Abstract

This study aims to determine efficient and inefficient stocks in banking sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 -2021 period through the application of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The population in this study were all banking sector company shares registered for the 2019-2021 period, namely 46 companies with a total sample of 40 using a purposive sampling technique. The data source used was obtained from Yahoo Finance. Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained that 30 company shares were included in the efficient condition category where Ri > E(Ri) and the remaining 10 company shares were included in the inefficient condition category where Ri < E(Ri). In this study also found that between beta and expected return there is an inverse relationship, where stocks of companies that have high beta have a low expected return and vice versa.

Abstract

The research aims to knowing how the effect of work from home (WFH) on the performance of female lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic at private universities in Pekanbaru City, Indonesia. The sample in this study were all female lecturers at the Higher School of Economics in Pekanbaru City, totaling 53 respondents, the sample technique used was accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are based on the results of a partial test (T test) obtained that work from home has a significant effect on the productivity of female lecturers at private universities in the city of Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the effect of work from home on the productivity of female lecturers is 26.9% while the remaining 63.1% is influenced by other variables outside of the study.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XII SMK Dirgantara Riau, yang beralamat di jalan Raya Pekanbaru-Bangkinang, Kecamatan Tampan, Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari selasa 08 November 2022. Adapun tema dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan membangun kepemimpinan yang berkarakter kuat dan cerdas pada siswa SMK Dirgantara Riau. Sebagai generasi dan harapan bangsa, pengetahuan dan skill kepemimpinan siswa perlu ditingkatkan. Sehingga nantinya setelah lulus dari SMK Digantara Riau mereka sudah memiliki bekal dalam memimpin baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, kerja dan lingkungan bermasyarat serta dalam memimpin negeri ini. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu metode ceramah dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan atau skill siswa-siswi SMK Dirgantara Riau dalam memimpin dan membangun karakter pribadi supaya semakin kuat dan cerdas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of locus of control and financial literacy on the financial behavior of STIE Riau students. This analysis uses independent variables, namely locus of control and financial literacy, where the dependent variable is financial behavior. The sample for this research is students from the Riau College of Economics using an accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 100 students. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis with hypothesis testing, statistical tests, F test and T test. The results of this research show that partially locus of control and financial literacy have a significant effect on financial behavior. The results of the simultaneous test of locus of control and financial literacy also have a significant effect on student financial behavior. The better the locus of control (financial control) and financial knowledge, the better the student's financial behavior will be.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable. The population in this study was all operational employees in the Pekanbaru City Family Pharmacy area, namely 150 people. The sampling technique uses a census sample, so that the entire population is sampled. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25 Program and the Sobel Test. The research results show that workload and work stress directly have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload also has a negative effect on employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and agent loyalty against agent performance on PT. BNI Life Insurance at Marketing Agency II Office. The population in this study are all agents have the AAJI license certification with work tenure > 1 year on PT. BNI Life Insurance at Marketing Agency II Office consisting of 15 Cities in Indonesia with a total of as many agents as 785 people. The sampling in this study were taken by disproportionate stratified random sampling, using the formula of Taro Yamane in order to obtain as many as 89 people. The method used is quantitative method with data collection instruments that form questionnaire Likert scale models. Hypothesis testing is done via Path analysis techniques assisted with data processing devices Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) 17.0. Sub-structure analysis results 1 show that leadership and compensation significant effect on the loyalty of agents with contributions (donations) leadership to the loyalty of agents by 85.9% and 14.5% of compensation. While the Sub-Structure 2 shows that leadership, compensation and agent loyalty significant effect on the performance of agents. As for the contribution of leadership (X1) on the performance of the agent (Y) is expressed with a path coefficient of 27.3%. compensation (X2) by 20.4% and loyalty agent (X3) amounted to 52.3%. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the College of Economics (STIE) in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all students who were still active in lectures at the College of Economics in the city of Pekanbaru which consisted of 7 (seven) campuses of the College of Economics (STIE) with a total of 7,367 students. While the sample was taken as many as 500 respondents with sampling techniques using quota sampling and data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the Economics College in the city of Pekanbaru, in terms of the pedagogic competence of the majority of 63.5% respondents expressed satisfaction with aspects of pedagogic competence. Judging from professional competence most of the respondents 62.3% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of professional competence. Judging from the personality competencies, most respondents 63.7% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of personality competence. And in terms of social competence most of the respondents, namely 59.80% expressed satisfaction with aspects of social competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor individu terhadap perilaku wirausaha mompreneur pada Komunitas HaiBolu Indonesia. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 43 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria yaitu Ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki bisnis dan memiliki anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial (uji T) diperoleh faktor individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha mompreneur pada Komunitas HaiBolu Indonesia. Besarnya pengaruh faktor individu terhadap perilaku wirausaha mompreneur adalah sebesar 44,7 % sedangkan sisanya 55,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict management on the productivity of agents at PT. BNI Life Insurance Pekanbaru Branch. Total population of 63 people with a sample of 63 respondents where the sampling technique using premises using census samples The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 17 for Windows tool. The results show that there is a significant effect of conflict management on agent productivity. Based on the results of analysis, it is known that t count> t table (6.029> 2.000) with probability (0.00 <0.05) So for the variable conflict management partially significant effect on agent productivity This means Ho accepted and reject Ha.From the test results determination , Contribution of conflict management variable (X) influence agent productivity variable (Y) equal to 37,3% and balance 62,7% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Recommendations given to improve the productivity of agents is the leader should not borednya give motivation and passion to the agent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of female lecturers at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) in Pekanbaru City.The total population is 126 people with a sample of 56 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 23 for Windows. Based on the results of the analysis obtained a simple linear equation Y = 4.333 + 0.196X. The results of the t-test hypothesis are obtained that, t count> t table (5.006> 2.004) with probability (0.00 <0.05). R-Square determination test results amounted to 0.317.The results showed that there was a significant effect of work motivation on the performance of female lecturers at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) in Pekanbaru City. The size of the contribution of work motivation variable (X) affects the variable performance of female lecturers (Y) by 31.7% and the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
