Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City by applying the Promethee II method from several samples according to existing method procedures, from the data collection that has been carried out, several tutoring criteria are obtained and then calculations are carried out using the stages contained in the Promethee II method. The application is built based on a website, the aim is to help parents to select excellent tutoring institutions, check reports and election results using the website. It is hoped that this research can be one of the solutions to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City.

Abstract

The increasing economic growth in Tanjungpinang City, which is the main gateway for tourists who will visit various tourist destinations on the island of Bintan, has caused many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises units to appear in the city of Tanjungpinang. According to data from the Tanjungpinang City Manpower Office, there are 14,687 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang city. However, the distribution map of the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is not known with certainty, so this makes it quite difficult for the government to provide assistance programs to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which are spread across the city of Tanjungpinang. This can be overcome if the Office of Manpower, Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Tanjungpinang City has an application that is able to visualize the distribution map of every Small and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang City and is always up to date and uses an Android-based system and is integrated with the database. Designing Android-based applications using GPS will make it easier to map locations, in this case, UMKM in Tanjungpinang City. It is hoped that with this application, users and the government will find it easier to know the whereabouts of MSMEs and what products are occupied or produced by these MSMEs.

Abstract

The human body really needs fluids, to assist in carrying out its normal functions, if humans lack fluids, the body will experience disturbances in carrying out their functions, this fluid deficiency is accompanied by electrolyte disturbances in the body due to lack of sodium and water in the body. This condition is called dehydration. Dehydration is divided into two levels, namely mild and severe dehydration. Causes of dehydration in addition to lack of drinking fluids, dehydration can also be caused by climatic factors or hot weather and can also be caused by strenuous physical activity factors that can make humans lack body fluids through sweat. To find out whether a person is dehydrated or not, it can be seen through the color of his urine. To make it easier to classify a person is dehydrated or not, an image processing system can be used. In this study, we created a system that can classify whether a person is dehydrated or not through urine color that has been converted into a digital image and processed into a system created using Mathlab, and using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. From the results of the research that we have done, the percentage of accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor method is 86,67 percent with the number of accurate classifications amounting to 26 and the number of inaccurate classifications amounting to 4 out of 30 samples obtained from participants who came from college students of the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang campus.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Indonesia Tanjungpinang berlokasi di Kota Tanjungpinang merupakan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki dua program studi yaitu teknik informatika dan sistem informasi, STTI telah menerapkan sistem informasi untuk menunjang proses pembelajara salah satunya aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kerja Praktek dan Skripsi (SKKP). Selama ini website SKKP berjalan dan digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dan sampai saat ini program studi belum melaksankan analisis kualitas sistem SKKP. Analisis ini penting untuk dilakukan karena kualitas layanan yang baik tidak hanya dinilai berdasarkan pada sudut pandang atau persepsi pihak penyedia layanan, tetapi juga berdasarkan pada sudut pandang atau persepsi pengguna. Pengukuran kualitas website diukur berdasarkan 4 dimensi yang terdapat pada metode WebQual 4.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk membuat rangkuman mengenai sekumpulan data kedalam bentuk yang mudah untuk dibaca dan cepat dalam memberikan informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Website Sistem Informasi Kerja Praktek dan Skripsi (SKKP) berada dalam kriteria berkualitas. Kualitas kegunaan memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 3,98, kualitas informasi memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 4,00, kualitas layanan interaksi memiliki skor rata-rata 3,74 dan kualitas keseluruhan memiliki skor rata-rata 4,04. jika diukur dengan skor rata-rata dari ke 4 dimensi yang terdapat dalam WebQual 4.0 maka diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,94. Berdasarkan hasil skor rata-rata dari keempat dimensi tersebut, skor rata-rata tertinggi adalah Kualitas Keseluruhan (Overall Impression) dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,04 dan skor rata-rata yang terendah adalah kualitas interaksi pelayanan (Service Interaction Quality) dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,74.

Abstract

Purpose: Sales of car spare parts at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction in after-sales services. Accurate data analysis is required to increase marketing effectiveness, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. One relevant approach is the application of the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which effectively groups car spare part stock data based on the initial stock and final stock. Using this method, workshops can segment stock inventory based on customer preferences by observing what spare parts are sold frequently by comparing them with the initial stock. This segmentation provides the basis for developing a more efficient sales process and precise stock management. Methodology/approach: The research was carried out at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop with system development developed based on the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of four stages: identifying goals and information needs, working with users to design the system, building the system, introducing a new system, and carrying out classification. spare parts sales stock data by using the k-means method. Results/findings: The results of segmentation obtained through K-Means Clustering will help in identifying spare part groups based on the clusters that are built. In addition, this algorithm plays a role in managing inventory stock, minimizing the risk of excess or shortage of inventory, and increasing overall operational efficiency. Limitations: The system was developed based on the K-Means Algorithm with Python programming language and Django web framework as a sample of data using a car spare parts sales inventory. Contribution: This research contributes to the Multi-Topindo Tanjungpinang workshop, which can take more appropriate steps to meet customer demand, optimize inventory, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
