Abstract

Indonesia is a country that also produces coffee and exports coffee beans on a world scale. The tropical climate and geographical conditions as well as favorable temperatures make Indonesia has excellent potential for coffee cultivation. Therefore, due to the abundance of coffee production in Indonesia, there are many kinds of processed coffee beans, one of which is coffee drinks. The habit of consuming coffee drinks for some people in Indonesia, especially in big cities like Surabaya, has become a lifestyle that continues to grow. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of brand image and online promotion on purchasing decisions at Starbucks coffee outlets. The population in this study is consumers who are interested and reside in Surabaya. This study uses a non-probability sampling method and also uses accidental sampling for sampling. With 99 respondents and analyzed using PLS. From the results obtained for this study, it is found that there is a positive influence between brand image, online promotion and purchasing decisions at Starbucks coffee outlets.

Abstract

Digital marketing adalah bentuk pemasaran yang menggunakan teknologi digital. Peran digital marketing menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Akan tetapi, masih banyak UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing, termasuk salah satunya UMKM di Kelurahan Medokan Ayu, UMKM Asmantoga Bunga Telang yang merupakan UMKM di bidang makanan dan minuman olahan yang dimiliki oleh Ibu Mimik. Metode survei dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Bunga Telang masih terkendala dalam jumlah penjualan produk karena pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara berkeliling. Pembentukan brand awareness berupa evaluasi kendala pemasaran, pembuatan logo baru, label, serta repackaging produk pada UMKM Bunga Telang sangat diperlukan untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan tersebut

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine how the role of the job description on the performance of employees of a company. The method used by the researcher in this research is literature or literature study, so that the data obtained comes from previous research related to the same topic, namely the role or influence of job descriptions on employee performance. With this library research method, re-searchers must first collect previous research that can support data collection in this research. The results of this study indicate that the job description has a large and significant role in the quality of employee performance. Companies that al-ready have good, correct, and clear job descriptions will also have high quality work because employees will easily understand what duties, authorities and re-sponsibilities must be carried out in accordance with their position or position

Abstract

In a highly competitive world, companies face numerous challenges. For service-based companies, success is determined by the quality of their services. PT. FOKUS KUALITAS UTAMA is a business consulting firm that assists in enhancing the performance of human resources within a company or organization. The objective of this research is to identify the internal and external factors that can improve the service quality in PT. FOKUS KUALITAS UTAMA. This study utilizes qualitative methods and collects primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, literature review, and SWOT analysis using IFAS and EFAS tables. The research findings indicate that PT. FOKUS KUALITAS UTAMA services fall within Quadrant I, implying an aggressive strategy.

Abstract

Technology in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid advances in informationtechnology and communication, especially internet advancements. In Indonesiaalone, people who use the Internet have increased very rapidly. With the largenumber of people using the internet in Indonesia, there is a trend of onlineshopping through websites or online shop applications. Based on these thoughts, itis interesting to examine whether the perception of ease of transaction and trustaffect buying interest in e-commerce. The population in this study are consumerswho use e-commerce. While the samples taken were 60 respondents. The analysistechnique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). From this research it can be seen thatthe perception of ease of transaction and trust can contribute to e-commercebuying interest.
