Abstract

Agar sumber daya manusia Indonesia tetap kompetitif di era globalisasi, pentingnya pendidikan global tidak bisa dianggap remeh. Untuk menghadapi ketatnya persaingan, perguruan tinggi harus menerapkan berbagai strategi promosi, salah satunya melibatkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan program studi pemasaran dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan belum adanya kerja sama konkrit antara pemerintah dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Terdapat juga kekurangan dalam mempromosikan program studi melalui sosialisasi yang efektif dan metode yang inovatif. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menjalin kerjasama yang lebih konkrit melalui Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) dengan pemerintah daerah, sekaligus membuat video promosi yang unik untuk disebarluaskan melalui platform media sosial populer seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook. , TikTok, dan Telegram

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the competence of educators in developing Google Sites LMS as an innovative learning medium. The methods used in this training are lectures and demonstrations. The lecture method is employed to provide material on improving teachers' knowledge, competence, and skills in creating Google Sites LMS as an innovative learning medium. Meanwhile, the demonstration method is conducted for participants to directly practice creating learning media using Google Sites. The training participants are 35 elementary school teachers from West Sumbawa Regency. The results of this activity indicate that the training participants received a positive response; they feel more confident and capable of using Google Sites after attending the training. This shows that the training has successfully achieved its main objective, which is to enhance educators' abilities in using information technology to support the learning process. Further training and direct assistance to schools are highly necessary to ensure optimal implementation.

Abstract

Salah satu platform LMS yang populer adalah Google Sites, yang menyediakan fitur-fitur yang memungkinkan pengajar untuk membuat situs web interaktif dan mudah digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan dosen dalam penerapan pembelajaran dengan berbantuan LMS berbasis Google Sites. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metode deskriptif eksploratif yang memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dosen dalam mengembangkan LMS berbasis Google Sites masih perlu ditingkatkan. Para dosen masih sangat membutuhkan fasilitator dalam pengembangan LMS berbasis Google Sites dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, dosen perlu memiliki kompetensi dalam pengembangan LMS berbasis Google Sites melalui pelatihan-pelatihan untuk dapat memanfaatkan LMS secara optimal.

Abstract

Evaluating the feasibility and performance of a Learning Management System (LMS) requires a valid and reliable assessment instrument, especially for platforms such as Google Sites that are widely used in low-resource educational settings. This study aims to validate an LMS evaluation instrument that integrates Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) indicators. A quantitative descriptive design was employed involving 40 respondents consisting of teachers and students at SMPN 1 Jereweh, Indonesia. Data were analyzed through item–total correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha to determine validity and reliability, followed by IPA quadrant mapping and descriptive analysis for ESD indicators. All items achieved correlation values above 0.30, and the instrument demonstrated strong internal consistency with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.782. IPA results showed that Content Quality and Accessibility & Sustainability were classified in the Keep Up the Good Work quadrant, while Design & Navigation and Evaluation & Feedback fell into the Concentrate Here quadrant. ESD analysis indicated high ratings for digital literacy and collaboration, while sustainability values scored the lowest. These findings confirm that the instrument is valid and reliable and can effectively identify priority areas for improving Google Sites–based LMS within the principles of sustainable learning
