Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi dan tantangan yang dihadapi guru MTs dan SMP dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di tingkat menengah pertama. Melalui angket dan wawancara dengan 8 guru dari SMP Nur Kautsar Bandung dan MTs Al-Ihsan Baleendah, ditemukan bahwa 88% guru mendukung pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka, sementara 1 guru MTs menolak karena keterbatasan akses internet. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi guru mencakup tingkat pendidikan, tempat mengajar, lama mengajar, dan pemahaman tentang kurikulum. SMP lebih siap menyediakan fasilitas pendukung dibandingkan MTs. Tantangan utama meliputi kebiasaan baru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum, kesulitan membuat modul ajar yang sesuai, serta keterbatasan akses siswa terhadap gadget dan internet. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, disarankan agar guru lebih terbuka terhadap ilmu baru, dan fasilitas pendukung seperti internet ditingkatkan. Pemerintah juga diharapkan memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan yang merata bagi semua guru. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dan memberikan panduan bagi pihak terkait untuk mendukung keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi strategi implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Indonesia.

Abstract

Poverty alleviation and employment in rural areas face challenges such as limited access to education, dominance of traditional agriculture, and lack of inter-agency coordination. This study employs Participatory Action Research (PAR) with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving BPS, OPD, academics, and community representatives in Sukabumi Regency. Data were analyzed using Thematic Analysis with source and method triangulation. The findings highlight key policy implementation challenges but also identify opportunities in community-based economic empowerment, technology utilization, and cross-sector collaboration. This study emphasizes the need for evidence-based policies to support sustainable rural economic resilience.ABSTRAKPengentasan kemiskinan dan ketenagakerjaan di pedesaan menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pendidikan, dominasi sektor pertanian tradisional, serta kurangnya koordinasi antar lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) melibatkan BPS, OPD, akademisi, dan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Tematik dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil menunjukkan tantangan utama dalam implementasi kebijakan, tetapi terdapat peluang dalam penguatan ekonomi berbasis komunitas, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Studi ini menekankan perlunya kebijakan berbasis bukti guna mendukung ketahanan ekonomi pedesaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence Human Relations, Work Facilities, and Compensation have on employee job satisfaction at the Sukabumi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency. The research method used is the associative quantitative method. The population in this study was 235 employees with a sample size of 70 people. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis method used is the validity and reliability test. The prerequisite analysis test includes data normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The partial results of the human relations variable are proven by the results of the t-test showing that human relations have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, on the work facilities variable is proven by the results of the t-test showing that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, on the compensation variable is proven by the results of the t-test showing that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study of human relations, work facilities and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Sukabumi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency. This should be a concern for the Sukabumi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department to pay more attention to the conditions and comfort of its employees, improve the quality and availability of facilities, and pay attention to the welfare of its employees.

Abstract

The golden period in human development is important because environmental stimulation and effective educational management are key factors in achieving optimal growth. The main issues discussed in this study are the effectiveness of administration in managing educational programs, the effectiveness of Human Resources (HR), and difficulties in policy implementation. This study aims to analyse school administration strategies that can improve the physical and motor development of children enrolled in TPA Idrisiyyah Daycare. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews with school representatives and teachers, as well as curriculum analysis. Based on the research findings, the school administration has an important role in ensuring that the curriculum is play-based, optimising student learning, and improving the standards of educator human resources. The primary focus of this study is on the relationship between the curriculum and children's needs, as well as the limited number of qualified caregivers. The research findings indicate that innovative and well-structured administration can create a learning environment that supports children's holistic development through teacher training recommendations and collaboration with other learners.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana ulasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek memengaruhi niat beli konsumen di platform e-commerce Tokopedia yang berlokasi di Kota Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan asosiatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 96 responden yang diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ulasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Ulasan yang tepat dan jujur meningkatkan rasa percaya dan mengurangi risiko dalam melakukan pembelian, sedangkan kepercayaan merek membantu meningkatkan loyalitas dan menurunkan ketidakpastian saat bertransaksi secara online. Kedua faktor tersebut bersama-sama memberikan dampak signifikan dalam memengaruhi niat beli konsumen di Tokopedia. Hasil ini memiliki arti penting untuk strategi pemasaran digital yang fokus pada pengalaman dan kepercayaan pengguna

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Mosque Prosperity Movement (GAMIS) as a formulation of modern Sufism in the thoughts of Sheikh Akbar Muhammad Fathurahman within the Idrisiyyah Order. Sufism is understood not only as a process of spiritual development and purification of the soul through tazkiyah an-nafs, dhikr, and moral development, but also as a form of social service that provides benefits for the community. The concept of suluk developed by Sheikh Akbar emphasizes that the spiritual journey is not separate from social life, but must be realized in concrete actions oriented towards service and community empowerment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results show that GAMIS positions the mosque as a center of spiritual, educational, social, and economic activities that build individual and collective piety. Sufi values ​​such as sincerity, modesty, love, service, trust, and patience are implemented through activities such as daily suluk, charity, congregational character development, and community empowerment programs. Thus, GAMIS is a modern, adaptive and contextual model of Sufism, which is able to integrate spiritual and social aspects harmoniously, and provides a real contribution to the revitalization of the function of mosques and strengthening community life in the contemporary era.
