Abstract

Risa Rafana is a clinic that located at Wage Batujai West Praya, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Risa Rafana clinic has problems in medical records processing because the existing system could not systematically assess patient, so the clinicians had trouble for finding the data of patients when had been in manual system. The is development method that was used  is Extreme Programming methodology. The method  prioritizing  of clients as a resource person who understand the system that will be created, from the client itself  acquired user story. The Stages that will be created such as planning, design, coding and testing. The information system is designed by concept of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and developed using Framework PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), which is a web-based CodeIgniter. The  processing of database by MySQL. The information system could process data of patients, doctors, specialists, labs, rontgen, medications, so it could make medical records information and made report of patient’s surgery, reporting of laboratory check, reporting of medicine prescription, reporting of drug selling that has been given to patients, so it made easier to diagnose the disease

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia, membutuhkan langkah-langkah pencegahan seperti penelusuran (tracing), pelacakan (tracking) dan pemberian peringatan (warning dan fencing). Salah satu langkah pencegahan yang dilakukan Pemerintah adalah melalui Keputusan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 171 Tahun 2020 tentang Penetapan Aplikasi Pedulilindungi Dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Surveilans Kesehatan Penanganan Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), menetapkan aplikasi Pedulilindungi sebagai aplikasi surveilans kesehatan penanganan COVID-19. Berbagai komentar disampaikan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi pedulilindungi termasuk melalui kolom ulasan pada playstore. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan topik menggunakan LDA terhadap ulasan masyarakat tentang aplikasi pedulilindungi. Jumlah data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 13.731 data yang didapatkan dengan melakukan scraping pada google play mulai tanggal 15 september s/d 6 desember 2021 menggunakan library google scrapping. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah preprocessing dataset, melakukan proses word2vec, menghitung nilai coherence dan melakukan pemodelan topik. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai coherence pembagian jumlah topik yang ideal adalah 5, kemudian setelah diproses menggunakan algoritma LDA kesimpulan dari ke 5 topik tersebut didefinisikan sebagai kendala pendaftaran, sertifikat vaksin, tanggal lahir yang tidak sesuai, kendala membuka aplikasi dan keluhan pengguna aplikasi.

Abstract

The attendance of teachers and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah is a document that records the hours of attendance for each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah. Recording the hours of attendance carried out by each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah can affect the net salary and allowances that will be received by the teacher and administrative staff each month, because the salary and allowances given depend on their attendance, with having an attendance application can certainly guarantee an accurate time record and prevent errors from occurring when compared to making notes manually. This accurate information helps provide precise details about each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah and can certainly help improve the performance of teachers and staff.

Abstract

The road is a means of land transportation that has a function to connect one area to another. Therefore the development of an area can run well if access and mobility are not disturbed or hindered. Road conditions are very important in facilitating the mobility of various sectors such as the economic, industrial, trade and transportation sectors. The Central Lombok PUPR Service has duties regulated in government regulation number 38 of 2007 regarding the division of government affairs between the provincial government and district/city regional governments. In accordance with regional regulation number 11 of 2016 concerning the formation and composition of the regional apparatus of the NTB province, the position of the public works and spatial planning office of the NTB province has the task of assisting the governor in carrying out regional government affairs in the field of public works and spatial planning geographic information system design for road mapping at the PUPR Service. make it easier for officers to check the road. It is hoped that this system can improve data management, so as to create quality road construction in the Central Lombok Regency area.

Abstract

Stasiun Meteorologi Zainuddin Abdul Madjid merupakan unit pelaksana teknis yang berada di bawah wewenang dan tanggung jawab kepala Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG). Stasiun Meteorologi Zainuddin Abdul Madjid memiliki banyak peralatan elektronik untuk menunjang pekerjaan dalam memantau cuaca dan lain sebagainya yang tentunya harus dicek setiap hari apakah aktif atau tidak. Namun saat ini pemantauan aktif atau tidak suatu peralatan elektronik masih dilakukan secara manual satu per satu. Sehingga pegawai tidak dapat melihat status aktif atau tidak semua peralatan elektronik secara bersamaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi monitoring alat yang bisa menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi aktif atau tidak semua peralatan elektronik secara bersamaan dan detail alat, mengelola data alat dan history. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox, semua fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik

Abstract

The Scrum method is a methodology included in agile software development. Scrum is considered to be able to produce good quality software according to user wishes, can be used in large and small projects, and is easy to adopt changes. The scrum activity stages include product backlog, sprint backlog, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Roles in Scrum include product owner, scrum master, and development team. Scrum has structured and iterative stages, so that if the product in the first sprint is not sufficient to meet needs, then in the next sprint a system can be developed that is in accordance with user evaluation. The results obtained from Designing a Hack Incident Reporting System at Kominfo Central Lombok Using the Agile Scrum Approach were proven to be able to overcome changes in requirements during the system development phase, producing products that met the wishes of users because they received repeated reviews.

Abstract

The tourism potential of waterfalls in Central Lombok Regency is quite prominent; however, it has not been fully optimized. With the advancement of digital technology, user reviews on online platforms can serve as valid indicators to assess the quality of a tourist destination. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of visitor reviews regarding waterfall tourist attractions using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Data were collected through web scraping from Google Maps, then processed through several preprocessing stages, automatically labeled using IndoBERT, and features were extracted using the TF-IDF method. A total of 1,250 reviews were analyzed and classified into three sentiment categories: positive, neutral, and negative. Three types of SVM algorithms were tested: LinearSVC, RBF kernel, and Polynomial kernel. Based on the results, LinearSVC achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 84% and an F1-score of 86%. These findings indicate that a machine learning-based approach, particularly SVM, is highly effective in automatically and systematically identifying visitor perceptions. The resulting data may also serve as a reference in developing tourism policies grounded in empirical evidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tugas, kewenangan, dan tanggung jawab kurator dalam proses kepailitan, serta mengkaji upaya hukum terhadap debitor pailit yang tidak kooperatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan. Kepailitan terjadi ketika seorang debitor tidak mampu melunasi utangnya kepada lebih dari satu kreditor sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU. Setelah debitor dinyatakan pailit oleh pengadilan, ia kehilangan hak untuk mengurus seluruh hartanya, sehingga pengelolaan dan pemberesan harta pailit diambil alih oleh kurator. Namun, dalam praktiknya sering ditemukan hambatan, khususnya ketika debitor pailit bersikap tidak kooperatif, yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan serius dan berpengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan penyelesaian kepailitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tugas kurator secara umum mencakup pengurusan dan pemberesan harta pailit, yang terbagi dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengurusan dan tahap pemberesan. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, kurator bertanggung jawab atas setiap kesalahan atau kelalaian yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi harta pailit. Adapun terhadap debitor yang tidak kooperatif, dapat dijatuhkan sanksi berupa penahanan sebagaimana diatur dalam PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2000 melalui upaya paksa badan (lijfsdwang), meskipun pada praktiknya hingga kini belum pernah dilaksanakan oleh pengadilan.
