Abstract

The tourism potential of waterfalls in Central Lombok Regency is quite prominent; however, it has not been fully optimized. With the advancement of digital technology, user reviews on online platforms can serve as valid indicators to assess the quality of a tourist destination. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of visitor reviews regarding waterfall tourist attractions using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Data were collected through web scraping from Google Maps, then processed through several preprocessing stages, automatically labeled using IndoBERT, and features were extracted using the TF-IDF method. A total of 1,250 reviews were analyzed and classified into three sentiment categories: positive, neutral, and negative. Three types of SVM algorithms were tested: LinearSVC, RBF kernel, and Polynomial kernel. Based on the results, LinearSVC achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 84% and an F1-score of 86%. These findings indicate that a machine learning-based approach, particularly SVM, is highly effective in automatically and systematically identifying visitor perceptions. The resulting data may also serve as a reference in developing tourism policies grounded in empirical evidence.

Abstract

Komunitas daring, khususnya grup Telegram, telah menjadi ruang diskusi aktif bagi pengembang perangkat lunak dalam berbagi pengetahuan dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis. Salah satu komunitas terbesar adalah Laravel Indonesia dengan lebih dari 19.000 anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi topik percakapan dalam komunitas tersebut menggunakan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Data dikumpulkan dari percakapan grup Telegram Laravel Indonesia sejak Januari 2018 hingga Agustus 2025 dengan total 618.160 pesan. Setelah melalui tahapan preprocessing (pembersihan data, normalisasi, stemming, tokenisasi, dan stopword removal), sebanyak 396.711 pesan dianalisis menggunakan LDA. Hasil evaluasi coherence score menunjukkan bahwa jumlah topik optimal adalah empat, yakni: (1) manajemen akses dan deployment aplikasi, (2) interaksi sosial serta kebutuhan informasi, (3) pengelolaan dan penyajian data, serta (4) penggunaan Laravel sebagai framework inti. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa komunitas Laravel di Telegram berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai forum teknis, tetapi juga sebagai sarana kolaborasi dan pembelajaran bersama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman dinamika diskusi komunitas pengembang daring, serta membuka peluang pengembangan penelitian lanjutan menggunakan metode topic modeling lainnya maupun integrasi dengan analisis sentimen.

Abstract

Digital transformation plays a crucial role in fostering innovation within community-based tourism services, particularly in rural areas of Indonesia. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Travel and Car Booking Application using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as a systematic framework to support the digital transformation of tourism transportation services in Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. A mixed-method approach was employed to integrate user needs analysis, user-centered design, system development, and functional evaluation. The black-box testing results indicated that all system modules operated according to specifications with a 100% success rate. A quantitative evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was conducted on ten key participants, representing the entire population of active transport operators in the village. The results yielded an average score of 91.5 (Excellent category), indicating high usability and ease of use for non-technical users. Qualitative findings revealed improvements in operational efficiency, faster booking and payment confirmation, and greater transparency through the integration of the WhatsApp API and AI Chat Integration modules. The findings confirm that the ADDIE model effectively produces a digital system that is scientifically rigorous, technically reliable, and socially impactful. The developed application serves as a practical prototype for Smart Tourism Village implementation, promoting sustainable digital transformation and local economic empowerment within rural tourism sectors in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research develops a culinary recommendation system in Lombok by integrating the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Content-Based Filtering (CBF) methods. This integration aims to overcome the limitations of pure CBF, which relies solely on basic restaurant attributes and is less capable of capturing the semantic context of tourist reviews. Data was obtained through web scraping of Google Maps using the Apify.com platform, covering 825 restaurants and 20,114 reviews. The research stages included data collection, text preprocessing, topic modeling using LDA, feature engineering, similarity calculation using cosine similarity, and system evaluation. Evaluation was performed using Precision@K, Recall@K, F1-Score, and Mean Average Precision (MAP). The results show that the hybrid CBF+LDA model provides a significant improvement compared to pure CBF, with Precision@3 of 0.9333, Recall@3 of 0.1312, F1-Score of 0.2300, and MAP of 0.9628. These findings indicate that the integration of LDA topics enriches the semantic representation of reviews, thereby improving the relevance of recommendations. This research contributes to the development of artificial intelligence-based tourism recommendation systems and provides practical implications for promoting local cuisine, enhancing tourist experiences, and utilizing digital reviews as a basis for decision-making in the regional tourism sector.

Abstract

Proses pengajuan berkas pensiun Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di BKPSDM Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti keterlambatan proses, ketidaklengkapan data, duplikasi pengajuan, serta rendahnya transparansi alur layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengajuan berkas pensiun berbasis web menggunakan metode Prototype untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keterlacakan proses administrasi. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype awal, evaluasi melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT), penyempurnaan desain melalui dua siklus iterasi, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil UAT menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 82,7% dengan nilai tertinggi pada aspek kemudahan navigasi (88%), menandakan bahwa prototype telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pengujian Black Box Testing terhadap 15 skenario fungsional menghasilkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, mencakup validasi input, unggah dokumen, pencegahan pengajuan ganda, pemberian catatan revisi, dan pembaruan status secara real-time. Sistem yang dikembangkan terbukti mampu meningkatkan transparansi, akurasi data, serta efektivitas proses pengajuan pensiun di BKPSDM Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

The attendance of teachers and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah is a document that records the hours of attendance for each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah. Recording the hours of attendance carried out by each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah can affect the net salary and allowances that will be received by the teacher and administrative staff each month, because the salary and allowances given depend on their attendance, with having an attendance application can certainly guarantee an accurate time record and prevent errors from occurring when compared to making notes manually. This accurate information helps provide precise details about each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah and can certainly help improve the performance of teachers and staff.
