Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul upaya meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam mengenal warna melalui penggunaan media origami pada kelompok B (5-6 Tahun) Di PAUD Jeumpa Pelati Kota Lhokseumawe ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terdapatnya anak usia 5-6 tahun yang masih kurang dalam mengenal warna dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam mengenal warna melalui penggunaan media origami pada kelompok B (5-6 Tahun) Di PAUD Jeumpa Pelati Kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan peneliti simpulkan bahwa; pertama, data yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap kemampuan kognitif mengenal warna melalui media origami yang ditunjukkan oleh tercapainya indikator keberhasilan yaitu perolehan rata-rata persentase berkembang sangat baik dari sebelumnya (pra tindakan) belum tercapai persentasenya, meningkat di Siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 59% dan meningkat kembali pada Siklus II menjadi 94%. Dengan demikian, tercapai sudah kriteria yang diharapkan yaitu 75%. Kedua, peningkatan aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam mengenal warna melalui media origami pada siklus I masuk dalam kategori kriteria “baik”, dikarenakan nilai rata-rata diperoleh dari 71.00, selanjutnya pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80.00 berada dalam kriteria “Sangat Baik”, maka dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how is PjBL-based class management towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in Elementary Schools in West Aceh District. The method used in this research is descriptive method by using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with school principals, school supervisors, school committees and class teachers implementing the PjBL program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL)-based classroom management towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students at Perumnas Peunyareng Elementary School, West Aceh Regency is one of the demands in the 2022 Merdeka Curriculum which was launched providing an opportunity to implement PjBL. However, not all teachers understand the learning model properly. There are six syntaxes, namely: opening lessons by asking questions, planning projects, compiling activity schedules, overseeing project progress, evaluating the products produced, evaluating. This learning model can encourage students to be more able to collaborate, work together, and empathize with others. For this reason, workshops are needed for teachers to be able to gain proper understanding and be able to apply them in learning at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan program-program pendukung Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar untuk meningkatkan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 3 Ulim, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah melalui sosialisasi kepada guru dan stakeholder. Guru mengikuti pelatihan, mengakses aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), merencanakan pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil asesmen awal, merancang modul projek P5. Pengorganisasian tugas guru didasarkan pada Surat Keputusan (SK) yang sesuai dengan tugas masing-masing. Pelaksanaan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dipraktikkan melalui aksi nyata pada PMM, Penyusunan Modul Ajar yang berdiferensiasi, dan pembuatan modul Projek P5. Guru juga melaksanakan kegiatan projek yang melibatkan peserta didik dan masyarakat. Pengawasan melalui supervisi oleh pengawas dan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas modul ajar berdiferensiasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan kualitas modul projek dengan kegiatan Projek P5. Kegiatan refleksi juga dilakukan bersama guru dan komite sekolah. Program Guru Belajar (KKG Mini), Sistem Manajemen Kelas (SMAK), dan Aksi Terpadu Hubungan Masyarakat (Ateamas), dilaksanakan sebagai tindakan lanjutan untuk mendukung Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar.Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan program-program pendukung telah berhasil diterapkan secara sistematis untuk meningkatkan Profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 3 Ulim, Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the forms of implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 2) To determine the implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 3 ). To find out the obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informants for this research are school principals, school supervisors, class teachers and school committees at State Elementary Schools in Clusters 1, 2 and 3, Woyla District, West Aceh Regency. The research period was from August to September 2023. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis concluded that the forms of implementation of Acehnese education policy in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include local content subjects (Acehnese language, tahfiz, reading and writing the Qur'an/Jawo letters, forms of habituation and forms of literacy/calligraphy as well as through the teungkudayah school entry program. Implementation of the Aceh education policy in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency is carried out by planning, organizing, carrying out activities and carrying out control/supervision. Planning involves everyone. school components, committees, school supervisors and the surrounding environment and those that were not involved from the start of planning. Organizing includes the organization of curriculum/teaching materials, teacher/teacher organization, schedule time organization, student/class organization and Islamic values/potential organization. environment. Obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include internal obstacles and external obstacles. These include the unavailability of specialized Acehnese language teachers, limited budget, no training for teachers in the implementation of Acehnese education such as local content, limited parental support or involvement of school committees, limited facilities and infrastructure and the time available is still using time in the curriculum National is not extra time.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menganalisis perencanaan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 2) Menganalisis pengelolaan Segitiga Restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 3) Menganalisis pelaksanaan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar, 4) Menganalisis pengawasan segitiga restitusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan segitiga restitusi melalui sosialisasi kepada guru dan stake holder, memberikan pemahamaman tujuan dan prinsip-prinsip dasar dari segitiga restitusi, guru mengikuti lokakarya. (2) Pengawasan melalui supervisi terhadap segitiga restitusi serta pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari manajemen segitiga restitusi yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan, pengelolaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang sistematis berhasil diterapkan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan karakter profil pelajar pancasila di SMPIT Teuku Umar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMPIT Teuku Umar berada pada tahap pengembangan yang sangat baik dalam penerapan Segitiga Restitusi.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) To determine the influence of the Principal's Leadership Style on the Job Satisfaction of Special School Teachers in West Aceh Regency. (2) To determine the influence of Organizational Culture on SLB Teacher Job Satisfaction in West Aceh Regency. (3) To determine the influence of Competency on the Job Satisfaction of Special School Teachers in West Aceh Regency, and (4) To determine the influence of Principal Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Competency on the Job Satisfaction of Special School Teachers in West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, a population of 36 people, a sample of 36 people, a simple random sampling technique using Sugiyono's sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire and multiple linear regression data processing techniques. The research findings were partially obtained, (1) the school principal's leadership style did not have a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.484 or 48.4% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produced a calculated T value of 0.708 which was smaller than the T table value 1,690. This shows that the principal's leadership style variable has no effect on teacher job satisfaction. (2) organizational culture does not have a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.683 or 68.3% (in percentage). Hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 0.412 which is smaller than the T table value of 1.690. This shows that organizational culture variables have no effect on teacher job satisfaction. (3) Competency has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.049 or 4.9% (in percentage). Hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 2.007 which is greater than the T table value of 1.690. This shows that the competency variable influences teacher job satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously it was found that the principal's leadership style, organizational culture and competence had a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction with a constant value of 27,670. The findings in this research have practical implications, namely the principal's leadership style, organizational culture and competence have implications for teacher job satisfaction. Advice to all school principals is that the implementation of the principal's leadership style should be given more attention and carried out with full responsibility, and the output is to realize teacher job satisfaction, organizational culture also needs to be implemented as well as possible, so that a comfortable and conducive atmosphere will be created in carrying out activities organization and the realization of teacher job satisfaction, teachers are required to have adequate competence as per existing provisions, so that the target of improving the quality of learning can be achieved well, and a teacher's job satisfaction must also be owned and maintained by every teacher so that they remain enthusiastic in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. responsibility as an educator so that it is hoped that this will have an impact on the job satisfaction of special school teachers in West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze character education management based on local wisdom in junior high schools in Ketol Subdistrict, Central Aceh. The approach used is qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research results show that the planning, implementation, organization, and control of character education based on local wisdom have been running well, although there are some supporting and inhibiting factors. Local wisdom-based character education has not been systematically planned as a specific program or curriculum, so it is only integrated into certain subjects such as Arts and Crafts. Challenges include the absence of specialized teachers to teach local wisdom values, lack of specific subjects, and the absence of funding allocation from the local government. Despite these challenges, school principals play a crucial role in coordinating character education programs and ensuring the active involvement of all parties. The internalization of local wisdom values is carried out simultaneously by teachers, most of whom are of Gayo ethnicity. The integration of local wisdom values such as togetherness, responsibility, and honesty into character education is important to shape a generation with identity and high morals. Implementation at the school and classroom levels includes advice, habituation, and exemplary behavior. This local wisdom-based character education is expected to have a positive impact on improving students' character in Ketol Subdistrict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment, the effect of job stress on organizational commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, as well as the combined effect of work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. This study was conducted at elementary schools in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. The study population totaled 380 people, with a sample of 76 individuals determined proportionally according to their work units. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis for this study employed the Product Moment correlation and Multiple Regression techniques. The results of the study indicated that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment by 58.1%. (2) Job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.027 and a total effect of 0.1%. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.057 and a total effect of 39%. (4) Collectively, work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction affect organizational commitment with a significance value of 0.007 at a 0.05 significance level. The results of this study demonstrate that work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction can influence organizational commitment. Therefore, to enhance organizational commitment, it is necessary to improve work motivation, reduce job stress, and increase job satisfaction among teachers.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively in a qualitative manner. The findings reveal that inclusive education management at the school encompasses the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive education programs. The principal plays a key role in ensuring that all components of inclusive education function effectively, from providing facilities to overseeing program implementation. The main challenges faced include limited resources and the need for more intensive teacher training to handle inclusive students. This research suggests enhancing cooperation between the school, the local community, and the government in the development of sustainable inclusive programs. The implication of this study is the importance of adaptive and inclusive leadership in creating a welcoming educational environment for all students, including those with special needs.
