Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Quality Management in Organizing Extracurricular Education at the Fine Arts High School (Public vocational secondary schools 14 Bandung). The term extracurricular, as an activity to channel interests and talents for students outside school hours. This activity is not just a forum for distributing hobbies. Extracurricular activities can be managed or functioned optimally to become an arena for the formation and development of student character. At school, these extracurricular activities are more of an opportunity to channel students' hobbies. This hobby distribution label often makes activities that are familiarly called by students as extracurricular activities that are managed normally. In fact, with good management, extracurricular activities can have more functions than just a hobby. Extracurricular activities are very effective in shaping character and instilling moral values ​​in students. This extracurricular activity has an important role in developing the character and personality of students. The scope of student competencies developed in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling strategis dan menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak sehingga menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Nasional. Salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Subang adalah Oncom Dawuan yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Subang. Oncom Dawuan dirintis sejak 1960, sehingga merupakan usaha turun temurun. Namun masalah yang dihadapi oleh usaha ataupun industri kecil saat ini adalah pengelolaan industri dan pemasaran. Dengan pengabdian masyarakat terkait pendampingan UMKM pada jenis makanan tradisional Oncom Dawuan diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan berdasar pada pendekatan manajemen dalam strategi kemasan, meningkatkan hasil produksi dan memperluas hasil penjualan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu persiapan, implementasi kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi serta pelaporan. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah dengan inovasi kemasan agar lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan aturan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Subang, peningkatan produksi dengan pendekatan manajemen dan perluasan pemasaran pada sosial media serta pasar modern.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In order to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the company, it is necessary to hold a business feasibility study that is useful for researching and examining various aspects that support the development of the company. For this reason, this study aims to look at business feasibility studies in the business sector engaged in the production and sale of salted eggs. This research uses descriptive research. This study will examine how the feasibility of H-Organic Salted Eggs, namely research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The results showed: 1) Viewed from the marketing aspect. the forecast of market demand for insured eggs has been analyzed. it turns out that market demand is very volatile. as well as the market potential which turns out to indicate a demand that has not been fulfilled by the company. Thus the company has the opportunity to be able to increase its production capacity and increase sales distribution stores, 2) Strategic location that allows the company to be able to increase efficiency. through managing raw materials. and managing the availability of labor which is a benefit for the H-Organic Salted Eggs company, 3) With the existence of a new store branch as a form of expansion of the marketing process. as well as influential in increasing the level of sales feasible to be realized, 4) With developments facing the company. then the organizational structure and management system that should be applied must be improved so that it is in accordance with the demands of the company's development, and 5) In conducting the production process. the company does not produce or produce waste that can endanger the surrounding community so that it is safe for the environment. Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bencana menyebabkan orang cenderung memiliki kemampuan kesiapsiagaan yang rendah dalam menghadapi bencana. Kemampuan dalam menghadapi kesiapsiagaan bencana harus diajarkan dan dilatih sejak dini melalui pendidikan bencana. Pendidikan bencana bisa dilakukan mulai dari usia dini. Peran pendidikan non formal sangat penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Komunitas pendidikan non formal yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang lain di sekolah harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang risiko bencana di sekolah dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Kesiapan pendidikan non formal dalam bentuk pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih baik, diyakini dapat mengurangi risiko bencana. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peran komunitas belajar di pendidikan non formal dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana. Survei lapangan dan wawancara mendalam digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang akan diproses dalam bentuk deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan non formal memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Pendidikan bencana holistik secara komprehensif tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana masih hilang. Oleh karena itu, hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pendidikan bencana di daerah

The research sample comprised of HR pioneers and professionals experienced within the higher instruction context.The inquire about discoveries demonstrate that the improvement of HR administration in 21st century higher instruction requests approaches based on advancement, collaboration, and adjustment to alter. Abstract

The character of teachers with Islamic ethics is very important in increasing educational professionalism, especially in the digital era which is increasingly developing rapidly. The aim of this community service activity is to build the character of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  in the Tegalwaru District area who are able to integrate technology with Islamic values in learning. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, where teachers are actively involved in every process of planning and implementing activities. This activity includes training in the use of learning technology, discussions on the application of Islamic ethics in a digital context, as well as direct assistance in its implementation in the classroom. The results of this activity show an increase in teacher competence in using technology for learning, with 75% of teachers feeling more confident in using technology. In addition, there is a better understanding of the importance of integrating Islamic values in digital learning. This program was also successful in creating social change by forming a teacher study group that continued Islamic technology-based learning independently. The implication of this activity is the need for ongoing training and the development of a more structured learning community to support the development of teacher professionalism in the future.

Abstract

Interaction has become a central determinant of learning success in blended education, particularly in shaping students’ emotional, cognitive, and behavioral engagement. From the perspective of educational psychology, interaction fulfills basic psychological needs autonomy, competence, and relatedness yet its empirical role in secondary education contexts remains underexplored. This quantitative causal-comparative study involved 180 students from three secondary schools in Kendal Regency, Central Java, implementing blended learning. Data were collected using validated Likert-scale questionnaires based on the Online Student Engagement Scale (OSE) and the Blended Learning Interaction Scale (BLIS). Descriptive and inferential analyses were conducted using SPSS 26, including correlation and multiple regression tests.Findings show that all forms of interaction teacher–student (β = 0.382), student–student (β = 0.304), and student–content (β = 0.261) significantly affect student engagement (p < 0.001), explaining 61% of its variance (R² = 0.61). Teacher–student interaction emerged as the strongest predictor, emphasizing the continuing importance of pedagogical and emotional support in hybrid learning environments.Interaction quality, rather than technology alone, determines sustained engagement by fulfilling psychological needs and promoting intrinsic motivation. Practically, schools should strengthen teacher facilitation skills, peer collaboration mechanisms, and content interactivity in digital platforms. The study contributes to the integration of Self-Determination Theory and Community of Inquiry frameworks, offering insights for designing interaction-centered pedagogy that fosters emotional well-being and meaningful engagement in blended learning.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika pada tingkat dasar menuntut pendekatan yang mampu menghubungkan konsep abstrak dengan pengalaman konkret siswa, terutama pada materi pecahan yang kerap menjadi sumber kesulitan konseptual dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengembangkan pemahaman konsep pecahan melalui penggunaan media konkret serta menelaah bentuk implementasi dan dampaknya terhadap konstruksi pemahaman siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi lapangan, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pembelajaran, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan serangkaian strategi berbasis aktivitas manipulatif, representasi bertahap, dan pengaitan dengan situasi kontekstual sehingga siswa mampu memaknai pecahan sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan sebelum beralih pada simbol dan operasi matematis. Penggunaan media konkret seperti potongan kertas, benda kelas, serta alat peraga buatan guru terbukti membantu proses visualisasi konsep, meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar, dan memfasilitasi transisi pemahaman dari pengalaman nyata menuju representasi abstrak. Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran pecahan yang dirancang secara sistematis melalui pengalaman langsung mampu memperkuat proses internalisasi konsep pada siswa sekolah dasar. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang dan memanfaatkan media konkret sebagai strategi pembelajaran konseptual, serta perlunya dukungan kelembagaan agar praktik serupa dapat diadopsi secara lebih luas dalam pembelajaran matematika dasar.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran pada jenjang dasar tidak hanya berorientasi pada penguasaan materi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan kemampuan sosial dan komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebagai bekal berinteraksi dalam lingkungan akademik maupun sosial yang lebih luas. Dalam konteks tersebut, pembelajaran kooperatif hadir sebagai pendekatan yang menempatkan kerja sama, interaksi dialogis, dan partisipasi aktif sebagai inti proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa pada pembelajaran tematik dasar di MIN 2 Karawang, serta menelaah dinamika proses yang terjadi di dalam aktivitas kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara sistematis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif diterapkan dalam bentuk kerja kelompok terstruktur, diskusi berbasis tugas, serta peran guru sebagai fasilitator komunikasi yang mendorong interaksi setara antar siswa. Implementasi tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan keberanian siswa mengemukakan pendapat, kemampuan mendengarkan lawan bicara, dan keterbukaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas bersama. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif memiliki potensi strategis sebagai pendekatan pedagogik yang relevan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa pada pembelajaran tematik dasar, serta dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam perancangan praktik pembelajaran di lingkungan madrasah maupun sekolah dasar.
