Abstract

Implementing online learning in a higher education environment requires an analysis of learning outcomes and their impact on students, lecturers, and the institutions that administer the learning. The implementation of online learning shows that the learning process takes place and the readiness of lecturers and students to implement online learning. The impact given by online learning is in the form of GPA and student perceptions of the learning process they experience. Based on the research results, various findings were obtained, including that mastery of online learning LMS was not optimal, learning outcomes in the form of GPA were relatively high, students' perceptions of online learning were still low, especially in terms of lecturer readiness and students' confidence in their competence after participating in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on mathematics learning achievement of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Sibolga T.A 2021/2022. The influence of learning motivation on students is very important, because it can improve learning outcomes well through the achievements obtained. The results of observations and observations made by the author show that there are still many students who are still lacking in mathematics learning achievement who are involved in paying attention to the teacher explaining learning directly, focus and self-confidence are still lacking due to a lack of interest in learning mathematics. However, this can be prevented by applying the influence of learning motivation on students, especially in learning mathematics so that they are always active and enthusiastic in undergoing education in order to obtain good learning achievements. The effect of motivation is very important because it can encourage self-awareness to focus on the desired goal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik kelas VIII pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning dan kemampuan literasi numerasi dengan menggunkaan pembelajaran konvensional, serta adakah perbedaan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan menggunaan LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Posttest-Only Control Design, pada desain subjek dipilih secara simple random sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian kelas eksperimen di kelas VIII C dan kelas kontrol di kelas VIII B. Pengumpulan data dalam peneltian ini dilakukan dengan tes. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya di analisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 84,33 dan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran konvensional termasuk kategori baik dengan rata-rata 75. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) hubungan kemampuan pemahaman konsep (X₁) dengan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa (Y); 2) hubungan komunikasi matematis (X₂) dengan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa (Y) pada materi teorema phytagoras di kelas VIII SMP N 1 Habinsaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik di kelas VIII SMP N 1 Habinsaran. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan hanya pada satu kelas. Instrumen penelitian ini wawancara dan tes. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen soal untuk data X₁, X₂ dan Y. Instrumen soal sebelum digunakan untuk mendapat data yang objektif, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas,reliabilitas,tingkat kesukaran,daya pembeda. Data penelitian terkumpul setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada hubungan kemampuan pemahaman konsep dengan pemecahan masalah pada materi teorema phytagoras, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi ry₁ = 0,571 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan pemecahan masalah memiliki hubungan yang positif dan sedang. 2) Ada hubungan komunikasi matematis dengan pemecahan masalah pada materi teorema phytagoras, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien ry₂ = 0,482 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan pemecahan masalah memiliki hubungan yang positif dan sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi informasi dan masukan bagi para sivitas akademika, para mahasiswa, para tenaga pengajar mata kuliah jurusan dan program studi di Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan terutama dalam memberi dorongan kepada mahasiswa agar senantiasa menguasai konsep dan mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi matematis sehingga dapat menyelesaikan soal- soal matematika yang termasuk kategori masalah.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the impact and learning outcomes of using LMS and online learning platforms, so it is necessary to analyze learning outcomes and how they impact students, lecturers, and learning organizing institutions. This research shows that the LMS and online learning platforms used can improve student learning outcomes, which cannot be separated from the readiness of lecturers and students to implement it. This research used factor analysis (CFA), with a total of 150 respondents, students, and 15 lecturers. The impact provided by the use of LMS and online platforms in online learning is in the form of GPA and students' views on the learning process they have gone through. From the research results, several findings were obtained, including the ability to use LMS in online learning is not optimal, the GPA of learning outcomes is relatively high, and the readiness of lecturers and students to use LMS in online learning is still low.
