Abstract

Purpose: Sales of car spare parts at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction in after-sales services. Accurate data analysis is required to increase marketing effectiveness, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. One relevant approach is the application of the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which effectively groups car spare part stock data based on the initial stock and final stock. Using this method, workshops can segment stock inventory based on customer preferences by observing what spare parts are sold frequently by comparing them with the initial stock. This segmentation provides the basis for developing a more efficient sales process and precise stock management. Methodology/approach: The research was carried out at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop with system development developed based on the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of four stages: identifying goals and information needs, working with users to design the system, building the system, introducing a new system, and carrying out classification. spare parts sales stock data by using the k-means method. Results/findings: The results of segmentation obtained through K-Means Clustering will help in identifying spare part groups based on the clusters that are built. In addition, this algorithm plays a role in managing inventory stock, minimizing the risk of excess or shortage of inventory, and increasing overall operational efficiency. Limitations: The system was developed based on the K-Means Algorithm with Python programming language and Django web framework as a sample of data using a car spare parts sales inventory. Contribution: This research contributes to the Multi-Topindo Tanjungpinang workshop, which can take more appropriate steps to meet customer demand, optimize inventory, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Posyandu Sei Jang Laut and Aisyiyah in Tanjungpinang still rely on a manual recording system that is prone to errors and less efficient. Duplication of data that occurs between notebooks, Excel reports, and PDFs is an obstacle in managing toddler growth data. To overcome these problems, the community service team developed a mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information system. This application is designed to integrate all posyandu participant data, both toddlers and elderly, as well as monitor the growth of toddlers more efficiently and accurately, and produce output in the form of participant reports and toddler development so that it can be immediately analyzed and used for decision making. The results of the evaluation of the application show that it is easy to access the application 61.5% agree and 38.5% strongly agree. The application can support posyandu administration 69.2% strongly agree. And overall satisfaction with the application 62.9% strongly agree and 30.8% agree. With the existence of mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information systems can improve the quality of posyandu services by providing accurate data so that empowering posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties is assisted by the use of information technology so as to improve the quality of public health in Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Game merupakan aplikasi yang mungkin diminati berbagai kalangan dalam mengisi waktu kosong.Seiring dengan pengembangan game, jumlah orang yang tertarik dalam membuat game juga meningkat. HTML5 merupakan salah satu bahasa pemrograman yang bisa digunakan dalam membuat suatu game. Banyak game framework yang tersedia pada HTML5 yang memungkinkan pengguna kesulitan dalam memilih. Dikarenakan belum adanya penelitian yang membahas tentang perbandingan game framework HTML5, maka penulis mencoba untuk membandingkannya. Perbandingan game framework meliputi ketersediaan dokumentasi, forum dan performance. Perbandingan dilakukan dengan mengunduh game yang bertema sama dari masing-masing game framework dan kemudian mengukur performance dengan menggunakan Chrome Dev Tools dan Mozilla Dev Tools. Pada hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa game framework yang memiliki performance terbaik adalah PixiJS dibandingkan dengan game framework PhaserJS, MelonJS dan KiwiJS.

Abstract

Periodic Salary Increases is a kind of salary increases given to civil servants once in two years who is qualified according to the law. Making a Periodic Salary Increases Letter in Provincial Government of Riau Island. is still in manual process by typing the letter one by one and saved in Staffing Administrator's computer. This might cause an incorrect in Periodic Salary Increases Decree. Moreover, any trouble in the administrator's computer could also cause files lost and make Periodic Salary Increases Decree arrived late at BPKAD of Province of Riau Island.. From cases above, we need a Periodic Salary Increases Information System based on website to support Staffing create Periodic Salary Increases Decree.Author design a modeling system using structured method: Context Diagram, DFD, and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). This research produce Periodic Salary Increases Information System to process Periodic Salary Increases Decree, requirements, and to produce Periodic Salary Increases Decree until it suitable to send to BPKAD of Province of Riau Island.

Abstract

The lack of specialized tools to check the condition of ornamental fish has hindered effective management. This research proposes a novel software architecture that uses the YOLOv9 model combined with RT-DETR to enable accurate and timely identification of ornamental fish conditions including fish diseases, empowering farmers and hobbyists with a valuable resource. This integration is done using Soft Voting Ensemble Learning technique. To achieve this goal, an Android mobile application successfully classified healthy fish and accurately identified common diseases such as bacteria, fungal, parasitic, and whitetail. Based on the test results, the integration accuracy of the YOLOv9 and RT-DETR models produced a high result of 0.8947 while the stand-alone YOLOv9 showed 0.8889 and the stand-alone RT-DETR of 0.8904. Recommendations are given for the combination of YOLOv9 and RT-DETR in condition detection and diagnosis of ornamental fish diseases.

Abstract

The digitalization of business has changed many aspects of life, including how coffee shops do business. In this context, SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram technologies have become important tools in helping customers make reservations. Reservations at coffee shops allow customers to ensure a seat when visiting and avoid disappointment due to full coffee shops. At Samanko Coffee Roasters, reservations are made via WhatsApp, with customers contacting the contact listed on Samanko Coffee Roasters' Instagram account. This process involves several steps, including checking the availability of seats according to the customer's wishes and manual recording in a notebook. The problem that arises is the difficulty in identifying real-time seat availability and limitations in recording customer data. This can cause inconvenience and decrease customer satisfaction. The solution to this problem is the development of a Samanko Coffee Roasters reservation website using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD approach places the user as the main focus in system design. The website interface can be customized according to user needs by involving users in the development process. Using the UCD method provides an effective solution based on usability evaluation using the SUS method on 20 respondents obtained a score of 87, meaning that the acceptance of the design is at level A or excellent.
