Abstract

With the implementation of video-based learning at RA Masyitoh, this study aims to analyze and examine the management of learning mood in early childhood through video-based learning. The researcher employs the qualitative case study method.This study comprised interviews, observation, and documenting findings as data collection techniques. The data analysis is carried out in stages, beginning with data collection and progressing through data presentation, reduction, and conclusion. The results revealed that learning mood management in early childhood through video-based learning was accomplished through the following methods: needs analysis, implementation design of video-based learning, assessment of video-based learning. According to this research, students' learning mood must be maintained for optimization and learning targets to be achieved in the classroom. Teachers must do their part to ensure that this happens. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding is needed to improve children's learning mood through various learning approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze parenting activities in shaping the character of early childhood at Taman Posyandu Anak Salih. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Researchers conducted interviews with principals and teachers at the institution. The study results indicate that the formation of children's character requires a continuous and consistent process, both when the child is in the family environment, school environment, and community environment. Schools in approaching parents through parenting activities are carried out through; 1) planning includes determining the time, place of materials, and media needed in parenting activities; 2) implementation, namely the form of parental meetings or parent classes by prioritizing the discussion and sharing process; 3) evaluation in the parenting program using question and answer according to the material that has been conveyed with parents and meetings regarding ongoing programs conducted by educators and managers so that parents become partners in the formation of children's character.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to improve the ability of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo in managing online classes by providing online class management training based on the Google Classroom and Edpuzzleapplications. The method of implementing this activity is lecture, practice, and discussions. Lectures were conducted to deliver material on the stages of classroom management using Google Classroom and using videos on Edpuzzle. The participants of this activity were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo, a total of 40 people. For online class management, participants were given training in class management and grades, using forums, and making materials and quizzes. For the use of videos as learning materials, participants were trained in choosing videos, editing videos, inserting messages and questions, and multiple choices. The results of this service activity are as many as72.5% of participants have been able to manage online classes and integrate with Edpuzzle. Partners have also agreed to use Google Classroom's added puzzle for learning for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of finger painting games in improving fine motor skills in children with ingredients obtained and relatively inexpensive, namely dish soap concoction. The research method uses a qualitative approach to get an idea of the finger painting game (concoctions dishwashing soap) direct observations when doing finger painting at RA Maysitoh VI. Sources of information were obtained from interviews with school principals, teachers, parents, and students. The results showed; RA Maysitoh VI institution implements finger painting game management in stimulating students' motoric growth using, planning activities, implementing fun finger painting methods, and assessing children's development. The results obtained by playing finger painting (concoctions dishwashing soap) showed significant effects on children's motor skills as indicated by their interest in forming flowers, writing letters, and making patterns with their finger brushes. This finger painting activity indirectly trains the flexibility of the child's fingers in carrying out further fine motor activities such as writing, cutting, tearing, collage, and so on

Abstract

Digital technology as a whole is revolutionizing the way we do business, doing research, choosing entertainment, and even how to socialize. The emergence of digital technology is actually neutral, positive, and negative which can arise depending on its utilization. Parenting is a process of interaction between parents and children that are influenced by the culture and social institutions in which children are raised. The formation of children's characters requires an effective, applicable and productive methodology so that the expected goals can be achieved well. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study model. This research was conducted among lecturers at Nurul Jadid University, Paiton Probolinggo. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary sources and secondary sources. Data analysis techniques in this study include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The implementation of smart techno parenting in shaping the character of children is to teach technology, impose limits on the use of technology, lead to educational games, learning activities and worship associated with learning to use technology. The implication is that children know about technology, children become disciplined in utilizing technology, make it easier to monitor children's attitudes and behaviour, train intellectual and religious intelligence, and increase children's worship and learning.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Curriculum Design of the Local Wisdom-based Tahfidzul Qur’an Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the curriculum planning of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Ibnu Kathir Islamic Boarding School in Jember. Memorizing the Qur'an is one of the strategies in instilling educational goals in Indonesia. The soul that is awakened in the memory of the Qur'an will feel peaceful. And they are classified as good human beings. How better, if humans continue to study, understand, read and memorize them in order to practice them in everyday life. Therefore, the contents of the Qur'an are not in doubt in building human character. The Qur'an is a combination of tahfidz and the Qur'an. The Qur'an is the word of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, written in the Manuscripts, moved regularly according to history, as well as readings including worship as a guide in human life. " The Qur'an is the great and holy book that Allah sent to us to meet all our needs, both physical and spiritual. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the curriculum of the Tahfidzul Qur’an Program are based on local wisdom. 1). Tahfidul Qu’ran program planning has 2 programs including: regular and takhassus programs. 2). The implementation of the curriculum for the tahfidzul Qur’an program at the Ibnu Katsir boarding school for girls in Jember consists of 3 stages including: daily implementation, monthly implementation, annual implementation. 3). The evaluation of the curriculum of the tahfidzul Qur’an program at Ibnu Katsir's Islamic boarding school in Jember has 4 stages including: daily evaluation, monthly evaluation, annual evaluation and evaluation of open or public testing

Abstract

Educational Game Tool is a media that was developed to assist teachers in enhancing early childhood interest in Islamic Religious Education lessons. This media is a play tool that contains educational elements, so it is suitable with the characteristics of early childhood who tend to like to play rather than learning. The method used in data collection is a library study method. The data obtained is then deductively deducted and then combined to fit the concept of early childhood education. The results of the study showed that the Educational Game Tool media was able to increase children's interest in learning. The types of media Educational Game Equipment used in learning Islamic Religious Education in early childhood, namely; Hijaiyyah Puzzel, Replication of Worship House, Toys Stand for Prayer and Ablution, Hand Puppets, Hijaiyyah Bowling and Tower of Figures

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices.

Abstract

This study analyzes change management based on Islamic culture at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative case study type method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the stages of change management carried out by Pesantren Nurul Jadid based on the perspective of Kurt Lewin, among others: first, at the Unfreezing stage (review or survey, particular direction from the leadership to subordinates), mapping the potential of each human resource, motivation). The second is the Changing stage (socialization, seminars, training). The third is the Refreezing stage (creating a new culture or condition, cooperation, commitment, and evaluation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the branding of pre-employed Islamic boarding schools in strengthening the identity of the pesantren which was carried out by the Nurul Qarnain Sukowonojember Islamic Boarding School. The data in this study is primary data. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research focuses intensively on one particular object that is studied as a case. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results showed that the branding of the Nurul Qarnain Prenuer Islamic Boarding School was with attributes, benefits, values, personality and users as the beneficiaries of the existence of the Nurul Qarnain Preamble Islamic Boarding School. Basically, the Nurul Qarnain Islamic Boarding School already has pre-employment boarding school branding in the community, this is evidenced by the large number of students who are at the Nurul Qarnain Islamic Boarding School. On the other hand, what has been done by Nurul Qarnain Islamic Boarding School in branding pre-employed boarding schools is more in the nature of development by sharpening specific aspects of the field of activity units which are supported by several specialization programs so as to strengthen the identity of the pesantren.
