Abstract

Every country has the right to resolve money laundering cases through restorative justice in returning assets as an effort to recover state financial losses resulting from criminal acts of corruption through the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) which is signed by 133 countries. The aim of this research is to analyze how the concept of restorative justice is applied in money laundering crimes which are detrimental to the State due to the increasing number of criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. The type of research used is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research are that the application of the concept of restorative justice in the crime of money laundering which is detrimental to the State due to criminal acts of corruption can be applied in Indonesia as long as it does not conflict with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Crimes. Corruption Crime. Rules related to the concept of Restorative Justice are contained in the Circular Letter of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes Number: B113/F/Fd.1/05/2010 dated 18 May 2010 and the Letter of the Chief of Police No. Pol. B/3022/XII/2009 concerning the concept of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Abstract

Meningkatnya peretasan data di Indonesia menjadi masalah yang mengkhawatirkan karena data yang sensitif. Untuk mengamankan pertukaran data, enkripsi data sangat penting, dan salah satu pilihan yang populer adalah algoritma XOR karena mudah diimplementasikan, sederhana, cepat, dan ringan. Selain itu, penggunaan algoritma hash BLAKE2b memberikan keamanan dan kecepatan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengamanan pertukaran data pada HTTP dengan menggunakan XOR dan BLAKE2b. Namun, intercept data dapat terjadi tanpa mekanisme token tanda tangan digital. Penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan library web token yang ringan dan mudah digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Sistem diuji menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk pengujian waktu enkripsi untuk algoritma XOR dan BLAKE2b untuk menghasilkan token. Hasil yang diperoleh relatif cepat dibandingkan dengan JWT dengan algoritma HS256. Penelitian ini juga menguji proses otentikasi berbasis API.

Abstract

Humans have a need for sleep that can be said to be very important, especially as children begin to develop. Sleep helps children become smarter, producing hormones that boost energy storage, increase muscle stamina, agility, intelligence, cognitive function, and long-term memory storage are all positively affected by sleep. To identify sleep disorders in children, parents usually need to consult a pediatrician, which can be expensive and time consuming. With an expert system, the system can relieve and help parents in detecting sleep disorders in their children by selecting symptom options in the system, then the system will give the final result of the child's sleep disorder with the highest probability based on the symptoms presented, as well as providing the appropriate solution. This expert system uses the Naïve Bayes method, which is a simple probabilistic classification. This method uses machine learning that relies on probability calculations. The system covers 31 symptoms of child sleep disturbances as well as the types of sleep disorders studied include Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Narcolepsy, Enuresis, Night Terror, Nightmare, and Sleepwalking. Based on testing with 20 case data from experts, the system achieved a 95% accuracy level. Although there are some expert system results that show two disturbances with one of which corresponds to the result of an expert showing one disturbence, the result is still considered "Suitable".

Abstract

Limbah batang tembakau memiliki potensi sebagai bahan baku alternatif untuk produksi bio-oil melalui pirolisis. Pirolisis adalah metode termokimia yang mengubah biomassa menjadi bio-oil, biochar, dan gas pirolitik, dengan suhu yang berbeda memengaruhi karakteristik produk. Namun, kualitas bio-oil yang dihasilkan bergantung pada parameter proses, terutama suhu pirolisis, yang memengaruhi tingkat pH, Total Padatan Terlarut (TDS), dan kadar alkohol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi suhu pirolisis terhadap karakteristik bio-oil yang berasal dari limbah batang tembakau guna mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan suhu pirolisis 290°C, 390°C, dan 490°C selama 60 menit, kemudian dianalisis sifat bio-oil melalui pengukuran pH, TDS, dan kadar alkohol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan suhu pirolisis menyebabkan peningkatan keasaman bio-oil, yang membatasi penggunaannya pada mesin konvensional namun membuatnya cocok untuk pembakaran langsung di boiler. Tingkat TDS meningkat hingga suhu 390°C sebelum sedikit menurun pada 490°C, yang mengindikasikan degradasi termal senyawa terlarut pada suhu tinggi. Selain itu, kadar alkohol dalam bio-oil menurun seiring meningkatnya suhu pirolisis karena volatilitas yang lebih besar pada tingkat panas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai karakteristik bio-oil dari pirolisis batang tembakau, yang dapat menjadi referensi dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi konversi biomassa untuk aplikasi energi yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.
