Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, membawa dampak besar bagi pelaksanaan pendidikan khususnya di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Sekolah-sekolah dituntut untuk beradaptasi dan menyiapkan diri menuju digitalisasi sekolah yang merupakan program prioritas dari Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan digitalisasi sekolah untuk jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Adapun variabel yang diukur merupakan faktor kesiapan digitalisasi sekolah meliputi faktor kesiapan infrastruktur, faktor kesiapan guru serta faktor kesiapan siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh skor rata-rata 3.60 dari skala 1 – 5 (kategori Siap dengan sedikit perbaikan). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat khususnya jenjang SMP telah siap untuk menerapkan digitalisasi sekolah dengan beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat untuk menyusun kebijakan terkait penerapan digitalisasi sekolah.

Abstract

The implementation of service provision and management of data and employee information has not been maximal. Employee information is only available if there is a request from internal and external parties. The research method used was a case study method for BKPSDM of West Sumbawa Regency, for the method of collecting data used were interviews, literature studies, and observations. The system development method was waterfall. After seeing the weaknesses of the running system, the application users are divided into four groups of users, they are SKPD operators, BKPSDM operators, employees and Super Admins. With the existence of e-Human Resources application, it is able to help and facilitate the tasks of General Administration and Employee Subdivision at SKPD in providing employee administration services to BKSDM or vice versa, including proposals for promotion, pension proposals, and proposals for moving work agencies (mutations) by online which is integrated so that the services are able to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

The program aims to increase the insight and skills in the field of information and communication technology for tutors of the SPNF SKB Boto Equivalence Program, West Sumbawa Regency. This is expected to improve the quality of teaching and learning through the convenience of students in understanding the teaching material provided. The method of this training activity is carried out by the lecture method and independent practice in three stages, namely: delivery of basic material, training and practice demonstrations and evaluation. The result of this training video learning is increasing the understanding and insight of the participants in making learning videos and to be able to practice making simple learning videos so that they can support online learning in the SPNF SKB Boto environment, West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Kuliah Keja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) mahasiswa Universitas Cordova. Bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan kue stik berbahan dasar rumput laut kepada masyarakat di desa Tuananga kecamatan Poto Tano kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Kegiatan dibagi dalam tiga tahapan utama, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihannya telah dilakukan pada bulan agustus 2022, bertempat di balai Desa Tua Nanga. Pelatihannya diberikan dengan metode ceramah dan praktik langsung. Adapun sasaran peserta dari program ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Tuananga Kecamatan Poto Tano Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat khususnya ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan sesuai rencana. Peserta sangat antusias dan mengikuti kegiatan sampai akhir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kesiapan Kecamatan Taliwang, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat menuju implementasi program desa pintar (smart village), secara spesifik pada aspek smart economi Penelitian menerapakan metode survei secara online, melalui angket skala Likert (sangat setuju, setuju, kurang setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju) Responden penelitian terdiri dari 114 orang di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat dari berbagai bidang pekerjaan, mencakup 47 desa dari tujuh kecamatan di KSB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa aspek yang diukur mendapatkan respon kurang disetujui oleh responden pada kode EB2, EB3, dan EA. Ketiganya menyatakan tentang kesiapan pemerintah desa di KSB dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat (empowerment), mewujudkan transaksi ekonomi berbasis digital di tingkat desa, dan mengadopsi teknologi informasi & komunikasi untuk meningkatkan lapangan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan desa di wilayah KSB melalui pembangunan ekonomi yang berdaya saing dan transaksi keuangan yang non tunai. Hasil analisis dengan model Rasch dari kriteria responden, diperoleh hasil berupa 1) Sangat Tidak Setuju  2%; 2) Kurang Setuju 6%; 3) Setuju 46%; dan 4) Sangat Setuju 46%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat KSB telah siap dan setuju dengan program Pemerintah KSB dalam  membangun  kota pintar, khususnya pada doamin smart smart economy.

Abstract

The rapid use of technology in lecture activities, especially the use of interactive multimedia since the pandemic conditions and until now, has attracted researchers to comprehensively analyze patterns of interactive multimedia utilization. This study aims to provide information on the pattern of interactive multimedia utilization and its development to date. The research method adopted a qualitative design, through a review of various studies from 2020 to 2023, and a literature search using the free Publish or Perish program. Further reduction and screening processes were carried out using the PRISMA method. The final results of the articles that have been selected are then mapped and codified with NVivo Pro 12 program, including the development and use of interactive multimedia in universities. In the development of interactive multimedia in the university, literature is grouped into forms of interactive multimedia and tools in designing interactive multimedia. The use of interactive multimedia in institutions is grouped into two, including the types of interactive multimedia used and how the impact of the use of interactive multimedia on lecture activities. Results obtained 1) Multimedia forms developed in  universities include E-modules, Software, Websites, Android applications, Autoplay, Classpoint, E-learning, and tutorial models; 2) equipment in designing interactive multimedia including Kwisoft Flopbook Maker, live streaming, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Way, Moodle, Adobe Flash Professional CS6.5, App Inventor 2, Autocad, Power Point, and Courselab 2.4; 3) types of interactive multimedia used in learning activities in universities include Android applications, Macromedia Flash, Lectora Inspire software, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere, and E-learning; 4) The effect of interactive multimedia on lecture activities can increase interest or motivation, also have an impact on student achievement.

Abstract

Agar sumber daya manusia Indonesia tetap kompetitif di era globalisasi, pentingnya pendidikan global tidak bisa dianggap remeh. Untuk menghadapi ketatnya persaingan, perguruan tinggi harus menerapkan berbagai strategi promosi, salah satunya melibatkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan program studi pemasaran dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan belum adanya kerja sama konkrit antara pemerintah dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Terdapat juga kekurangan dalam mempromosikan program studi melalui sosialisasi yang efektif dan metode yang inovatif. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menjalin kerjasama yang lebih konkrit melalui Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) dengan pemerintah daerah, sekaligus membuat video promosi yang unik untuk disebarluaskan melalui platform media sosial populer seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook. , TikTok, dan Telegram

Abstract

This research focuses on the Animation Design of “English Conversation”2D Based Using Frame By Frame Technique. The purpose of this research is to facilitate teacher in delivering English conversation material and to increase interest student learning and increase enthusiasm for learning. The method used is the method research and development (R&D) which can be defined as “a scientific way of researching, designing, producing and testing questionnaires and product validity that have been generated".The results showed that this animated video was successfully made (designed and built) to make it easier for language teachersbased on the percentage of validation results that is 92.30% with very decent criteria and can increase students' interest in learninglearning and enthusiasm in learn English conversation based on the percentage of learning questionnaire results without using animated videos, which is 43%with less criteria and the percentage of results from learning questionnaires using animated videos is 84% with decent criteria, so it can be declared increased 41%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a collaborative promotional strategy for the Development Economics Study Program at Cordova University by adapting the Triple Helix approach, which involves synergy between universities, businesses, and government. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive-exploratory approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, document studies, and observations. The results indicate that the existing promotional strategy remains partial, institution-focused, and lacks coordination among units. However, there is significant potential from external factors such as alumni, local industry players, and government agencies. Alumni serve as institutional ambassadors, industry players validate the curriculum, and the government supports through policies and promotional access. The proposed promotional model positions the university as the center of academic narrative, the industry as the enforcer of job-market relevance, and the government as the connector to society. This approach addresses internal resource limitations and creates sustainable collaborative value. Although limited to one institution, this model holds potential for replication in similar contexts. Theoretically, this study expands the application of the Triple Helix model from innovation to higher education marketing strategies.
