Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe Likok Pulo Aceh dance as an educational media of religious values in Pulo Aceh society. This research used qualitative research method with interdisciplinary approach. The data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher used triangulation to check the validity of data. Then it analyzed using reduction flow, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the messages that delivered from Likok Pulo Aceh dance through the dancers was when dancers perform the movement of the dance and poetry (syair), it gave advice to the Acehnese people especially in the people Pulo Aceh about Allah SWT’s rules and the relationship between the society. From the movements of dancers such as the movement of Saleum until the closing movement of Likok Pulo Aceh dance have some values which are aqidah, muamalah and morals and almost all the poems (lyric) which was sang by the dancers give some messages. The messages that conveyed relating to aqidah, mumalah and morals, especially the relationship between God and human being. Regarding to the relationship between Allah SWT and human being was how to pray in a good way and did not forsake for Salat and Shalawat to our Prophet Muhammad SAW. For young people or the future generations, they should not deny their parents, did not occupy the bad lust, for men and women there was a procedure of how to choose life companion that appropriate with the doctrine of Islam or the Shari’a. As long as the relationship between human and human, we should respect and always keep the hospitality to each other. This research is expected to instill these values ​​for next generation and keep on preserved.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu tujuan utama dari PAUD yaitu untuk membentuk karakteristik anak yang berkualitas. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut maka manajemen pengelolaan PAUD untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan atau pembelajaran pada anak usia dini menjadi hal yang sangat diperhitungkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada pengelola, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di Lembaga PAUD Alfarisyi Cot Aneuk Batee tentang manajemen pengelolaan PAUD yang sesuai dengan standart Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) PAUD. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Alfarisyi desa Cot Aneuk Batee Kec. Peusangan Siblah Krueng Kabupaten Bireuen, yang diikuti oleh 14 orang peserta yang terdiri dari pengelola PAUD dan orang tua wali peserta didik. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengedarkan angket untuk melihat mutu pembelajaran kepada seluruh peserta. Hasil evaluasi diperoleh rata-rata 87,14% yang berarti bahwa manajemen pengelolaan PAUD yang baik dan sesuai Standart Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) PAUD akan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran terutama di PAUD Alfarisyi Desa Cot Aneuk Batee. Abstract: One of the main goals of PAUD (Early Childhood Education) is to build the good characteristic and quality for children. To achieve this goal, the management of PAUD in improving the quality of education or learning for children at earliest age is very important. The objective of this service community was to provide the knowledge to boards, educators and education staff at PAUD Institute of Alfarisyi, Cot Aneuk Batee regarding PAUD management in accordance with the National Education Standards (NES). This activity was carried out at PAUD Alfarisyi, Cot Aneuk Batee Village, Peusangan Siblah Krueng District, Bireuen Regency. This activity was attended by 14 participants consisting of PAUD managers and parents and guardians of students. Evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires to see the quality of learning to all participants. The evaluation results obtained an average of 87.14%, which means that the PAUD management was classified into good category according to the National Education Standards (NES) of PAUD and it will improve the quality of learning, especially at PAUD Alfarisyi, Cot Aneuk Batee Village.Abstrak: Salah satu tujuan utama dari PAUD yaitu untuk membentuk karakteristik anak yang berkualitas. Abstract

This paper analyzes the significant effect of applying the Project-Based Learning model on students’ learning outcomes on high print art materials at grade IV of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar. By using a quantitative methodology,  the type of experimental research with a pre-experimental design uses one group pretest-posttest design. The research population was the whole fourth-grade students, which consisted of 4 classes with one class sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling or Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using tests, which were skill tests with instruments in the form of performance tests in order to measure the students’ initial and final skills. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used SPSS Statistics version 24 and hypothesis testing with paired sample t-tests, which obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Subsequently, the decision-making criteria were H1 accepted and H0 rejected. In addition, students were able to create innovation in their creativity, and even the project results made by students exceeded the researcher’s expectations. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of the Project-Based Learning model on the students’ learning outcomes on high print art materials for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar.

Abstract

This paper reviews the development of Al-Muna Kindergarten teachers’ activities to improve the teachers’ creativity through Batik decorative designs. The research method uses qualitative methods with an interdisciplinary approach. The research data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Checking the data validity uses source triangulation. Subsequently, it is analyzed through flow reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results indicate that the development of Batik’s decorative design of creative activities had an impact on the improvement of teachers’ ability in the art of creativity. Through Batik’s decorative designs, the teacher's creativity was formed by definition, namely the formation of one's personality with a positive side to find out new things by creating prases (systems) and products. The product produced is the making of Batik motif paintings with decorative designs on glass media, where the activity development period is for two weeks with two activity stages. Al-Muna Kindergarten teachers’ involvement was 10 teachers with a basic understanding of art that has almost the same assumption survey, which states that teacher's creativity art has not developed yet as expected in terms of professional competency development for PAUD teachers with cheerful and flexible principles. Thus, the research results indicate a good impact on Al-Muna Kindergarten teachers’ development.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul upaya meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam mengenal warna melalui penggunaan media origami pada kelompok B (5-6 Tahun) Di PAUD Jeumpa Pelati Kota Lhokseumawe ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terdapatnya anak usia 5-6 tahun yang masih kurang dalam mengenal warna dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam mengenal warna melalui penggunaan media origami pada kelompok B (5-6 Tahun) Di PAUD Jeumpa Pelati Kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan peneliti simpulkan bahwa; pertama, data yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap kemampuan kognitif mengenal warna melalui media origami yang ditunjukkan oleh tercapainya indikator keberhasilan yaitu perolehan rata-rata persentase berkembang sangat baik dari sebelumnya (pra tindakan) belum tercapai persentasenya, meningkat di Siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 59% dan meningkat kembali pada Siklus II menjadi 94%. Dengan demikian, tercapai sudah kriteria yang diharapkan yaitu 75%. Kedua, peningkatan aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam mengenal warna melalui media origami pada siklus I masuk dalam kategori kriteria “baik”, dikarenakan nilai rata-rata diperoleh dari 71.00, selanjutnya pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80.00 berada dalam kriteria “Sangat Baik”, maka dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul pengembangan psikoedukasi berbasis time management kepada anggota Osis SMAN-2 Peusagan Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan arahan kepada anak-anak Osis SMAN-2 Peusangan mengenai ilmu psikoedukasi berbasis manajemen waktu. Kegiatan ini di diadakan pada tanggal 6-November 2023 yang terdiri dari 50 orang siswa dan siswi yang terlibat dalam anggota Osis dan Organisasi yang ada di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan dapat di simpulkan bahawa tidak ada perbedaaan di temukan antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan terkait manajemen waktu. Para peserta memberikan respon yang positif dan antusias, dan kegiatan ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus penerapan time management melalui psikoedukasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using the stages of observation, interviews and documentation with the aim of examining social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. This qualitative study can be used to understand social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. The results of this study indicate that the form of social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio, which was originally a medium of education and a medium of preaching, has changed into a medium of entertainment for dance performances only and the function of previous cultural values ​​has shifted as a meeting of young people but now it is only as a dance performance for entertainment. While the factors that cause social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio are the rapid development of technology in the current era of Globalization, the mindset of society that continues to develop and is critical, and changes in the tastes of the younger generation. Social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance, namely as a medium of education and a medium of preaching, have changed into a medium of entertainment and a medium of performance. This has both good and bad impacts on society.

Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan proses menanamkan pemahaman ideologi bangsa dengan pengenalan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam bentuk aktivitas nyata berupa kegiatan projek. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru di Kecamatan Wih Pesam diantaranya adalah pemahaman guru tentang P5 masih tergolong rendah, motivasi guru yang masih sangat kurang dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menarik, dan keterbatasan pengetahuan guru-guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran P5 terintegrasi budaya Lokal Gayo baik dari segi Bahasa Gayo, Makanan khas Gayo, dan pakaian adat Gayo. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetauan dan wawasan pada guru dalam penerapan P5 disekolah. Pengabdian ini mengeksplorasi pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan penguasaan guru dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dicapai adalah berhasil melakukan pendampingan pada guru di Kecamatan Wih Pesam dalam penerapan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal Gayo. Guru mampu menerapkan P5 terhadap pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal Gayo dikelas bersama murid sehingga memotivasi murid untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan antusias dan percaya diri. Pelatihan penguatan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini melalui penerapan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal Gayo mendapatkan tumbuhnya motivasi belajar pada guru dan murid dikelas sehingga diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan di kemudian hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the Dulang Dance. In this study, the method chosen is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection process was carried out through observation, conversation, and document recording, aiming to explore the significance of the implied meaning in the Dulang Dance movements. This qualitative research is able to provide insight into the meaning contained in the Dulang Dance in Langkat. The findings of the study revealed that in the sembah movement when greeting the host of the event, each movement has its own symbolic value. Such as the contour of the sembah movement following the direction of the wind, and the low horse stance position that represents stability. In addition, the sitting position is similar to the tahyad prayer, but with the legs more open and not overlapping, expressing deep respect. The gentle movements in the martial art of silat, still contain strength and spirit, while the steps on the plate and the jumps onto the dulang have deep philosophical meanings. All of this symbolizes an expression of gratitude to the Creator, respect for respected individuals, as well as the values ​​of simplicity, humility, and respect for religion. The implication of the greeting to the steps on the stage, Dulang Dance expresses gratitude to Allah SWT while respecting the King or leader. For the future, the young generation can preserve the meaning of Dulang Dance.
