ANALISIS RESPON MUZAKKI TERHADAP RENCANA PEMBENTUKAN UNIT PENGUMPUL ZAKAT (STUDI PADA UNIVERSITAS LANCANG KUNING) Waldelmi, Idel

This research is in background, zakat that can encourage capital investment and cooperation in industry and commerce where the pushing factor is psychological motive and economic motive and the purpose of this research to know and analyze the muzakki response to UPZ formation in University of Lancang Kuning and what can be done By UPZ managers in collecting zakat. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of to muzakki response to zakat collection unit (Upz) with score score score 4.08 in high category. Of the seven items in question there are three items that are still in the category below average ie the clarity of the office pelayann zakat, uni way in collecting zakat and zakat collection system work. The obstacles faced by managers and officers in carrying out the mandate entrusted to the officers of the Upz limited ability, lack of experience and time socialize and officers who time is limited. Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi, zakat yang dapat mendorong investasi modal dan kerjasama dalam industry dan perdagangan dimana factor yang mendorong tersebut yakni motif psikologis dan motif ekonomi dan tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui dan menganalisis respon muzakki terhadap pembentukkan UPZ di lingkungan Universitas lancang Kuning serta apa bisa dilakukan oleh pengelola UPZ dalam mengumpulkan zakat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tehadap respon muzakki terhadap unit pengumpul zakat (Upz) dengan nilai skor jawaban 4,08 dalam kategori tinggi. Dari tujuh item yang ditanyakan terdapat tiga item yang masih dalam kategori dibawah rata rata yakni kejelasan kantor pelayann zakat, cara uni dalam mengumpulkna zakat dan sistem kerja pengumpulan zakat. Hambatan yang dihadapi pengelola dan petugas dalam menjalankan amanah yang dipercayakan ke petugas Upz yakni kemampuan yang terbatas, minimnya pengalaman dan waktu mensosialisasikan serta petugas yang waktunya terbatas.

This study discusses the analysis of Islamic transactions in the Islamic market ulul albab siak hulu kampar Riau. According to Athoillah and Waldelmi, I, the dimensions of buying and selling / sharia transactions for customers can be seen in the existence of goods, prices, honesty / trustworthiness, buying and selling systems and Aqad. This study uses a survey method on ulul albab sharia market customers, using questionnaires, discussions, interviews and analyzed with descriptive techniques, the results obtained from research that the implementation of sharia transactions conducted in the ulul albab sharia market in the assessment is quite appropriate. Using five dimensions and proven to be the highest dimension in the payment system done in cash, which means that almost all transactions carried out in the Islamic market by market customers are preferred with cash payments while the lowest dimensions are in the buying and selling system in the Islamic market where between ulul albab sharia market with an ordinary (conventional) market is the same in terms of carrying out buying and selling transactions Keywords: Sharia customers, traders and buying and selling systems

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative, while the data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk for 2017-2021. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which consisted of partial tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (f test) and R2 determinant coefficient tests were processed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the results of the t current ratio (CR) test and total asset turnover (TATO) partially (t test) have no effect on profit growth, and net profit margin (NPM) partially affect profit growth. Meanwhile, simultaneously (f test) shows that the current ratio (CR), total asset turnover (TATO), and net profit margin (NPM) have an effect on profit growth.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and company size on the capital structure of construction companies registered in BEI for the 2018-2022 period, through financial ratios as research variables, namely profitability consisting of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI), company size (SIZE) and capital structure or Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This research uses secondary data, namely company financial publications via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research results show that by partial data testing, the Profitability variable has a significant effect on the Capital Structure of Construction Companies Registered in BEI for the 2018-2022 period, so H1 is accepted. Partially, the company size variable has no effect on the capital structure of construction companies registered on BEI for the 2018-2022 period, so H2 is rejected. Then the profitability and company size variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of construction companies registered with BEI for the 2018-2022 period, so H3 is accepted.

An approach that combines entrepreneurial principles with a social mission to have a positive impact on society, especially through the management of zakat funds. In this context, amil zakat institutions not only act as collectors and distributors of zakat, but also as agents of change who initiate sustainable programs that can improve the welfare of the community at large. There is a uniqueness of social entrepreneurship practiced in amil zakat institutions. This study used a sample of 200 administrators of amil zakat institutions in Pekanbaru City and was collected using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that the social entrepreneurship that has been carried out by managers in the Riau province Amil Zakat Institution can be said to be good although there must still be continuous evaluation to improve the ability of social entrepreneurship in the ranks of the administrators.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, from economics, social, pilotik, culture, to education. Many things are highlighted negatively with the current outbreak, but there are still many opportunities for us who are able to see and innovate to take advantage of them, including residents of the Housewives of RT 08 Tobek Godang sub-district, who are partners in Community Service activities, who have been housewives who only rely on sources of income from their husbands and housewives' activities are only social gathering and recitation, so during the current pandemic they are thinking of taking advantage of the opportunities that exist. The purpose of holding PKM for this community is to make processed freshwater fish that can be processed into fish ball products, packaging and can help increase family income in addition to motivating partners to be able to have the intention to be entrepreneurial and have a good business plan. The method used is to provide counseling about the importance of entrepreneurship and training to market products in good packaging. The program implementation methods that will be carried out are: business management training, fish ball processing packaging training, . All of these methods are an integral part of this PKM program. The results of the implementation of community service carried out on Sunday, May 22, 2022 and Friday, May 27, 2022, that housewives in the RT 08 area in the Tobek Godang village began to understand that the packaging of a product is very important, especially attractiveness in marketing the product. From the implementation of training carried out online / webinar Basic Training for Sharia Supervisory Board for Islamic financial institutions, results were obtained which stated that the PKM Basic Training for Sharia Supervisory Board for Islamic financial institutions that had been carried out, the following conclusions could be drawn: That the level of participation of the trainees who participated was very enthusiastic about joining, listening and discussing until the end of the implementation of this training. A strong sense and desire to know more, understand and a sense of desire (belief) to become part of the DPS members for Islamic financial institutions is highly desired by the training participants, this is also strongly corroborated by the distribution of free test and post test questionnaires, where the results of the implementation of training before and after training show results where the knowledge, understanding and belief of training participants after receiving basic material on the role of the sharia supervisory board for financial institutions are very interested in becoming part of the DPS members and looking forward to the next edition for more detailed training from DPS for Islamic financial institutions

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui phenomena yang mengarah pada faktor Pendidikan, Religiusitas, kepribadian, lingkungan social, informasi dan emosional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzakki dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi dilingkungan Universitas Lancang Kuning. Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Tempat penelitian di universitas lancing kuning pekanbaru. Hasil dari penelitian mendapatkan informasi bahwasannya secara silmultan factor Pendidikan, religisitas, kepribadian, lingkungan social dan emosional berpengaruh significant terhadap kepercayaan muzakki dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi. Secara parsial variable Pendidikan, religuisitas dan kepribadian tidak berpengaruh significan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki dan bahkan factor pendidikan berpengaruh negative terhadap kepercayaan muzaki sebesar – 0, 023 yang artinya semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan muzakki semakin menurunn tingkat keprecatyaannya pada amil zakat di unilak. Untuk variable lingkungan social dan emosional berpengaruh positip dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 dan 0, 002 yang artinya nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai alfa -0,05 yang artinya lingkungan sosial dan emosional berpengaruh significant terhadap kepercayaan muzakki

The purpose of the implementation of this service is expected to be able to increase knowledge, understanding and confidence for students to know further and more widely in compiling scientific papers and entering the journal system (OJS). The implementation of this training was carried out online by zoom and was attended by 77 participants out of 160 participants who registered. The results of the implementation of this service obtained results which stated that the level of knowledge, understanding and confidence of the participants to be able to write scientific papers was very high, and the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this training.
