Gender differences between men and women allow for variations in strategies in responding to mental health to increase awareness and self-management, so as to avoid mental health problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.Subjects and Method: Meta-analysis was performed by searching articles from Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Springer Link, and health-related databases. The keywords used in the article search were "health workers" AND "covid-19" AND "mental health". The inclusion of the criteria in this study is a full-text article, from 2019-2021, with a study design cross-sectional. The article analysis was carried out using RevMan 5.3. Results: There were 5 articles analyzed, the results showed no significant difference between gender and mental health responses among health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic (aOR= 1.12; 95% CI= 0.59-2.13; p=0.01).Conclusion: Not significant between primary studies regarding gender differences in mental health responses to health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: health workers, covid-19, mental healthCorrespondence: Riyesti Hero Fresna, Purwantoro Special Educational School. Abstract

The accuracy of the coding of diagnoses and procedures is determined based on the completeness of the medical record documents. A dispute case or dispute claim is a claim submitted by a hospital that is declared Dispute by BPJS Health if there is a discrepancy or disagreement between BPJS and the hospital regarding claims involving services or clinical actions that impact payment of patient claims. Accurate disease and procedure coding is very important to support the smooth submission of health service claims health service cost claims. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of coding diagnoses and actions with reconfirmation of claims for inpatient BPJS patients for the period January-April 2024. The research method used is a case study approach. Techniques data collection techniques in the form of observation, literature study and interviews. The population in this study is the number of BPJS patient claim files returned in January-April 2024. The sample used in this study is the number of BPJS inpatient claim files that are returned with coding inaccuracies in January-April 2024. The research results show that from January to April 2024, reconfirmation of inpatient BPJS patients tends to fluctuate. The highest reconfirmation was in April with a total of 89 documents. Meanwhile, reconfirmation with the highest codification inaccuracy was in January with a total of 26 documents. This reconfirmation is sent in Excel form which must be confirmed by the hospital. From the results of the research conducted, the cause of re-confirmation of inpatient BPJS patients related to coding inaccuracies is still high. Accurate coding can minimize hospital losses and the risk of fraud in health service facilities.

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer is the fourth cancer in the world that attacks women and causes death. Until now, cervical cancer causes high morbidity and mortality. Regular cervical cancer screening with the Papanicolaou (Pap) smear test remains an effective public health intervention in the prevention and subsequent reduction of the incidence, morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer. Health Belief Model (HBM) is a model developed to help understand human behavior in seeking health services and explain why people do not engage in behavior for disease prevention or early detection.Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review and meta-analysis. Data collection was obtained from 3 databases, namely: Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. Analysis of this research using software RevMan 5.3. The inclusion criteria used were full English paper with cross sectional design in 2012-2022. The keywords used were “Pap Smear” OR “Cervical Cancer Screening” AND “Health Belief Model” OR “Health Belief” AND “Cervical Cancer”.Results: A total of 15 cross-sectional study articles from Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Nepal, Lebanon, South Korea, Iran, South Africa, Ethiopia, the United States, and Italy were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the perception of high susceptibility had an effect on the possibility of using Pap smear services 1.13 times compared to the perception of low susceptibility (aOR= 1.13; 95% CI= 1.03 to 1.07; p < 0.001), and the results were statistically significant. The perception of low barriers affects the possibility of using Pap smear services 0.91 times compared to perceptions of high barriers (aOR = 0.91; 95% CI = 0.86 to 0.97; p <0.001), and the results are statistically significant. Conclusion: Perceptions of high susceptibility and perceptions of low barriers affect the possibility of using pap smear services. Keywords: health belief model, cervical cancer, pap smear.Correspondence:Syndia Puspitasari. Abstract
