Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri District. Tasikmalaya. The research method used is quantitative, descriptive. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 70 respondents who are employees of PT. Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri District. Tasikmalaya, and using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used was SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that Recruitment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Recruitment is partially positive and significant to Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. The method used in this study is a survey. With a research sample of 70 production employees as respondents. The data used is using primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that simultaneously the variables used in the study, namely compensation and work discipline, have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. Likewise, partially, there is a significant effect of compensation on the work productivity of employees in the production section, and partially, there is a significant effect between work discipline on the work productivity of employees in the PT. Daiwani Putra Utama.

Abstract

The dynamic development of regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), demands preparedness from future law enforcers, including prospective advocates. Prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya, as part of the next generation of legal professionals, require a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of IPR to contribute to creating legal certainty and fostering innovation in the digital era. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the general understanding and practical capacity of prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya regarding IPR through an intensive online training program. The partners in this activity were a number of prospective advocates undergoing the Special Education for Advocate Profession (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat - PKPA). The methods used included literature study for material preparation, initial needs assessment, interactive online training via Zoom, group discussions, collaborative case analysis using Google Docs, and evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and legal document drafting projects. The training results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, with the average post-test score (82.4) far exceeding the pre-test (58.5), reflecting a 40.9% increase in comprehension. Participants also demonstrated improved practical skills in drafting legal opinions and electronic lawsuit drafts. The satisfaction survey recorded a score of 4.6 out of 5. This program successfully equipped prospective advocates with a strong and relevant IPR foundation, which is expected to improve the quality of legal services and IPR enforcement in Indonesia in the future. This activity underscores the importance of continuous IPR education from an early stage in the legal profession curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Effect of Teamwork and Supervision on Employee Performance in the Production Department of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya”. The population in this study amounted to 260 people and the sample used in this study were 43 people in the production division. This research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression. The result of this study are that teamwork and simultaneous supervision can have a significant effect on the performance of production employees at CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya. Partially teamwork has no significant effect on employee performance in the production section of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya and Supervision partially have a significant effect on the perfoemance of employees in the production section of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya
