Abstract

Pada tahun 2011, masyarakat Ponorogo dikejutkan dengan berita tentang terdapatnya “kampung gila” yang terletak di Desa Paringan Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tentu stigma negatif tersebut menjadi beban berat bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah setempat. Belum lagi, fakta yang membuktikan bahwa di kampung gila banyak sekali penderita ODS (Orang Dengan Schizopheria) mendapat perlakuan diskriminatif dari pihak keluarga dan lingkungan dalam bentuk pemasungan. Pada penulisan ini, obyek penelitian adalah langkah-langkah strategis yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo dalam mengurangi jumlah ODS yang dipasung. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Pemerintah Daerah Ponorogo bekerja sama dengan beberapa lembaga melakukan pendekatan, pengobatan dan pendampingan bagi penderita ODS yang dipasung dan mantan ODS yang sudah dinyatakan sembuh.

Abstract

Corruption case is related to re-permitting the export of lobster seeds as regulated in the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation no. 12 of 2020 concerning the Management of Lobster, Crab, and Crab, underlie the research topic, namely the evaluation of fry export policies and evaluating the phenomenon of corruption. The results of this study are expected to be an input for the evaluation of public policies that should be able to solve problems, not even provide opportunities to harm the state and society. The purpose of this study is to examine the lobster management policies listed in Permen KP no. 12 of 2020. This research was conducted from November 2020-January 2021. The research method is descriptive qualitative by using literature studies in the form of literature reviews, theoretical studies, secondary data from pages of related agencies and mass communication media including online media such as the news portal and social media such as youtube. The analysis results are processed using the Nvivo 12 Plus application to help data accuracy. There have been several irregularities since the enactment of Permen KP No. 12 of 2020 concerning the Management of Lobster, Crab, and Crab starting May 4, 2020. Until 6 months after the enactment of the regulation, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo's Hand Catching Operation occurred in the case of bribery for lobster seed exports. as well as the abuse of power possessed by monopolizing policies to achieve what is desired, namely reaping benefits in the control of strategic potentials and investment opportunities for several actors.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the public health problems that occurs in Indonesia with the number of sufferers that continues to increase and the wider spread in line with increasing mobility and population density. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus and spread by mosquitoes, especially the Aedes Aegypti mosquito species. In 2016 Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a problem in Ponorogo Regency. Besides having the potential to cause Extraordinary Events (KLB), for the past nine years, Ponorogo Regency has become an Endemic District. According to data from the recapitulation of dengue cases in the Department of Health The high number of dengue cases in Ponorogo in 2019 were 17 sub-districts affected by dengue, with a total of 973 patients and 9 deaths. The high number of dengue fever is caused by an unstable climate and quite a lot of rainfall in the rainy season which is a potential breeding facility for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Besides that, it is also supported by the non-maximum activities in eradicating mosquito nests (PSN) in the community, causing an Extraordinary Event (KLB). Issues regarding how the implementation of the Ponorogo Regency government policy in determining the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB) outbreaks of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Research on the implementation of the Ponorogo district government policy in determining the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB) outbreaks of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Ponorogo Regency using descriptive qualitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. The implementation of the policy in determining the DBD KLB so far can be said to be going well, this can be seen from the implementation in the field and the officers who are always on alert with the case.

Abstract

Proses perencanaan pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara menjadi bahan pembahasan di media sosial salah satunya di media sosial twitter. Dengan begitu media sosial twitter sebagai agenda setting untuk memunculkan opini publik terkait proses perencanaan pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara ke wilayah Kalimantan Timur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan teori agenda setting sesuai dengan data temuan penelitian dimana opini publik di media sosial twitter muncul karena adanya teori agenda setting tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis opini publik berdasarkan teori agenda setting yang di dapatkan dari fenomena proses perencanaan pemindahan IKN pada media sosial twitter. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan Maret 2022 – Mei 2022. Metode penelitian yaitu bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi pustaka berupa tinjauan pustaka, kajian teoritis, data dari portal berita di website seperti kompas.com dan kompasiana beyond blogging, serta media sosial twitter. Hasil analisis data yang didapat yaitu dari aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus untuk membantu keakurasian data.

Abstract

Covid-19 was first discovered in Indonesia in early 2020, this pandemic has been going on for more or less 2 years. The current outbreak of the Corona virus or Covid-19 can be controlled properly. Even with high community mobility, Covid-19 cases can be suppressed well. The purpose of this study is to find out the policies of the post-Covid-19 government from the perspective of good governance. The results of this study are several post-Covid-19 policies made by the Indonesian government, including the non-applicability of quarantine obligations for foreign travelers (PPLN). covering the areas of Batam, Bintan and Bali and then expanding this policy to all corners of the country, no longer imposing the obligation to carry out Covid-19 tests including PCR and Rapid tests, reopening face-to-face schools with strict health protocols, allowing tarawih prayers and Eid prayers in congregation in mosques or open fields, allowing going home on condition that they must third vaccine or booster, reopening the Hajj 1443 H/2022 and easing the use of masks where people are allowed to remove masks in open spaces. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques for literature study by collecting data from online media and official government websites, scientific journals and also articles related to related research. In order to facilitate the analysis of large amounts of research data, during data processing the Nvivo 12 Plus application is used to analyze the data and ensure the correctness of the data.Keywords : Policy, Covid-19, Post Covid-19,  Good Governance

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembangunan partisipasi masyarakat sangat berperan penting. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa dalam merealisasikan proyek pembangunan mudah mengalami ancaman kegagalan sepanjang tidak memberdayakan penduduk terkait dalam semua proses yang berhubungan dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil dan pengawasan pembangunan. Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur Perdesaan (PPIP) adalah program pembangunan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. dimana masyarakat harus terjun langsung dalam pembangunan desa, terutama pembangunan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur Perdesaan (PPIP) di Desa Ngranget Kecamatan Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah jumlah Kepala Keluarga yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan rabat beton di Desa Ngranget yang berjumlah 95 KK. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 Orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisa data yakni mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian atau data dengan wujud apa yang didapatkan penulis baik itu hasil wawancara, atau hasil dokumentasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan kemudian diteliti dan dipelajari dan diambil kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian ini bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan rabat beton di Desa Ngranget berupa pikiran (perencanaan) tergolong rendah, partisipasi berupa tenaga tergolong tinggi, partisipasi berupa keahlian tergolong cukup rendah, dalam bentuk barang tergolong rendah, dan partisipasi bentuk uang tergolong sangat rendah.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education and understanding of the phenomenon of phubbing, its impact on the family, and strategies to overcome it. The methods and stages in this program include: 1) the preparation stage, 2) organizing seminars and parenting about phubbing and its impact on the family, and 3) activity reporting. The results of this activity showed an increase in: partners' understanding of the importance of family resilience in maintaining family harmony, understanding of strategies in controlling the use of information media and gadgets in the family, partners' understanding of the phubbing phenomenon, its impact and dangers for family relationships, partners' understanding in maintaining communication in the family and overcoming phubbing.

Abstract

In the digital era, e-government initiatives have revolutionised how governments interact with businesses and citizens. This study aims to explore the integration of business processes into e-government models through the implementation of cloud computing-based systems, with a specific focus on the tourism sector in Ponorogo Regency. Using a qualitative methodology that includes documentation review, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), the study identifies key challenges in managing the dolanngebel.com website. The findings highlight significant issues in transparency, participation, and collaboration among government entities, business stakeholders, and the public. These challenges are attributed to organisational inefficiencies, limited human resources, financial constraints, and regulatory hurdles. The study concludes that addressing these issues could improve administrative efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and public trust in e-government services. This research offers original insights into the practical challenges and opportunities of integrating e-government and business models, particularly in the tourism industry, and provides actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
