Penerapan Metode Tahsin dalam Meningkatkan Keaktifan dan Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ulfi Wisa Belinda

Abstract

This research was motivated bythe lack of activity and ability to read theAl-Qur’anin class 1 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Bengkulu City. Most students have not been able to read hijaiyah letters properly and correctly in accordance with the rules for the accuracy of the makharijul letters and the accuracy of their tajwid as targets set in basic competencies and competency standards. This study aims, firstly to determine the activity of students in learning the Qur'an by applying the Tahsin learning method in Class I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Bengkulu City. The second is to find out the students' ability to read the Koran by applying the Tahsin learning method in class I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Bengkulu City. This type of research is classroom action research or classroom action research. The results of this study indicate an increase in the activity and ability to read the Qur'an for grade 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students after applying the Tahsin method so that students experience an increase in their abilities because it is accompanied by an increase in activity, this can be seen from the data on student test results in cycle I there is an average increase -the student average was from 60.25 in cycle I increased to 65.12 in cycle II and increased again in cycle III with an average student score of 79.87%. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical learning completeness also increased, from 25% in cycle I to 65% in cycle II and even more to 100% in cycle III. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan dan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa kelas 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Kota Bengkulu. Sebagian besar siswa belum mampu membaca huruf hijaiyah secara baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah ketepatan makharijul huruf dan ketepatan tajwidnya sebagaimana target yang telah ditetapkan dalam kompetensi dasar dan standar kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan, pertama untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Tahsin di Kelas I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Kota Bengkulu. Kedua untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an siswa denganmenerapkan metode pembelajaran Tahsin di kelas I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Islam Kota Bengkulu.Jenis penelitian iniadalah classroom action researchatau penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa kelas 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah setelah diterapkan metode Tahsin sehingga siswa mengalami peningkatan dibidang kemampuannya karena disertai dengan peningkatan keaktifan, hal ini terlihat dari data hasil tes siswa pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan rata-rata siswa yaitu dari 60,25 pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 65,12 pada siklus II dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 79,87%. Sedangkan pada persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal juga terjadi peningkatan yaitu dari 25% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 65% pada siklus II dan lebih meningkat lagi menjadi 100% pada siklus III.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the vital role of librarians in the digital era, particularly at the Idrisiyyah Dikti Library. The applied method is descriptive and collects data through various techniques, including literature studies, observations, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that librarians play a crucial role in educating users to effectively utilize digital technology. Additionally, librarians contribute to the innovation of library services, although they still face challenges in the public's understanding of digital collections. Recommendations from this research include the need for sustainable policy support to enhance librarians' capacity and strengthen the evaluation system in the implementation of library services, thereby achieving better educational outcomes.

Abstract

The recruitment and selection of teachers is the initial step that plays an important role in shaping quality human resources, both academically and in character. The Idrisiyyah Putri Islamic Boarding School (PPI Putri) faces challenges in recruiting Yellow Book teachers, as this boarding school is modern-oriented and does not focus on the Yellow Book. Additionally, all educators at PPI Putri are women, most of whom are married, facing obstacles in self-development and professionalism. This research aims to formulate innovations in the recruitment and selection methods of Yellow Book teachers to improve the quality of education. The method used is a qualitative approach through observation and structured interviews. The research subjects include the education director, mudiroh, HR coordinator, and Yellow Book teachers. The research results are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in improving the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection of educators in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAKRekrutmen dan seleksi guru merupakan tahap awal dalam pendidikan yang memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas, baik secara akademik maupun karakter. Permasalahan-permasalahan banyak terjadi pada lembaga pendidikan di proses kegiatan rekrutmen dan seleksi, salah satunya dalam merekrut guru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lembaga. Pondok Pesantren Idrisiyyah Putri (PPI Putri) menghadapi tantangan dalam merekrut guru kitab kuning karena PPI Putri pada dasarnya merupakan pondok modern yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengajaran kitab. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan inovasi dalam metode rekrutmen dan seleksi guru kitab kuning guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Subjek penelitian meliputi direktur pendidikan boarding, mudiroh, koordinator SDM, dan guru kitab kuning. Diharapkan, hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi acuan bagi pesantren atau lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya untuk mengembangkan strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi guru yang lebih efektif, sehingga mampu menjawab tantangan zaman dan tetap menjaga kualitas pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menciptakan proses seleksi yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore innovations in educational marketing management through social media content strategies at the Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. Despite limited human resources, the results of the study indicate significant innovations, such as the formation of a communication and information team and a student creator organization (KSI). Social media accounts, including TikTok and Instagram, were successfully created and showed positive follower growth. Data shows that the implementation of social media content strategies has had a positive impact on increasing the number of new students, from 470 participants in 2020-2021 to 550 participants in 2025- 2026. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in educational marketing management in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of student organizations in shaping student discipline at Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School. It addresses a gap in previous studies that have not thoroughly examined the role of student organizations as agents of discipline in daily pesantren practices. These organizations function as platforms for character development, reinforcement of responsibility, and supervision of rule compliance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the Miles & Huberman model, employing questionnaires, observations, and interviews for data collection. The findings indicate that student organizations play a significant role in fostering discipline, particularly in religious practices, adherence to rules, environmental cleanliness, and participation in academic activities. A total of 87% of respondents stated that involvement in OSPI helped them become more organized and value time, while 80% joined to develop responsibility and serve as role models. This involvement contributes to personal character building, strengthens a sense of responsibility, and fosters consistency in fulfilling duties. Supporting factors include collaboration among organizational boards, guidance from mentors, structured regulations, and continuous role modeling. The main challenge is the lack of awareness among some students about the importance of discipline. These findings affirm that optimizing the role of student organizations contributes to a conducive, orderly, and sustainable educational environment. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi organisasi santri dalam membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Idrisiyyah. Penelitian ini mengisi kekosongan kajian terdahulu yang belum mengkaji secara mendalam peran organisasi santri sebagai agen pembentuk disiplin dalam praktik keseharian pesantren. Organisasi santri berfungsi sebagai sarana pengembangan karakter, penguatan tanggung jawab, dan pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan aturan pesantren. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan model Miles & Huberman, melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan organisasi santri memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk disiplin santri, terutama terkait pelaksanaan ibadah, kepatuhan tata tertib, kebersihan lingkungan, dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan belajar. Sebanyak 87% responden menyatakan keterlibatan dalam OSPI membantu mereka menjadi lebih teratur dan menghargai waktu, sementara 80% termotivasi bergabung untuk melatih tanggung jawab dan menjadi teladan. Keterlibatan ini turut membentuk karakter, memperkuat rasa tanggung jawab, serta membangun konsistensi dalam menjalankan kewajiban. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi kolaborasi pengurus, dukungan pembina, aturan yang terstruktur, dan keteladanan berkelanjutan. Tantangan utama adalah kurangnya kesadaran sebagian santri terhadap pentingnya disiplin. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi peran organisasi santri berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, teratur, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The homeroom teacher has an important role in shaping and changing students' disciplined character, because the homeroom teacher is a source of learning and a role model for students in shaping and changing students' behavior into good individuals, especially in terms of learning discipline. The relationship between the homeroom teacher and students, especially communication relationships, will influence student learning effectiveness because students have confidence that the homeroom teacher will always pay attention to them so that students strive to improve their learning effectiveness. In addition, through reciprocal communication or interaction between the homeroom teacher and students, it influences the upholding of discipline and increases learning motivation. To determine students' discipline and learning motivation and determine the role of the homeroom teacher in improving students' discipline and learning motivation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The role of the homeroom teacher in improving student discipline and learning motivation at the Idrisiyyah Putri Islamic Boarding School, the role of the homeroom teacher as a motivator, class manager, mentor and initiator. two aspects that are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in creating a productive and effective learning environment. Good discipline creates a strong foundation for student learning motivation while learning motivation produces better results in efforts to achieve goals. Therefore, the role of the homeroom teacher in improving student discipline and learning motivation is very important in ensuring that these two aspects are managed well so that students can achieve their maximum learning potential.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school environment, inhabited by students with diverse social, cultural, and character backgrounds, has the potential to cause conflict, both within individuals and between individuals and groups. Conflict is an unavoidable part of life's reality and can occur anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the optimal role of student mentors is needed in providing guidance, both individually and in groups, to prevent and resolve conflicts that occur in the Islamic boarding school environment. This study aims to determine the role of student mentors in resolving conflicts between students and identify the factors that cause conflict at the Idrisiyyah Putri Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while data validity was tested using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Conflicts between students are influenced by internal factors, such as the inability to control emotions, irritability, the desire for recognition, and misunderstandings, and external factors originating from the family environment and peer interactions. In this context, student guardians play a crucial role as mediators in resolving conflicts fairly and wisely, as well as educators who instill moral values, tolerance, and social skills in students. Furthermore, guardians play a crucial role in creating a conducive, safe, and comfortable Islamic boarding school environment, allowing students to express their problems and find solutions together.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Islamic family well-being, utilizing an Islamic economic approach. Islamic family well-being represents an ideal state that harmonizes spiritual, material, social, and moral needs, aiming to achieve worldly happiness and eternal salvation (falah). The research employs a literature review method, analyzing primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, along with secondary references including books, journals, and relevant articles. The findings reveal that the concept of family well-being in Islam is grounded in the maqashid syariah framework, which encompasses the protection of religion (hifz al-din), life (hifz al-nafs), intellect (hifz al-‘aql), lineage (hifz al-nasl), and wealth (hifz al-mal). Islamic well-being is categorized into three dimensions: material, relational, and ethical. The spiritual aspect is the foundation of Islamic well-being, with religious education, worship practices, and the cultivation of individual piety serving as critical components for maintaining balance in family life. This conclusion, Islamic family well-being integrates spiritual and material values, promotes harmony within the family, and contributes positively to the development of a just and sustainable society. This research is particularly significant in addressing contemporary socio-economic challenges.
