Abstract

Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Kampar yang merupakan instansi pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat salah satunya dalam bidang administrasi kependudukan seperti pendaftaran Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK). Namun saat ini sistem pelayanan kependudukan yang dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir masih dilakukan secara manual. Karena proses pendaftaran KTP dan KK masih rumit sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat saat ini berpengaruh pada perkembangan kebutuhan efisiensi. Perkembangan ini sangat membantu dalam penyediaan sistem pendaftaran yang efisien melalui teknologi web. Salah satunya dalam Implementasi Perancangan Sistem Pengolahan Data KTP dan KK Berbasis Web. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan fitur yang ada di aplikasi ini, masyarakat (pemohon) dapat mendaftarkan KTP atau KK.

Abstract

In the midst of uncertainty and economic upheaval after the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the order of life and the national economy. The community, especially MSME actors who feel the direct impact, have to rack their brains to survive through it. Most of them have to take advantage of credit in order to continue to exist. The banking sector as a provider of credit services is the main target of the community. KSP. Tama Mandiri as one of the banking sector institutions experienced a surge in customers applying for loans. So that at this time they have difficulty in determining customers who are eligible to receive credit. In an effort to optimize service for granting credit, a selection is made based on the criteria of employment, income, number of dependents, status of residence and collateral. This study intends to build a decision support system for selecting credit recipients by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method. This method was chosen because it can carry out a ranking process based on criteria and weights and is able to determine the best alternative. The results of the application are in the form of customer reports and the results of the overall selection of credit recipients as well as recommendations for customers who are most deserving of credit based on the highest preference value.

Abstract

PKBM adalah suatu institusi yang berbasis masyarakat (Community Based Institution). Artinya, masyarakatlah yang memegang peranan penting dalam pendirian, pengelolaan, proses pembelajaran, pengembangan dan kemajuan sebuah PKBM. PKBM juga salah satu wadah dimana seluruh kegiatan belajar masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan keterampilan/keahlian, hobi, atau bakatnya yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan sendiri oleh masyarakat. PKBM GIAT MITRA untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kreativitas maka PKBM GIAT MITRA memberikan penghargaan kepada tutor berprestasi dan layak mendapatkannya, tapi proses seleksi masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu pemberkasan, wawancara dan penginputan data, cara tersebut kurang efektif dalam melakukan penilain keobjektifan tutor yang mengikuti seleksi. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat menentukan tutor terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Simple Multy Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Dari hasil pengujian berdasar 10 tutor yang dengan perhitungan metode SMART. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan metode SMART untuk penentuan tutor terbaik dengan kriteria Penilaian Warga Belajar, Penilaian Ketua PKBM, Kualifikasi Pendidikan dan Pelatihan didapat tingkat akurasi 80%. Sehingga Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak PKBM dalam memberikan rekomendasi penentuan tutor terbaik.

Abstract

The minutes of the meeting are recordings made as a conclusion of the discussions that take place in the meeting process, while the appointment of officials is the assignment of duties to officials in accordance with their respective fields. The current recordings of the minutes of the meeting are still done manually; the minutes are recorded closely at the meeting and are stored in the archive of the notes until they are stacked and vulnerable to damage. The current staff assignment is still done manually by the chief of the service, who makes the staff appointment letter, then prints the staff assignments and gives them to the staff through the staff and general officers department, so it will take quite a long time. The methods used in the minutes of the meeting and the appointment of staff are prototype methods where data collection techniques are used, including interviews and observations, whereas the design methods in this design are described as using case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The objective of the research is to transform the manual system into a web-based system that can be accessed online as well as to provide ease in managing the minutes of meetings and staff appointments at the Food Plant and Horticulture Service.

Abstract

Proses pembayaran SPP di SMK Terpadu Bina Insan Mandiri masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pembayaran SPP berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan pembayaran. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter yang dikenal ringan dan mudah digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi web. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analis,design,implementation,testing dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan mempermudah akses informasi pembayaran bagi siswa,orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan dapat tercipta proses administrasi yang lebih efisien dan transparan di SMK Terpadu Bina Insan Mandiri.

Abstract

Tebing Tinggi Muhammadiyah Middle School is one of the general and religious educational institutions that plays an important role in forming the character Attendance is an important role in every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every activity carried out there. Like attendance at Muhammadiyah Tebing Tinggi Middle School which still uses the manual method (signature), this method is very vulnerable for an educational institution because the level of discipline cannot be controlled and can be misused by irresponsible people, other losses that may arise in the manual attendance system, data recapitulation still takes a lot of time and energy, therefore it is felt necessary to use a computer as a tool for processing attendance data using an application designed in such a way that suits the needs of the school concerned.

Abstract

Abstract: Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) serves as one of the main air terminals in West Sumatra, located in Ketaping, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, approximately 23 km from the center of Padang City. During holidays, there is often an increase in the number of passengers that is difficult to predict. This study aims to predict the surge in passengers at Minangkabau International Airport (BIM), thus facilitating management in making decisions when there is an increase in passengers in the future. The data used in this study includes the number of passengers for the Padang-Jakarta route in 2023 and 2024. The data was then analyzed using the Monte Carlo method. The Monte Carlo method is a simulation technique that utilizes random processes to solve complex mathematical, statistical, or computational problems that are difficult to analyze directly. This method is widely applied to estimate numerical values, predict probabilities, and optimize decision-making in various sectors, including finance (such as stock price forecasting), risk management, industrial and manufacturing engineering, physics and chemistry, as well as informatics and artificial intelligence. Simulation results using the Monte Carlo method predict a surge in passengers in September, with an average accuracy of 90%. With this high level of accuracy, the Monte Carlo method can be recommended as a tool for predicting passenger surges and improving passenger service at Minangkabau International Airport.Keywords: Modeling and Simulation, Monte Carlo, Prediction, Passengers, Airports. Abstrak: Bandara Internasional Minangkabau (BIM) berfungsi sebagai salah satu terminal udara utama di Sumatera Barat, berlokasi di Ketaping, Kecamatan Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, yang berjarak sekitar 23 km dari pusat Kota Padang. Pada hari-hari libur, seringkali terjadi peningkatan jumlah penumpang yang sulit diprediksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi lonjakan penumpang di Bandara Internasional Minangkabau (BIM), sehingga memudahkan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan saat terjadi peningkatan penumpang di masa mendatang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup jumlah penumpang untuk rute Padang-Jakarta pada tahun 2023 dan 2024. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Monte Carlo. Metode Monte Carlo adalah teknik simulasi yang memanfaatkan proses acak untuk menyelesaikan masalah matematis, statistik, atau komputasi yang kompleks dan sulit untuk dianalisis secara langsung. Metode ini banyak diterapkan untuk memperkirakan nilai numerik, memprediksi probabilitas, dan mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan di berbagai sektor, termasuk keuangan (seperti peramalan harga saham), manajemen risiko, teknik industri dan manufaktur, fisika dan kimia, serta informatika dan kecerdasan buatan. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan metode Monte Carlo, diprediksi bahwa pada bulan September akan terjadi lonjakan penumpang dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata mencapai 90%. Dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi ini, penerapan metode Monte Carlo dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alat untuk memprediksi lonjakan penumpang dan juga untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada calon penumpang diBandara Internasional Minangkabau.Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Identifikasi, Penyakit Kandungan, Teorema Bayes.
