Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic caused great stress, especially for health workers which resulted in moderate or severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and more serious stress. Gender is very influential, given the differences in biological and social roles between men and women. Gender differences between men and women allow for variations in strategies in responding to mental health to increase awareness and self-management, so as to avoid mental health problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.Subjects and Method: Meta-analysis was performed by searching articles from Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Springer Link, and health-related databases. The keywords used in the article search were "health workers" AND "covid-19" AND "mental health". The inclusion of the criteria in this study is a full-text article, from 2019-2021, with a study design cross-sectional. The article analysis was carried out using RevMan 5.3. Results: There were 5 articles analyzed, the results showed no significant difference between gender and mental health responses among health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic (aOR= 1.12; 95% CI= 0.59-2.13; p=0.01).Conclusion: Not significant between primary studies regarding gender differences in mental health responses to health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: health workers, covid-19, mental healthCorrespondence: Riyesti Hero Fresna, Purwantoro Special Edu­cational School. Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengaruh kinerja pegawai kantor desa terhadap tingkat kepuasan dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat. Melalui analisis ini diharapkan dapat diketahui faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi baik buruknya kinerja pegawai kantor desa serta dampaknya terhadap persepsi kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kinerja karyawan kantor desa terhadap kepuasan dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Dari hasil uji T adalah menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga variabel bebas kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan secara persial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sehingga Ha diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana konsep gharar serta maisir maksud transaksi ekonomi fiqh muamalah. Konsep gharar dan maisir dalam transaksi ekonomi menurut fiqh muamalah adalah hal yang penting untuk dipahami. Maisir merupakan transaksi yang mengandung bagian perjudian, sementara gharar merupakan suatu transaksi yang mengandung ketidakpastian atau ketidakjelasan yang mampu menyebabkan kerugian bagi salah satu pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan cara tinjauan pustaka. Fokus penelitian terpusat pada konsep gharar dan maisir dalam transaksi ekonomi fiqh muamalah. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pengumpulan informasi atau data melalui pencarian literatur ilmiah yang relevan, termasuk buku, artikel, dan makalah akademis seperti tesis, disertasi, atau proyek ilmiah. Prinsip-prinsip muamalah, larangan terhadap gharar, dan maysir dalam ekonomi syariah menggarisbawahi pentingnya transparansi, keadilan, dan kehalalan dalam setiap transaksi ekonomi.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a critical period in human life because of the various changes that occur during this stage of life. Overweight and obesity in adolescents is a major public health problem in all developing countries, in addition to affecting physical health, can have a negative impact on mental health. This study aims to analyze the primary study of the effect of being overweight and obese on mental health in adolescents with a meta-analysis. Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with the following PICO, Population: teenagers. Intervention: overweight and obese. Comparison: normal weight. Outcome: mental health. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles [(adolescent OR teenager OR children) AND (“body mass index” OR BMI OR overweight OR obesity) AND (depression OR “depression symptom”) AND (anxiety OR “anxiety symptom”)]. The included articles are full text in English in 2010 to 2022 with cohort study design and report on aOR in multivariate analysis. The selection of articles is done by using PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: Nine studies were included in this study, six studies from the Americas, two studies from the European continent, and one study from the Australian continent. The data collected showed an increased risk for depression and anxiety in adolescents who were overweight and obese than adolescents who had normal weight. Obese adolescents had a higher risk of depression (aOR= 1.64; 95% CI= 1.42 to 1.90; p<0.001) than overweight adolescents (aOR= 1.09; 95% CI= 1.00 to 1.18; p= 0.050). Adolescents who were obese had a higher risk of anxiety (aOR= 1.27; 95% CI= 1.08 to 1.49; p= 0.003) than adolescents who were overweight (aOR= 1.10; 95% CI= 1.01 to 1.19; p= 0.020).Conclusion: Overweight and obesity can have an influence on the mental health of adolescents.
