Abstract

The aims and objectives of this Community Service are to implement the Tridarma of Higher Education and contribute ideas and transfer technology to the pre-employment force in Medan City. As we all know that the application of information technology, especially websites, has touched all aspects of human life such as business, education, government, health, and other fields. Therefore, skilled personnel is needed in the field of web design in order to meet market needs and employment needs. This community service activity was carried out for fifteen days with training materials on web design and digital marketing. This PkM was carried out in collaboration with partners, namely the Labor Agencies Office of Medan City and with PT. Hagatekno Mediata.

Abstract

The Service Team in collaboration with the Lumban Pea Timur, Kabupaten Toba, helps MSME actors in improving and developing their products through a marketing approach, recording transactions clearly, completely and correctly, so that in the end MSME actors can carry out their business activities. As a benefit of this assistance, in the form of cooperation carried out by two institutions, namely MSME actors will benefit from knowledge and skills to increase sales and record transactions that are useful for decision making. For the Service Team, it will add relationships and understanding of community business activities.

Abstract

Bengkel Rakyat Motor isda businessdthat is engaged in the business of selling spare parts, motorcycle seats and motorcycle repairs. The workshop has quite a number of customers who come to buy various kinds of motorcycle spare parts. However, the workshop still uses manual methods in the data processing process, such as compiling spare parts data which includes spare parts prices, spare parts stocks are still recorded in the ledger. This often causes problems such as loss of sales data which causes re-recording so that the resulting report is not perfect. Therefore, we need a web programming system that functions to make it easier for Bengkel Rakyat Motor owners to solve problems that occur, such as sales of goods, stock of goods, and prices of goods which are still done manually.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Bahsidua dua merupakan kantor pemerintahan yang bertugas melayani masyarakat khususnya di pelayanan administrasi surat menyurat. Adapun jenis surat diantaranya adalah Surat Berusaha, Surat Kematian, Surat Salah Nama, Surat Belum Menikah, Surat Berkelakuan Baik dan Surat Permohonan Pindah. Dalam pelayanan administrasi di Desa Bahsidua dua warga masih mengalami kesulitan seperti persyaratan apa saja yang harus dibawa apabila mengajukan surat tersebut, dalam hal ini warga harus datang ke kantor Desa untuk menanyakan persyaratan surat apa saja yang harus dilengkapi, apabila persyaratan surat tidak lengkap maka warga harus bolak-balik untuk melengkapi persyaratan surat tersebut, dimana kantor Desa Bahsidua dua hanya beroperasi dari jam 08.30-16.00 WIB. Dalam permasalahan ini dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi di Desa Bahsidua dua BerbasisnWeb yang dilengkapindengannbasis data, sehinggandapat mempermudahnPerangkat Desa dannwarga dalam pelayanan administrasi. Hasil dari penelitiannyangntelah dilakukan,nserta sistem informasi yang telah dibangunnyaitu membantu para Perangkat Desa dalam melakukan pelayanan administrasi pada warga.

Abstract

Tapanuli Utara has many tourist objects, however, people don’t know much because of limited information about these attractions. Based on this, the author proposes this final project as a medium in an effort to increase further recognition of tourism objects in Tapanuli Utara. Information on tourist attractions can be accessed through a website that has been designed. The research method used is by making direct observations of the system that is running at the Office of the Tourism Office of Tapanuli Utara and conducting direct interviews with employees in the promotion information section and tourism resources. The results of this study are a web-based tourist attraction information system in North Tapanuli Utara which has a more attractive appearance and at the same time becomes another alternative for the community besides the official website owned by the relevant agency. This research produces an information system regarding tourism objects, accommodations, products, and events that are held in Tapanuli Utara. With the addition of images, descriptions, and locations.

Abstract

The development of the village government is currently good with the village fun budget from the central government wich aims to advance the village, current village development cannot be separated from the support of information technology, almost every village requires information technology to improve services to the community. One example is the existence of an internet program entering the village, the internet is currently not only enjoyed by urban communities but has reached rural communities. The difficulty of accessing exiting information makes researchers interested in developing a website-based village information system with the aim of improving services to rural communities, access to information can be obtained easily, using interviews, field observations, and system design, this website-based information system can improve services to the public so that information to the public can be accessed easily and accurately.

Abstract

In this modern era, developments in technology are very fast as in the present, there are in the government or private fields which are required to be followed or known to the way of information in all fields, especially in the field of computers or technology. The development of technology at this time is the result of technology that uses computers in order to process exact data in searching for data and can reduce errors or human errors in searching population data. Population data processing is a task within the Regency/City government, which is carried out starting from the main one, namely the kelurahan by recording population data. Processing data in various government places as needed so that they can process real, fast and precise information. The dependence of society on a technology continues to advance so that the level of information can improve in processing. So it is necessary to design an information system that can manage data in order to make it easier for employees to complete their work and can help residents get services faster and without requiring a lot of time.

Abstract

The Village Service describes the identity of the village itself. So far, the service system for making letters at the office of the Village Head of Balam Sempurna, Rokan Hilir Regency uses services in the form of a manual information system, the service is carried out by a Village Secretary. Some of the problems faced by this service system are difficult and slow in the process of submitting proposals for new letters, permits and certificates. Meanwhile, people want friendly, fast and effective service. The self-service system can be used as a solution to provide excellent service to the community. In this self-service system, the public can access services such as taking care of certificates and cover letters for various purposes by entering or typing the Population Identification Number into the website. If the data is found, the community can immediately perform the desired service. The result of the application is in the form of a certificate or permit
