Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Experiential Learning Model in entrepreneurship education at SMA Serba Bakti. Using a qualitative approach, the research focuses on students’ understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, their level of participation in experience-based learning, their perceptions of the model’s effectiveness, and the development of entrepreneurial skills. Data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with students involved in entrepreneurship extracurricular activities. The findings indicate that the experiential learning model is effective in enhancing students’ comprehension of entrepreneurship, encouraging active engagement in the learning process, and strengthening practical skills in managing small businesses. These results highlight the importance of integrating experience-based learning approaches into the curriculum to better prepare students for the increasingly complex demands of the global job market.

Abstract

Women who take on dual roles as professionals and homemakers are vulnerable to psychological pressure, role conflict, and mental health disorders. Female teachers in pesantren-based secondary education institutions face unique challenges due to the intersection of moral, cultural, and professional expectations. This community service initiative aimed to provide education on both the positive and negative aspects of dual roles, along with practical strategies for time management and mental health maintenance. The implementation used a participatory approach and visual media. The activity was conducted on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at secondary education institutions in Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya, and was attended by 30 female teachers. The program included interactive lectures, educational video screenings, group discussions, and collective reflection. The results of the pre–post test showed a 68% increase in participants' understanding. Evaluation indicated that 92% of participants found the activity highly beneficial, and a post-event support group was formed. This intervention effectively increased the awareness of female teachers about the importance of balancing roles and maintaining mental health.

Abstract

Organizational vision serves as a strategic compass that directs all elements of an institution toward long-term goals. However, without effective leadership, the process of internalizing and operationalizing this vision often fails to reach its full potential. This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the capacity of educational personnel in pesantren-based institutions in Suryalaya by developing their understanding and application of effective leadership principles. The intervention employed participatory approaches through interactive workshops, group discussions, and strategic planning simulations. Thirty education staff members from various institutions took part in the program, representing roles from school leadership to teaching and administration. The results showed a significant increase in the participants’ ability to articulate their organizational vision, identify key performance indicators, and develop actionable leadership strategies. Post-activity evaluation indicated that 90% of participants considered the program useful and applicable to their institutional context. This program highlights the importance of aligning leadership capacity with the organizational vision to foster institutional resilience and progress.

Abstract

Retail businesses within pesantren environments face unique challenges, particularly in maintaining consistent customer engagement and managing financial records. This community service initiative, conducted by lecturers from STIE Latifah Mubarokiyah (STIELM), aimed to enhance the managerial capacity of retail business units under the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School by developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and providing technical assistance in financial report preparation. The activity employed a participatory and hands-on learning approach. Thirty participants from pesantren-affiliated retail businesses joined the sessions, which covered CRM principles, customer loyalty programs, and basic bookkeeping. Practical outputs included the formulation of customer service guidelines and structured income-expenditure records. Evaluation results indicated that 87% of participants gained new insights and expressed confidence in applying CRM techniques and financial recording practices. This initiative has laid the groundwork for more structured retail business management in pesantren-based enterprises.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the financial management skills and understanding of Islamic business ethics among traders at Ciawi Market through a tasawuf-based (Sufi values) approach. Field observations show that many traders still face difficulties in maintaining simple financial records, separating personal and business finances, and recognizing digital financial practices that may involve usurious (riba) elements. The training program introduced participants to practical financial management, cash flow control, and strategies to avoid digital riba in online transactions. The tasawuf-based approach was implemented to cultivate spiritual awareness, honesty, and integrity in business practices. The methods used included lectures, interactive discussions, financial recording simulations, and online mentoring. The results indicated an 85% increase in participants’ understanding of business financial management and a positive shift in their attitudes toward more ethical and Sharia-compliant business practices. This program contributes to strengthening the traders’ economic independence and fostering an ethical business ecosystem rooted in spiritual and moral values.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the impact of Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Equity in the Abhinaya Lestari Village Financial Institution (LKD) during the period 2020-2022. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, and the data analysis technique applied is Multiple Regression Analysis. The research findings indicate that the study meets the classical assumption tests. From the multiple linear analysis, the equation Y = 1.032 + 1.932 X1 + 0.103 X2 + e is derived. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.255 indicates that Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio collectively influence Return On Equity by 25.5%, while the other variables not included in this study affect the remaining 74.5%. Partial tests reveal that Current Ratio significantly affects Return On Equity, with a t value of (3.120) > t table (2.032) and a significance of 0.025 < 0.05, thus accepting Ha and rejecting H0. Similarly, Debt To Asset Ratio also significantly affects Return On Equity, with a t value of (3.457) > t table (2.032) and a significance of 0.002 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. Simultaneous tests show that the F value of (6.984) > F table (3.280) with a significance of 0.03 < 0.05, therefore accepting Ha and rejecting H0. Hence, it can be concluded that both Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant influence on Return On Equity, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of word of mouth (WOM) and product quality on the purchasing interest of squid products produced by Tamisari's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Tasikmalaya. The research method employed a quantitative descriptive approach, with data analysis techniques using Multiple Regression Analysis. The study population encompassed all consumers of Tamisari's squid products, and due to the unknown population size, the Accidental Sampling technique was employed with a sample size of 63, determined based on the Cochran formula. The results of this study indicate that, partially, word of mouth and product quality significantly influence the purchasing interest in Tamisari's squid products. This is supported by the significance values of 0.005 < 0.05 for word of mouth and 0.017 < 0.05 for product quality. Simultaneously, word of mouth and product quality also have a significant influence on the purchasing interest in Tamisari's squid products, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The overall impact of word of mouth and product quality on the purchasing interest in Tamisari's squid products is 23.2%, while the remaining 76.8% is influenced by variables or other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha siswa melalui kegiatan berjualan di lingkungan sekolah guna memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada siswa dalam mengelola bisnis kecil. Metode pelatihan melibatkan sesi teori, praktek berjualan, serta pembimbingan langsung oleh tenaga pengajar dan praktisi bisnis. Kegiatan pelatihan dimulai dengan pemahaman konsep dasar berwirausaha, manajemen bisnis, hingga teknik penjualan. Siswa berkesempatan merancang dan mengimplementasikan rencana bisnis mereka sendiri, termasuk strategi pemasaran, penetapan harga, dan manajemen keuangan. Selama periode pelatihan, siswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan berjualan produk yang mereka pilih, dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas penjualan yang disediakan di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep berwirausaha, keterampilan manajemen bisnis, serta rasa tanggung jawab dan inisiatif siswa. Selain itu, kegiatan berjualan di sekolah memberikan peluang bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan interpersonal, komunikasi, dan negosiasi. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan berjualan juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan dalam konteks bisnis. Melalui pelatihan berwirausaha ini, diharapkan siswa dapat mengembangkan sikap proaktif dan kreatif, serta memahami pentingnya kemandirian dalam mencapai kesuksesan di dunia bisnis. Selain itu, pengalaman berjualan di sekolah menjadi modal awal yang berharga bagi siswa untuk memahami realitas bisnis secara praktis, sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berwirausaha.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada pengelola Bioflok Desa Tanjungmulya mengenai pengetahuan praktis dan sederhana dalam pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan prinsip dalam manajemen keuangan. Metode pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang digunakan adalah metode klasikal dengan pendekatan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi dengan maksud agar materi dapat diterima oleh anggota Bioflok. Diharapkan setelah dilakukannya program pengabdian ini, para anggota memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan sebagai anggota yang terampil mengelola keuangan dengan tepat untuk keberlangsungan Bioflok.

Abstract

− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan menggunakan platform LinkUMKM BRI pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Panumbangan. Berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi pada 30 UMKM yang menggunakan platform tersebut. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar UMKM telah menggunakan fitur dasar LinkUMKM BRI seperti pembuatan katalog produk dan transaksi online, masih terdapat kendala teknis, rendahnya literasi digital, dan keterbatasan akses internet yang menghambat adopsi teknologi ini. Namun, penggunaan platform tersebut telah memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan penjualan, akses pasar yang lebih luas, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Saran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan LinkUMKM BRI meliputi peningkatan pelatihan dan literasi digital, pengembangan fitur platform, peningkatan infrastruktur internet, dukungan teknis dan konsultasi, pengembangan komunitas UMKM, serta evaluasi dan feedback berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat literasi digital dan kapasitas pemasaran UMKM, serta menjadi masukan bagi Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) dalam meningkatkan layanan LinkUMKM untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia
