Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar dan kemampuan siswa dalam berpidato Bahasa Inggirs di SMP Panca Budi Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalan belajar, menambah wawasan guru, dan membuktikan bahwa memadukan beberapa metode mengajar seperti presentase, truth or dare serta reporting mampu meningkatkan hal- hal tersebut khususnya keterampilan berpidato siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Alat atau instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan, angket, dan tugas praktik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar nilai rata- rata siswa pada siklus 1 hanya 68. Namun pada siklus 2 nilai pencapaian keterampilan siswa meningkat menjadi 85. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa perpaduan metode dalam mengajar memang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berpidato siswa SMP Panca Budi Medan

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris adalah Bahasa internasional yang penting untuk dikuasai oleh siapapun khususnya di era 5.0 saat ini. Dengan menguasai Bahasa Inggris maka dunia akan bisa dikuasai dalam genggaman. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar mengapa penelitian ini mengambil kajian tentang penggunaan Bahasa Inggris ini dilakukan kepada para pelaku UMKM Desa Klambir Lima Kebun agar mereka mampu membuat promosi- promosi menggunakan beberapa kata atau istilah Bahasa inggris sehingga produk yang mereka hasilkan lebih berdaya saing. Selain Bahasa Inggris, hal lain yang juga mejadi fokus dari penelitian ini adalah tentang pembekalan pemasaran digital masing- masing para pelaku UMKM. Setelah itu, barulah semua para pelaku UMKM dimotivasi untuk membuat promosi- promosi sendiri di akun jualan on line mereka dengan menggunakan beberapa kata atau istilah Bahasa Inggris di dalamnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan catatan peneliti. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terjadi peningkatan angka penjualan serta branding pada produk UMKM warga Desa Klambir Lima Kebun Kecamatan Hamparan Perak

Abstract

This research was purposed to analyze the effect of baby’s food texture on baby’s language acquisition. The method used in this research was qualitative method especially case study on two babies who are siblings. This research was focused on their language acquisition when their age was 9-24 months. The data earned was primary data from the mother and her children Au and Mu through interview, observation and diary notes. The result of this research showed that the food texture brought many effects of baby’s language acquisition.

Abstract

The era of rapidly developing scientific and technological progress has opened up opportunities for international communication through English. The study was conducted to analyze the potential of elementary school students in English skills in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. Realizing this reality, the "Bengkel Inggris" program is offered to be one of the solutions. The program further investigates the causes of their difficulties in English. In addition, the " Bengkel Inggris " program is not only a place to learn English but also a place for consultation about English. As a result, there was an increase in both classes as seen from the scores on the pre-test, cycle 1 test and cycle 2 test. In the basic English class, the scores are 65, 73.5 and 89.5 while in the intermediate English class the scores are 65.83, 73 and 88.75. Therefore, it was concluded that English Workshop is a program to improve the English learning achievement of elementary school children in Klambir Lima Kebun.

Abstract

One of the writing skills that must be mastered by intellectuals is writing scientific papers. The Indonesian curriculum covers all language skills, including writing. The curriculum is described in the Competency Standards and Basic Competencies (SK and KD) from elementary to high school levels. This study aims to determine the ability of students in class XII MIA 4 SMA Panca Budi in writing scientific papers that will be useful for continuing their education to the university level. This research was conducted as a solution offer that would guide these students to write using an approach, namely "Process Approach". The results showed a significant increase in the ability to write scientific papers. This is proven by the movement of students' average writing scores from 63.10 during the pre-test, to 73.13 during the test in cycle 1 and increased again to 88.82 in the test in cycle 2. In other words, the process approach has been proven to be able to improve the ability to write scientific papers of students, especially students of grade XII MIA 4 SMA Panca Budi.

Abstract

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.
