<![CDATA[Pertolongan persalinan merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Di Indonesia pemanfaatan pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan yang kompeten masih kurang dibandingkan dengan target yang diharapkan, salah satunya di Kecamatan Klabang Kabupaten Bondowoso pada tahun 2018 hanya mencapai 86,10%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyuluhan berbasis video whatsapp tentang persalinan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Klabang Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua ibu hamil Trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Klabang yang diperkirakan melahirkan pada bulan Mei-Juni tahun 2019, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 33 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai signifikansi sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan sebesar 0,000 0,005. Terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan berbasis video whatsapp tentang persalinan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Klabang Kabupaten Bondowoso.]]>

<![CDATA[Mutu asuhan keperawatan adalah derajat dipenuhinya kebutuhan masyarakat atau perorangan terhadap asuhan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan standart profesi yang baik. Kepuasan adalah persaan senang seseorang yang berasal dari perbandingan antara kesenangan dan harapannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelayanan asuhan keperawatan dengan kepuasan masyarakat di RSU dr H Koesnadi Bondowoso. Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik korelasi. Variabel independen adalah tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dan variabel dependen adalah pelayanan keperawatan. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposis sampling didapatkan 30 keluarga pasien di RSU dr H Koesnadi Bondowoso. lnstrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar quesioner.Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik spearman Rho correlation dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Berdasarkan basil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada 30 responden disesuaikan dengan tujuan khusus secara umum didapatkan bahwa responden yang dominan terhadap proses asuhan keperawatan menyatakan sangatberkualitas sebanyak 17 responden 57%, dan responden yang dominan terhadap proses asuhan keperawatan menyatakan puas sebanyak 16 responden 53%. Hasil uji statistik spearman Rho correlation didapatkan basil ada hubungan antara asuhan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di RSU dr H Bondowoso (p=0,002). Implikasi basil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan memiliki peranan penting dalam tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Di rekomendasikan bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk mempernaiki mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan agar lebih baik kedepannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Health tourism is a topic that is starting to be looked at in various parts of the world. The increase in the expectations of health tourists for the quality of health services certainly also has an impact on increasingly quality nursing care services for various clients from abroad. Nurses are required to handle the increasing number of visitors and migrants from abroad due to this globalization. This certainly has an impact on cultural factors which are a very important component of nursing competence where nurses are increasingly required to be able to carry out appropriate and appropriate nursing care to clients of foreign nationals. This study aims to describe health tourism and transcultural nursing concepts from the perspective of nurses and to find out how they interpret them. Methods: This literature uses inclusion and exclusion criteria using article data sources obtained and reviewed from the Google Scholar, PubMed and Willley Library databases. Results: The score obtained on the nurse's cultural sensitivity scale is a low average, cultural sensitivity also has no correlation with gender, marital status, age, educational level, professional title and background of transcultural nursing training. The cultural competency scores were significantly higher due to work experience treating foreign patients. Conclusion: Lack of language knowledge and experience of foreign cultures is an obstacle for nurses in caring for foreign patients. Improving foreign language skills, skills and work experience treating foreign patients is absolutely necessary in the context of meeting the needs for health tourism services.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Burnout is a condition of fatigue that is very likely experienced by nurses in giving nursing care services. It will be directly felt by the patient and determine the quality or quality of services. This line of literature aims to analyze the effect of burnout on the performance of the nurse. Method: This literature uses inclusion and exclusion criteria using the data source of the articles obtained and reviewed from the Google Scholar database. Result: The results of the literature review were obtained that overall obtained if burnout had a negative influence on the performance of the nurse which meant the higher the burnout of the nurse, the worse the nurse's performance. Burnout has a significant negative impact on the performance of nurses. Conclusion: The high workload and job dissatisfaction contribute to burnout for nurses. Hospital management can seek programs to improve organizational climate such as improving policies related to nurse performance, communicating any policies related to nurse performance, developing psychological self-development programs such as stress management training, excellent services, providing reward programs, and punishments that are balanced and appropriate, including giving leave, refreshing programs and incentives according to performance and so on.]]>

<![CDATA[Antioxidant pentapeptides are pentapeptide compounds that have antioxidant activity. One of the pentapeptide compounds that have antioxidant activity is FWKVV. FWKVV is a linear pentapeptide with the amino acid sequence phenylalanine-tryptophan-lysine-valine-valine, which was first isolated to hydrolyzate the muscle protein of Miiuy croaker (Miichthysmiiuy). In addition to isolation, FWKVV compounds can be produced by the peptide synthesis method because this method requires a shorter time than the isolation method from natural materials. Synthesis methods commonly used are solution-phase peptide synthesis and solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). However, the SPSS method is more efficient because it does not require purification in every process. The purpose of this study was to synthesize FWKVV compounds using the SPPS method and test their antioxidant activity. FWKVV has been synthesized using the SPPS method with HBTU/HOBt coupling reagent and Fmoc protective group. The FWKVV crud produced was 148.8 mg and had antioxidant activity against DPPH radicals with an IC50 value of 4.2 mg/mL.]]>

<![CDATA[Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is also one of the infectious diseases that often cause extraordinary events. Low awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness and lack of public knowledge about eradicating mosquito nests to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. This study aims to identify the relationship between the level of knowledge and the family attitudes of dengue hemorrhagic fever sufferers regarding the eradication of mosquito nests (PSN) in the work area of the Curahdami Health Center in Bondowoso Regency.Types of quantitative research designs. population and sample of 37 respondents by using total sampling. Data collection techniques used the Likert scale questionnaire to measure Knowledge Level and bivariate analysis was performed to determine the relationship between variables using Spearman's Rho. Statistical test results of Spearman's Rho. Obtained p-value 0.002 which means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with the family attitudes of dengue hemorrhagic fever sufferers about the eradication of mosquito nets in the work area of the bulk health center with a correlation coefficient of 0.487.From the results of this study, the level of knowledge of families suffering from dengue fever in eradicating mosquito nests in the Bondowoso district health center area is good.]]>

Zumba, sebagai bentuk olahraga yang energik dan menyenangkan, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya membantu dalam pembakaran kalori dan peningkatan kebugaran jantung, tetapi juga mendorong pelepasan endorfin yang berperan dalam peningkatan suasana hati dan penurunan stres. Sebagai aktivitas kelompok, Zumba menciptakan ruang rekreatif yang mempererat hubungan sosial dan kekeluargaan, sehingga memperkuat dukungan emosional dan kebersamaan. <![CDATA[Families of critically ill patients treated in the ICU often experience anxiety due to the patient's unstable condition, the intensive care environment, and communication limitations. The therapeutic approach of nurses is an empathetic communication strategy that can help reduce family anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of the therapeutic approach of nurses on the anxiety levels of families of critically ill patients in the ICU. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, who were family members of critically ill patients selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety levels after the therapeutic approach was implemented by nurses (p = 0.000 < 0.05). In conclusion, the therapeutic approach of nurses has a significant effect on reducing the anxiety levels of families of critically ill patients in the ICU. It is hoped that nurses will be able to consistently apply therapeutic communication in providing nursing care in the ICU.]]>
