Abstract

This study aims at finding out the development of Goa Tabuhan and its impact asa tourist attraction. As an addition, this study also attempts to find out the efforttaken by the Tourist Office in developing the tourism sector in Pacitan regency.This study also conducted an effort comparison between the Tourist Office andWareng rural village of Punung sub-district, who manages the Goa Tabuhan touristattraction in Pacitan regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method;there were nine informants consisted of four tourist office representatives, two of thevillage representative, two of the Goa Tabuhan local people, and one visitor of GoaTabuhan. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant impact on societyin the surrounding area of Goa Tabuhan; its visitors also experience the impact. Theimpact that affects society is in the form of economic and social and cultural effects.

Abstract

The first case of the covid-19 in Indonesia was announced on March 2nd 2020, The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic eventually brought very bad risks to the world economy, including Indonesia, especially in trade, and investment. This research aims to find outthe significant difference between Trading Volume activity (Case Study on LQ-45 issuers listed on the IDX). These data have been taken for 31 days before and 31 days after the first announcement of covid-19 corona virus in Indonesia. In this study has been used 43 sample of LQ45 companies that provide complete data on a daily basis and have published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research uses Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The data processing results showed that there is a significant difference trading volume activity between before and after the first announcement of the covid-19 case in Indonesia. This is indicated by the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, which the trading volume activity has decreased compared to before the covid-19 case

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bintan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bintan sebanyak 57 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya, semakin baik tingkat kompetensi dan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bintan, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai yang didapatkan. Hasil pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh baik secara parsial dan simultan antara kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berhasil meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sebesar 44,3%.

Abstract

This study examines how the process of inventory activities carried out by the Department of Tourism. The purpose of this study is to find out how the tourism inventory process is carried out by the Department of Tourism and what tourism is contained in Ngebel District. Inventory is an activity carried out to collect data, record and report the results of data collection of state property. The data collection process is carried out by interviewing the Department of Tourism, Local Government and Tourism Managers. The material obtained from interviews was then analyzed and concluded. It can be concluded that many tourism potentials are owned by Ngebel District and the Tourism Office has a standard that is to have a tourist attraction, has adequate facilities and infrastructure, the existence of culinary tourism in these objects. Inventory of tourism potential activities carried out by the Department of Tourism in each field through various stages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model and process of collaborative governance in the face off program Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto Ponorogo. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The results of this study are based on the analysis and field observations that have been carried out, collaborative governance in the face off program at Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto Ponorogo. The collaborative governance model that is applied in the face off of the Hos Cokroaminoto street is carried out with all stakeholders of the organization, shops, banks, and the community itself to make pedestrians in the Hos Cokroaminoto area work together with all parties. The function of this collaboration is so that the local community of the area can prepare themselves for the changes caused by an increase in tourists in Ponorogo Regency, especially in the Face Off Hos Cokroaminoto area and can provide satisfying services for visitors.

Abstract

This research aimed to understand how the community building model has been implemented through the establishment and growth of institutions and the creation of the BUMDes village community. The research method used was library research, which involved obtaining data and information using a variety of library materials, including reference books, previous study findings on the same topic, articles, notes, and various journals relevant to the issue. Research findings suggested that providing template training in the Kutukulon Village could inspire participants to pursue their own entrepreneurial endeavors. As a result, training programs not only provide skills but also provide targeted support with low-income community involvement. The social prosperity that could reduce the social inequalities and imbalances of the community that was basically a young man from the village of Kutukulon who was able to control the issues of social welfare makes this activity a guideline for the growth of society

Abstract

This research, entitled Application of Smart Villages in the Outskirts, aims to find out how the concept of the Digital Village program can be applied in suburban areas far from urban areas. In the current era of modern, technological developments are very rapid, especially the development of the internet which gives rise to new cultures in society. The internet is no longer foreign to the public, almost all people feel the changes with the development of the internet. The method used in this research is In this study the approach taken is through a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in one of the suburbs in Ponorogo Regency, namely Grogol Village, Sawoo District. Digital village is a program concept that implements government service systems, community services, and community empowerment based on the use of information technology. Grogol Village is the only village which was inaugurated by the Regent of Ponorogo as a digital village. The "Digital Village" application is an application used by the Grogol Village Government to improve Android-based public services with the hope of making it easier for the public to access information about the village and can also provide public services easily. The Digital Village Program in its implementation in the suburbs, especially in the Grogol Village area, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency is still far from the desired expectations in accordance with the digital village concept itself.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe village government management in the development of the tourism sector in Biting Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. The concept of Good Village Governance is used as the theoretical foundation, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and community participation as the main principles. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the data analysis model from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014), including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that transparency is realized through the dissemination of information on policies, programs, and activities through various communication platforms. Accountability is evident in the monthly reporting of tourism funds and periodic evaluations. Community participation is enhanced through Village Deliberation forums and training involving various community components. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and community participation in managing the tourism sector to achieve good and sustainable governance.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembangunan partisipasi masyarakat sangat berperan penting. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa dalam merealisasikan proyek pembangunan mudah mengalami ancaman kegagalan sepanjang tidak memberdayakan penduduk terkait dalam semua proses yang berhubungan dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil dan pengawasan pembangunan. Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur Perdesaan (PPIP) adalah program pembangunan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. dimana masyarakat harus terjun langsung dalam pembangunan desa, terutama pembangunan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur Perdesaan (PPIP) di Desa Ngranget Kecamatan Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah jumlah Kepala Keluarga yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan rabat beton di Desa Ngranget yang berjumlah 95 KK. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 Orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisa data yakni mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian atau data dengan wujud apa yang didapatkan penulis baik itu hasil wawancara, atau hasil dokumentasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan kemudian diteliti dan dipelajari dan diambil kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian ini bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan rabat beton di Desa Ngranget berupa pikiran (perencanaan) tergolong rendah, partisipasi berupa tenaga tergolong tinggi, partisipasi berupa keahlian tergolong cukup rendah, dalam bentuk barang tergolong rendah, dan partisipasi bentuk uang tergolong sangat rendah.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan sebuah desa yang hidup mandiri dengan potensi yang dimilikinya dan tepat dapat menjual berbagai atraksi-atraksinya sebagai daya tarik wisata tanpa melibatkan investor. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pengembangan desa wisata merupakan realisasi dari undang-undang otonomi daerah (UU No.22/99), maka setiap Kabupaten perlu memprogramkan pengembangan desa wisata demi meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, dan menggali potensi desa. Kawasan desa Pupus Kecamatan Ngebel mempunyai potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, Salah satu wisata alam di desa Pupus kecamatan Ngebel adalah Mloko Sewu. Mloko sewu adalah inisiatif dari sebagian atau sekelompok pemuda di desa pupus untuk di jadikan desa wisata selama proses pembersihan lahan di hutan perhutani kurang lebih 6 bulan kelompok desa tersebut keberatan karena dalam proses tersebut dari pihak pemerintah desa pupus belum yakin bahwa akan di jadikan wisata karena waktu sudah di tetapkan oleh pihak perhutani belum terselesaikan maka lahan tersebut di tawarkan kepada pihak lain atau investor .dan setelah di pegang oleh pihak lain yang di kelola selama 3 bulan jadilah wisata mloko sewu dan sudah di pasarkan. Dalam Dinamika pengembangan desa wisata Mloko Sewu di Desa Pupus Kecamatan ngebel Kabupaten Ponorogo terdapat masalah antara pihak masyarakat dan pihak investor dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan desa wisata Mloko Sewu yang ada di desa Pupus. penyelesaian masalah telah di selesaikan secara damai oleh pemerintah daerah. Yang tujuanya adalah mengelola bersama desa wisata Mloko Sewu.
