be seen from the level of achievement of emotional social development a good boy.

The purpose of this study was to determine Quality Management in Organizing Extracurricular Education at the Fine Arts High School (Public vocational secondary schools 14 Bandung). The term extracurricular, as an activity to channel interests and talents for students outside school hours. This activity is not just a forum for distributing hobbies. Extracurricular activities can be managed or functioned optimally to become an arena for the formation and development of student character. At school, these extracurricular activities are more of an opportunity to channel students' hobbies. This hobby distribution label often makes activities that are familiarly called by students as extracurricular activities that are managed normally. In fact, with good management, extracurricular activities can have more functions than just a hobby. Extracurricular activities are very effective in shaping character and instilling moral values â€‹â€‹in students. This extracurricular activity has an important role in developing the character and personality of students. The scope of student competencies developed in extracurricular activities.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum dan sistem penilaian di prodi Sastra dan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan salah satu keberhasilan dalam sistem penilaian tersebut meliputi peserta didik, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen serta tenaga akademik lainnya yaitu yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum dan pemberian hasil standar kelulusan bagi peserta didik yang disini adalah mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan jenjangnya yaitu meraih setiap semesternya hingga kelulusannya untuk mendapatkan gelar S.Pd atau S.S dimana Prodi Sastra dan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung memiliki dua jalur akademik yaitu pendidikan dan nonpendidikan. Mengacu kepada latar belakang penelitian di atas, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan salah satu cara yang diambil adalah studi kepustakaan; artinya semua data yang dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder. Adapun hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh beberapa temuan penelitian, di antaranya: 1) interpretasi hasil kurikulum dimana hal ini merupakan hasil penyempurnaan nilai perbaikan dan penyempurnaan kurikulum, 2) interpretasi hasil uji coba dimana dapat dilihat keefektifan dari kurikulum yang dipergunakan 3) sosok kurikulum yang efektif untuk prodi sastra dan pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Sistem Penilaian Prodi Bahasa Inggris Persentase dari komponen-komponen itu tergantung pada kebijaksanaan dosen yang bersangkutan. Disamping itu, penilaian dibeberapa perguruan tinggi memiliki metode dan system pada konversi nilai. Metode penilaian ada dua macam yaitu metode PAN (Penilaian Acuan Normal) dan metode PAP (Penilaian Acuan Patokan). This research uses descriptive qualitative research by creating a simple model in the development of training to create innovative and effective work in the workplace. Innovation is the development of work according to the skills of its employees. If the thoughts and actions of employees are creative and innovative, then innovation emerges. The need for innovation arises when a person tries to do cognitive work that is not routine. Learning and development is very important among various development resource practices that help employees to continuously update the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for innovation. It is important for the Organization to focus on eliciting innovative behavior among its employees to enable innovation. Non-routine work helps employees to be innovative and understand the importance of being innovative and learn the skills that are prerequisites for innovative behavior. This conceptual model tries to explore how non-routine work is carried out effectively through innovative work behaviors.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of organizational functions and methods on administrative innovation. This study adopted a quantitative method, adopted a non-experimental and horizontal design. Through transaction research on the sample of PT PWD Insurance Bandung. Sampling of PT PWD Insurance Bandung is for convenience. The results of this research on organizational functions and methods are predictive of administrative innovation. As long as PT PWD Insurance Bandung encourages the development of training and knowledge methods, development of independent methods for employees, and when PT PWD Insurance Bandung conducts performance evaluations, the new method will be able to formulate and standardize management procedures and procedures, distribution of responsibilities and benefits among employees, and to develop new structural concepts for the workplace, organizational practices, and external relations.

The company's performance is based on how much profit it generates. The profit generated by the company can not be separated from operational costs and taxes that must be spent. Therefore, operating costs and income tax are considered as expenses in the company that can reduce net profit. This study aims to find out the effect of Total Operating Expenses and Income Tax Expense on Net Income For The Year of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach using statistical method to test hypotheses. The results showed that Total Operating Expenses partially negatively had no significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 13.4%. Income Tax Expense partially positively had a significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 72.7%. Total Operating Expenses and Income Tax Expense simultaneously had a significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 72.7% .

Maqashid Sharia requires the protection of life on earth and the relevance of environmental sustainability to the protection of the earth and all life on earth on the principles of Maqashid Sharia. Qualitative research to collect data through semi-structured interviews with company environmental officials. The survey results show that the strategy implemented by UPT DAS Citarik, Cicalengka District has succeeded in reducing environmental waste pollution into rivers and improving river water quality, which is an important step in protecting the environment and complying with the principles of Islamic teachings.

The function and role of cooperatives is to build and develop the economic potential and capabilitiesof members in particular and the community in general to improve their economic and social welfare,to actively participate in efforts to improve the quality of human and community life in accordancewith Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives. In producing cooperative members who areprosperous and competitive with other cooperatives, they must comply with the National ProfessionalCertificate Agency (BNSP), as regulated in education, on the standards of educators and educationpersonnel where the so-called trainer states that the trainer must have academic qualifications as aninformation agent, physically fit and spiritual, and have the ability to create healthy and qualitycooperatives. As a trainer, the curriculum in education and training is set for those who are moreexperienced at least 2 years of service in the cooperative where they work. Employees who providetraining in the organization's internal environment will contribute to producing competent employeesand members who will replace when the savings and loan cooperative employees' term of officeexpires. In order to improve the competence of savings and loan cooperative employees, one of them isby developing capabilities, through education and training. This study aims to describe education andtraining as an increase in the competence of savings and loan cooperative employees througheducation and training carried out through several stages, namely: 1) Analysis of education andtraining needs of savings and loan cooperative employees, 2) Design and planning of education andtraining for savings cooperative employees, 3) Development of education and training curriculum forsavings and loan cooperative employees, 4) Implementation of education and training for savings andloan cooperative employees, 5) Evaluation of education and training for savings and loan cooperativeemployees, 6) barriers and education and training support capacity of savings and loan cooperativeemployees. To achieve this objective, a qualitative approach was conducted using the case studymethod at KPRI and Primkoppabri, Cicalengka District. Data were collected using in-depthinterviews, observation and documentation studies. The research data was checked for correctness,reliability through a triangulation process. The results showed that the process of implementingeducation and training for savings and loan cooperative employees in cooperatives was not supportedby a complete analysis of education and training needs. In addition, the two cooperatives studied onlycarried out evaluations during training, had not carried out post-training evaluations andcomprehensive program evaluations so they could not monitor change actions. The weak point thatappears in the implementation of education and training for savings and loan cooperative employeesis that there is no separate unit, so the lack of experience in managing education and training isabbreviated as education and training. The involvement and commitment of all parties, especially themanagement or management will be the key to the success of the training education program. the twocooperatives studied only conducted evaluations during training, had not carried out post-trainingevaluations and comprehensive program evaluations so they could not monitor change actions. Reading al-quran is something that lives full of serenity. As Muhammad SAW in his revelation is instructed to read the Koran and through reading Allah commands something or knowledge that is unknown. Al-qur'an reading activities carried out by students of MA Al-Hidayah class X, the level of learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students of class X, and there is no effect of the effect of reading the al-qur'an on student achievement in grade X quantitative research approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all class X students at Al-Hidayah Private Madrasah Aliyah which correspond to 212 students. So the sampling using cluster sampling technique by taking class X 80 students. The results of this data analysis are as follows: the variable of students' reading habits of the Al-Qur'an on the learning achievement of PAI in cognitive and affective aspects has a significance value of 0.001 and 0.011. Because the probability values of 0.002 and 0.025 are smaller than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. And the analysis for the variable of the habit of reading the Koran on the students' psychomotor aspects of Islamic Education learning achievement obtained a significance value of 0.001. Because the probability (0.001) is smaller than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.Keywords: habit of reading al-quran, learning achievement Abstrak Membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan sesuatu yang menjadikan hidup penuh dengan ketenangan. Sebagaimana nabi Muhammad SAW dalam wahyunya diperintahkan membaca al-Quran dan melalui membaca Allah mengajarkan manusia sesuatu atau pengetahuan yang tidak diketahui. Adapun kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an yang dilakukan oleh siswa MA Al-Hidayah kelas X, tingkat prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas X, dan ada tidaknya pengaruh kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Hidayah yang berjumlah 212 siswa. Maka dilakukan pengambilan sample penelitian menggunakan terknik cluster sampling dengan mengambil siswa kelas X 80 siswa. Hasil analisis data ini adalah sebagai berikut: variabel kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa terhadap prestasi belajar PAI aspek kognitif dan afektif di peroleh nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan 0,011. Oleh karena nilai probabilitas 0,002 dan 0,025 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dan analisis untuk variable kebiasaan membaca Al- Qur’an terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa aspek psikomotorik diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,001. Oleh karena probabilitas (0,001) lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kata kunci: kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an, prestasi belajar
