Abstract

The General Election and Regional Head Election (Pilkada) will be held in 2024. As the organizer of the Regency election, the Deli Serdang Bawaslu is responsible for overseeing elections that are carried out at all stages, including planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation to ensure the creation of democracy quality. There are several strategies that will be launched by Deli Serdang Bawaslu in supervising the 2024 elections, namely the provision of Online Reporting (SIWASLU Application), provision of Google Forms, Citizens Forum, Monitoring Corner, and forming a School of Participatory Supervision Cadres (SKPP). In order for this strategy to work well, the Deli Serdang Bawaslu is constantly trying to collaborate between election organizers, election participants, stakeholders, the community, mass media and community organizations in maintaining the quality of clean and fair elections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean (KPPBC TMP) Belawan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 72 pegawai KPPBC TMP Belawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dengan tahapan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPPBC TMP Belawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan program pengembangan karir dan penguatan disiplin kerja dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi organisasi.

Abstract

Perusahaan H&M adalah pionir tren pakaian fast fashion. Pakaian fast fashion sendiri merupakan sebutan untuk fashion yang dijual dengan harga murah yang terinspirasi dari gaya fashion selebritis terkenal atau fashion show ternama. Gerai H&M hadir diberbagai kota Indonesia yang mana salah satu gerainya adalah kota Medan. Dengan kerasnya persaingan yang ada saat ini membuat gerai H&M semakin sepi dari para pengunjung. Penurunan keputusan pembelian konsumen tersebut diketahui akibat beberapa hal seperti brand love, atribut produk dan penetapan harga. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah: seluruh mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Prima Indonesia yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti atau bias. Karena populasinya tidak diketahui, maka teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus Lemeshow. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa perhitungan sampel dengan pendekatan rumus Lemeshow dapat digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui secara pasti. Untuk teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling dimana responden akan dipilih secara acak menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand Love berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk H&M Medan. Atribut Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk H&M Medan. Penetapan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk H&M Medan. Brand Love, Atribut Produk dan Penetapan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk H&M Medan.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the effect of Interpersonal Communication on employee performance. What is the effect of Teamwork on employee performance. What is the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Food Security Service of Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted at the Food Security Service of Deli Serdang Regency located in the Deli Serdang Government Area, Lubuk Pakam District. The objects in this study are Interpersonal Communication as variable X1 and Teamwork as variable X2 on Employee Performance as variable Y. The research time was conducted from November 2024 to April 2025. The population and sample in the study amounted to 50 employees. Data collection techniques are questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, document studies and literature studies. Data are processed using SPSS version 27. Data analysis in this study uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Interpersonal communication and teamwork have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the study is whether the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, whether the influence of work discipline on employee performance, whether the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan, this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis test. Data were measured or processed using SPSS, with samples using questionnaires distributed to 72 employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
